McDonalds

Came here today to try out the Triple Cheeseburger. After ordering 2 triple cheeseburger, 20pcs chicken nuggets, filet o fish combo and quarter pounder deluxe and 3 Sundaes, here is what I got:
1 triple cheese burger
1 regular cheeseburger
20 pcs chicken nuggets
1 filet o fish combo
1 regular quarter pounder and
3 Sundaes
When I brought the mistake to the managers attention, the older lady in the back argued with me and said that she got the order correct. She insisted that I was wrong and demanded she see the mistakes. I told her that my daughter had already taken a bite out of the burger and she said it doesn’t matter. She took the quarter pounder back and threw it in the trash and said «I guess I will make another.» I haven’t even metioned the triple cheeseburger mistake. The older lady that came out became very defensive and made me feel like I was wrong.
I guess this review is not really to put down McDonald’s but more to point out that when mistakes happen, that not to put it on the customers!

I work at another Mcdonalds so naturally I’m going to have a higher standard towards other mcdonalds stores. Tonight I went in and I believe her name was Lydia, but she was a manager and was amazing. She was very kind, went out of her way, and was just very pleasant to be around. I really appreciated that, I’m sure working late wasn’t her first choice on a weekend but that didn’t show!

Management and staff working today sucks! Didnt get my order right. They got defensive after I brought it up to their attention the order was wrong. The associate had the nerve to tell me that im wrong. You never tell a customer that. This location need to take a training in customer service but I highly doubt it will help these people here. Food sucks too!

This is a great McDonalds location. I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s the same. It’s uncrowded, pretty clean (and doesn’t smell like chemicals), and the restroom isn’t too gross. The WiFi works and they don’t hassle you.
Thumbs up. I’ll be back.

This McDonald’s is inside of WalMart.
I have been here in the morning twice. Both times I have had both of my kids with me and even though it’s pretty small inside, it’s been easy to get around, easy to order, and the woman behind the counter has been very helpful and considerate.
I like that they have a shopping cart parking «area» so that people don’t bring their carts in. They also have a big TV on so that you have something to distract you (I guess) while you eat.
I think tables could stand to be wiped down a little bit more often, but otherwise, it works good for what I need it for.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! THE MANAGER IS A MOTHERFXCKING BITCH! I’M GONNA FIRE YOUR SORRY ASS. It was about 8pm on a Monday night. I walked in with my dear mother standing there waiting to be helped out while the manager is having small talk with another employee and his girlfriend who doesn’t even work there. He obviously saw me standing there and he clearly knew that I was a customer because I had Walmart plastic bags in my hand since the McDonald’s is inside of the Walmart. I continue to fucking stand there for a good minute while he ignored me and talked to that girl and the employee about something extremely irrelevant. Being that the cashier (which is the manager at the time) should take my order, I asked if they were open or not, and the manager straight out said, «Oh, we don’t take customers with attitude.» WHAT THE FUCK? Are you fucking kidding me?! I stood there while all his little friends were laughing. I waited for your bitch ass while you stood there talking to some tricks. Then I replied, «Well you’re just talking and not taking my order.» Ha, now I understand why you work at McDonalds. Bitch ass fool. They don’t even deserve one star but I can’t even submit this review without a star. Fucking idiots now-​a-​days, man.

They have a full menu but it’s pretty much the slowest service at any McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. I guess the slow service matches the speed of the checkout lines at this Walmart…

I tend to frequent mcdonalds when i’m looking for a snack item like ice cream or pies. They have a tie-​in with the walmart where a purchase allows you a small discount for an ice cream cone
