I must say that I am very dissatisfied in the time it has taken for this situation to be resolved. On Monday 12÷14÷15 I was told I would be contacted by someone as soon as possible for a resolution… WRONG! I was never contacted as a matter of fact I had to follow up on Thursday 12÷17÷15 to speak with someone in the warranty dept. His name was Lester and he advised he was the head of the dept, he sent an e-​mail asking for my zip code and advised as a one time exception they would repair the screen under warranty. So I sent him my zip code on THURSDAY. It is now SATURDAY and no one has reached out to me. The warranty dept is closed and here I am no resolution 1 week later. So now I am having to wait until Monday in hopes for a resolution. Very disappointed and I hope when I sign up for the advantage program I won’t have to deal with this.

I cracked my phone on the way to my clinical rotation as I am a nursing student. It was imperative that I got it fixed that day because my daughter LOVES playing with my iphone and with all the times I had it… I was so careful.
Not knowing what my options are I Unilocaled and saw some mobile repair spots and this seemed the most efficient for me, with excellent tools to keep me updated on the arrival time, estimate, and overall repair.
Sathya exceeded my expectations tenfold. He rushed during my lunch hour to get it completely quickly and was super professional and helpful. I am so impressed with him, I am recommending him to everyone who needs a mobile phone repair!!!

In a nutshell, I called multiple places to get my cracked screen replaced. Even though I called other businesses during their published hours, they didn’t even pick up the phone. I even when by one business and waiting 20 minutes after their they were supposed to open, and they never arrived.
I called iCracked and got Sathya P., who is a certified iTech. He answered the phone right away and was nice and courteous. he came to my house at the agreed time, on time, and fixed my iPhone within minutes. And my phone looks great! Thank you, Sathya! I highly recommend him for those who reside in the Long Beach area!
