Now that my boy from lakewood transferred to this location I’m sure the customer service will improve.

Corporate need to terminate this manager named Mike, rude customer service, not a ppl person, called before I came, telling him I got joggers as a gift for Christmas and didn’t have the receipt, he told me I can get a exchange or store credit, that’s was fine with me. When I got there, he told me they didn’t carry the color I had, but had the same joggers just different color(that doesn’t make sense) so he couldn’t exchange them or give me store credit… so I called another footaction(to get a second opinion) and talked to a store manager and told her the situation, she told me he should have exchange the item long as they had item in stock, in which they did… had me waste my time and gas coming up there!!!

They greet you and that’s it lol. The shoe selection sucks. There was 4 employees and the store was empty. Not once were we asked if we needed help and the one question we asked was answered with a no and the guy walked away, barely gave eye contact.

The shoe selection is a bit lacking. I liked this place because of the very eager young man at the front greeting everyone and asking if we needed anything. I appreciated his zealousness.
