Hands down best customer service, Jesse and Linda are the best. Thank you sooooo much for helping me out today and for answering all my questions. From now on I will only purchase from this Shiekh store.

I have came here a few times, and everytime I come in, they are so helpful. The assistant manager helped me find shoes for my 3 year old daughter. This store has everything. I will be back

Shiekh is one style’n store — for footwear and active apparel. The service and helpful-hands of Linda and Jesse, make shopping easy and a pleasant experience. This store is hot and they are cool. Shiekh carries, or has in stock, men’s large shoe sizes, a feat competitors in-the-area do not. They carry Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Reebok, K-Swiss, Sketchers, Lacoste, Steve Madden, and my favorite brand, Converse. Shiekh Shoes also manufactures and sells its own brand of footwear. The store is spacious, the selection is sizable, and the service is stupendous.

I went to Lakewood mall n the staff was not helpful n very unprofessional. I luckily ended in the downtown store. The male employee who i spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Once i went into the store it felt as if once again i would walk away without shoes for my daughter so i was devastated buy Lynda went out of her way to help kw ajs make sure i was helped out. She was very patient nice and professional and went the further step just to help me out. Im very happy i chose to visit this store rather than travel to Redondo beach like Lakewood mall employees sent me off to. Instead of sending me off with no other chpice Lynda took the time to figure other solutions with me. Which is so nice because it’s hard to find a business where an assistant mgr is so attentive. Thanks Lynda. The employees made me feel welcomed and the store is cleaning the music is loud enough to enjoy but not blasting annoying loud. I really loved the vibe and I’ll so my shoe shopping from here on out :)

The shoe selection is great. I got the buy one get one for $ 5 deal. Two pairs of beautiful wedges for $ 45. One of the attendants was very attentive, as was expected. The others couldn’t be bother to get off their phones. Not even when I was at the register paying. If I come back it will only because the tall, dark gentleman was so helpful. I hope they keep him around for a while.

Long beach needs retail but what we dont need is poor business practice and unethical handling of customers. I purchased a pair of shoes on 12÷21÷14 as i was being rung up the Assistant Manager was using a whole roll of scotch tape from a little desk dispenser to reconstruct a box that apparently was to go home with me for my new $ 70. Shoes. The box was filthy with a layer of dust on it so thick I could barely seee through it. It looked as if it had been run over several times and was so damaged it didn’t even look like a box. Anyhow I stopped her and told her I was not interested in the dirty & broken box and that she would need to find me a clean suitable box for my new shoes. She said that this was the box and she couldn’t get me another one. She proceeded to put my shoes in a bag I paid and left. It has been a week since I put that bag on a chair in my home and decided I was going to return them. I walked into that store today with the bag and the shoes that had not been even touched since my purchase and the receipt that states 30 days to return. The same girl Assistant Manager was there she said she remembered me and that I did not take the broken box. She said she needed to call her manager at home and when she finally came back to the front counter ten minutes later she said that they were not going to honor my return because I did not have the original box. «EXCUSE me. You didn’t give me the box«I said «I know she said but that’s the policy» «But you never gave me a box» «you didnt want the box«she said. …Wait. What. Ok. There is something very wrong with this picture. I will absolutely NEVER ever go back and I promise to share my story. I have since then phoned the special order line and filed a formal complaint to which the operator told me a district manager should be contacting me within 48 hours. I expect my refund. But I will not soon if not ever forget my experience at this tacky shoe store with poor excuse for customer service.
