Everyone at the shop was with out a doubt the best. My car came out way better then I hope for. They did body work on my camaro replaced my fender on passenger side also painted it. Adjusted my front bumper, put on my spoiler painted that and polished my whole black camaro came out perfect I really couldn’t ask for more. I will diffidently refer my friends and family there. Every one there is great and friendly very polite.

everyone living in LA needs a trustworthy repair shop, Especially with all the crazy traffic and horrible drivers. im happy i found my go to shop. i recently got in to a car accident i was getting off the freeway and some one who was texing while driving smashed in to the back of my mazda. good thing i wasnt hurt but the car was very damaged after talking to my insurence i had to find a local shop that would give me an estimate to fix my damged car. i did some research online and found galaxy auto collision i spoke with chris over the phone he was real nice and asked me to bring the car in so they can check it out.
I was amazed on how professional the staff was and they got the right paper work to my insurance.
Once the repair was approved, the car was fixed. The work on the car is perfect. The car looks brand new again. No one would ever be able to tell my car was in a accident.

I have to start by saying this place is amazing, the customer service and work I have received from the place is beyond extraordinary. I was recommended here by a friend of mine. The owner of this place really takes it upon himself to make sure you are up to date and satisfied with the type of work he is providing.
My 2008 Lexus was struck from the rear and was in bad shape. I took it to this shop and they explained to me step by the step how the process would work. They called me with updates and assured me my vehicle was on schedule to be done by the time frame they advised me.
When I went to pick up my vehicle I inspected it really well seeing that in the past when I was hit I was not happy at all with the work they did in a different shop. But I honesty couldn’t find anything wrong. They even detailed the entire car by not only washing it but waxing the whole car I was impressed and very satisfied by the work they did.
I didn’t know how else to repay them for the amazing work they did but I took it upon myself to possibly sharing this experience to know how great this shop is. Make sure you speak to Onorio he will take great care of you. I highly recommend this place.

I have used this place twice. Both times the service has been extraordinary.
When I was recently struck by an unlicensed and uninsured motorist, chris was very patiently answered all my questions regarding insurance, repair costs, etc. He seems to understand that any customer may have had a previous bad experience in another body shop. So he takes his time to make each customer feel valued. Chris helps to create the overall atmosphere of helpfulness and caring.
Everyone I have met there, from the owner to managers to office staff and workers in each stage of restoration, has been approachable and courteous. I very highly recommend galaxy auto collision to anybody who needs work done on their car. They will take great care of you and your vehicle.

Wow!!! Excellent customer service!!! this man just explains everything detailed!!! He is very knowledgeable. Even if you are paying out of pocket or going thru insurance this is the place to come!!! I have a mustang 13 and was so worried because I got hit in the fwy with a tire and thought it was going to cost me an an arm and a leg. But Honorio (owner) was very helpful and most importantly honest, being that I am a girl and 24yrs most places try to take an arm and leg $$. Gracias Auto Galaxy Collision! You guys are the best! Will definitely be recommending my family and friends.

Definitely recommend this place. Very detailed and the paint came out really wet. Gave me a great price compared to the other shops I found on Unilocal.I have about 4 years with my car and I do my best to take care of it. Likewise, Galaxy took really good care of my car. Thanks!

Got my ride back finally

Brought my car to Honorio for a repair on my car and I was beyond happy. There costumer service is very fundamental to them and very accommodating. If I had any questions I stopped by and they would stop what they were doing to answer my question. I didn’t have a loaner car which meant I needed my car as soon as possible. I had my car back faster than I expected. When I picked up my car it looked brand new, I was so satisfied with his work. Price wise my car being a BMW I was getting these outrages quotes everywhere. I received a quoted and was very please with the price. Two thumbs up to Honorio and his team.

Once again this place took great care of me and my car! I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family! The shop respray my E46 M3 front bumper, hood and Carbon fiber csl trunk! The paint was amazing looks like new again! Thanks again guys keep up the amazing work! Talk to Chris he’ll take care of you and your car needs.

Great shop! Their customer service is outstanding. I was very nervous to show up to a body shop since I had no idea what I was doing. My father tends to take care of all the car stuff, so this was all new to me but Chris was very helpful and made the experience so much easier than I would’ve imagined. They are very knowledgeable on their services and I was able to get my car fixed in a timely manner! It was an awesome experience having work done with them. Definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

I’m so glad I brought my car here after I got rear ended. They dealt with my insurance company and made the whole process bearable for me (a girl with absolutely no car knowledge!). Car accidents are the worst, but they made fixing it into a pleasant experience. Chris was a huge help and explained all the work they were going to do, the damage estimates, then reassured me that they would deal with the insurance company to have as much of it covered as possible. I ended up not spending anything out of pocket and my car looks better than before it was hit. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to match the color, but they didn’t even stress– just got it done. I felt really good about leaving my car and they did not disappoint.
Highly recommend these guys. I’ve already started sending friends and family their way. This is the only repair shop I will take my car to ever again.

High quality work and good rapport with insurance companies. My Lexus GS was hit and I had met the owner’s son through mutual friends. He impressed me with his knowledge and told me he took a class on damages estimates. He also schooled me on ins and outs of what insurance companies do to minimize their cost. Also I should add that my Lexus had a glacier metallic color which is hard to match. They did a great repair, color matched perfectly, and it was timely. Thanks Galaxy.

Chris is smarter than He looks. The work is even better. Usually go through my own guy but these guys made me change bodyshops. Glad I did. Can’t tell the damage was even there

A plus service got my 03 mustang gt painted they did everything I asked and more gave me a great deal on the labor and parts and really made me feel at home! Must get your cars fixed here!
