OMG! WTF! I have been waiting in the drive through for almost 30 minutes for a $ 1.00 Biscuit. And that ghetto lady they got taking orders. Are they serious???

This McDonald’s probably has the slowest service of any in this area. Anytime you come here, morning, afternoon, evening, weekday or weekend it is slow. Not only that, they always forget something! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Only reason I come to this one is because it’s the closest one to me. I only come for my son’s happy meals. How can these employees want $ 15 an hour for this type of service! No way!

Wow, 2 crappy McDonald’s in one day. This place stinks. Has homeless inside and cops outside arresting people. I feel bad for the employees here.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! told me to wait when I was pulling up at the drive-​through on the speaker monitor… then when I pulled around they didn’t greet me when I pulled my car up took four minutes for the lady to come to the window. all the coworkers are literally in the back having a conversation when I’m sitting here waiting to pay for my meal. where’s McDonald’s I’ve ever been to they need hire new people.

I expected a bit more from this McDonald’s seeing as how I live a couple blocks away.
First time here, it was dirty. After we aced our order we had a hard time struggling to find somewhere to sit, because all the tables were dirty.
As we were waiting on our orders bums actually came in asking for money, not once but twice. It was awkward to see this occur in an establishment. I just tried to eat my food and get out of there
The workers were nice, establishment could use some work. Id rate it a ¹⁄₁₀ McDonald’s, don’t know how it is during busy hours but if it’s anything like this, it’s worse

Slowest drive thru I know so far.
Had to wait more than 25 minutes with just 3 cars ahead of me

I give this establishment half a star doesn’t even deserve the full one. Such terrible service in the drive through. The worker took forever to take our order and she kept repeating items we didn’t ask for. We ordered 4 my doubles a large fry an two ice cream Sunday’s. It took them 15 minutes by the time we received our food the burgers where super greasy our ice cream Sunday’s weren’t fully filled and they gave us granola instead of peanuts. The worker kept giving us attitude when ever we corrected her. NEVER GOING BACK

Slowest McDonald ever! It takes 15 minutes just to order and even longer to get your food. The drive thru doesn’t «store» orders so when you finally get to the window to pay, you have to repeat your order all over again. Worst experience ever.

Worst McDonalds. Ever. Wow this place was slow no one who works here pays attention. No one pays attention. They have hired the the cast from a Stephen King Movie. When it comes to rushing they do as little as possible. Maybe if I spoke Spanglish I could of got better service. Maybe I was not ghetto enough. But let me tell you, just bad. Services F. Culture F. Staff F. Ability to take order F. Appearance F. Food. C. McDonalds brand. Not really. This could of been a McDowells. Just sayn.

I live in this neighborhood and go to this McDonald’s often just because it’s the closest one, but every time I go they never fail to disappoint.

Had the worst experience here once in the drive thru. My order came out to be 12.99. Then I asked for my penny and the worker said, «you wanted your penny?» Uhhhh YES! Then she started mumbling stuff and I asked her if she had a problem (of course I asked her after she gave me my food because she probably would’ve spit in my food haha). She said no and it was just a penny. I told her a penny is still money and didn’t see why she got an attitude with me. I just told her to smile because it’ll make her day better and she looked so mad.
Well, you just have to kill them with happiness:-)

Yes, I go to Mc Donald’s one in a blue moon, and I’ve visited this one enough to know that everything is lacking across the board. Service, timeliness, quality (trying to eat a cold Big Mac as we speak, without the mention of napkins of ketchup) and how slow they are here. It took me 15 minutes to go through the drive through at 2pm. Not going back.

I went to this McDonald’s during their 60 second (if meal was not received in 60 seconds you get a free burger) this McDonald’s is very tricky they take long on giving someone there drink at the drive-​through and when it’s my turn it they take a long time to receive the payment for the meal and then when it’s your time to go up to the second drive through the other person takes your little timer and gives you your meal. Very unfair and very tricky people working at this McDonald’s.
If you’re trying to get a free burger do not try it here because I think they are giving the free burgers to their friends or people they know.

Ivette was friendly and efficient. She took my order, and even had the crew drop a fresh hash brown for me. The facilities were clean, and i even enjoyed the classical music piping over the speaker system. Overall, a stellar experience that I’m sure to repeat.

Went to this McDonald’s to order some late night food. When we went to the speaker and ordered a chicken select combo and a quarter pounder deluxe combo; first off no greeting whatsoever, sounded as if the order taker /​cashier could not multitask because I had to repeat myself at least twice every word I was saying. When we came to the 1^st window and met Jaime, we barely got acknowledged unlike we were supposed to, it was mostly just a quick hi/​bye scenario. Then we came to the 2^nd window and met with the presenter Stephanie who pretty much tried to kick us out of the line, she just gave us our first bag which just had the burger and selects without the fries though, she basically didn’t even check the bag she gave us because when we questioned us if something was missing, we mentioned that it was the fries, she sounded as if she didnt know the contents of our order and what she even gave us. Not too good service unfortunately. Hopefully sometime in the future is better

Their food was pretty okay, seemed like regular McDonalds fare, and was ready in 5 – 10 min… location is a little ghetto-​y, but it is on LBB. It was around noon and there was some slightly noisy high schoolers around, but nothing too bad as far as I remember.
Only problem… went to the restroom afterward to find NO hand soap, not even a soap pump that happened to be empty… all I had to say to the person with me afterward was «Guess who made our food?»… seriously though, hopefully those who work there have a separate bathroom or fix that problem.

My experience at this McDonald was one of the worst ever. I am a Local here in Long beach, CA. I visit this McDonald often but always through the drive thru. For the first time I decided to get off and hope that my food would come out faster, OH BOY was I wrong. It took them 30 minutes from the minute I walked in to the time I walked out, and let me tell you this order was to go. It took 8 min in waiting just to place the order and then i took 22 min to get my order. They were understaffed and trust me when I say there was a horde of people waiting with me for there food. never again will I get off at this location and only because of the drive thru server that I always get will I come back. She is so nice and very fast. (Older African American lady mostly there in the morning)

The drive thru is not 24hrs! False advertising! I tried to grab some food 1:30am on a Saturday and the lights were on but there were yellow caution cones blocking the drive thru

This McDonalds is known for having its piss-​poor service during the busiest times of the day.
I have been here on numerous occasions, and one thing I gotta say is that on a busy time of day, there is only one cashier handling the register. It takes about 5 – 8 minutes to get through because the cashier (or manager) never stays on post all the time, and takes an average 8 – 10 minutes to receive food. During other times of day, it may vary depending on the number of employees working certain shifts and the number of people in line, so service is never consistent. People are in a rush to get to work or school, or go home, but it is made more stressful by slow, incompetent service. It is on a busy intersection where the Blue Line stops at PCH Station, so foot traffic is heavily present.
In McDonald’s standards, this is unacceptable because they are known for serving food very promptly and having a large staff to handle large volumes of foot traffic. The female Asian manager does not care about hiring more staff and only cares about her paycheck to buy makeup so she can sit pretty all day long.
If you want faster service, I would suggest going to the McDonald’s on 7^th @ Long Beach. Although the décor is dated at that location, at least they serve food very promptly. Until they hire more people at this location, I am never coming back to this location

First off, the entrance is hard to find if you’re coming in to eat inside. Second, the soda fountain is inconveniently located behind the counter. Third, The place is a mess with trash everywhere. Honestly, it looks like someone threw a party inside all night and forgot to clean up. Fourth, the workers there look angry and have attitude problems.
Surprisingly, I did not see any homeless people panhandling for money outside nor inside. I say surprisingly since this McDonald’s is located at a very busy intersection. There is a lot of foot traffic with the blue line station right across the street.
If possible just go to the McDonald’s that is on 4^th Street. It’s not perfect, but it is a better McDonald’s than this one.
The only reason I’m not giving it 1 star is because they have free Wi-​Fi.
