I just started working for a small business that just moved into an office Downtown LB. As a new business, we needed us some new business cards, of course. My boss’ brother-​in-​law works for a printer and gets a great discount, however, it’s a bit out of the way – and with the discount we are not a priority customer, understandably. I remembered seeing a postcard in the mail offering a new business discount rom MMPLB. I decided to write them on their site and get a quote from them to see what the price difference was, especially since my boss was about to go on a business trip Monday and could really make use of the cards.
I was unable to locate the coupon, and Hilda said she would still honor the discount anyway. The turnaround for business cards is usually 48 hours (not bad), and they are closed on the weekends, so I thought I’d have to mail some to my boss in Europe as our design hadn’t been finalized yet (at no fault of MMP, of course). I sent the pdf file to her at 11am today (on a Fri), expecting to get them end of day Monday. She emailed me around 4pm to tell me that they had printed the boss’ cards first and were about to cut them, so I could pick those up before close and get the rest on Monday. This was amazing news, especially since splitting an order up would usually add an extra charge.
When I went to pick them up, Hilda was extremely warm, and then went on to tell me that I could thank her employee Andrea, because she powered through a bunch of projects and got all 2,500 cards (split between 9 different employees!) finished. In 6 hours. Needless to say, they have gained a customer for life. Great service, fair prices, and top-​notch quality. Thank you so much for accommodating our needs, MMPLB!

We had a large, urgent copying need, requiring special binding and stapling, all for a critical client presentation. Minuteman was not only the least expensive (FedEx Kinko’s being the most expensive), but they were precisely attentive, and made sure all of the details of our print job were correct. The product was available for pick-​up at the agreed time, perfectly boxed, with delivery service to the car. Top-​notch. Impressive. And thanks again!

I was planning a weeding that takes place in a little under a month and did not have time to order custom invitations. So I called and spoke with Robert at Minuteman Press about my fiancé is all over for the invitations and need some ASAP. He explained to me that all the invitations they order take maybe 2 to 3 weeks delivery, not including printing time. I started to hear that saying most of men have heard «I told you should of done…». To avoid that scoldlng I asked Robert what can I do?
He suggested I check out Target or Michael’s for stock wedding invitations. I found some at Michael’s emailed a picture of them to Minuteman Press. Got a call back the same day said they would be able to do it. Before I came down I emailed a Robert a layout so he could give us a rough proof of what it would look like.
I dropped the invitations off Thursday after noon, looked at the proof and made some slight changes. Robert emailed the final proof that night, I approved they completed the job the very next afternoon.
The price was reasonable. Robert never mad any promises, but I stressed I needed them ASAP and he came through. Thanks Robert for making my wedding day a little less stressful. If I ever have any other printing needs I will 100% go to Minutemen Press of Long Beach.

I printed out 60 high quality Save the Dates, in color, on glossy half sheets. The total came to less than $ 35 and was of a much higher quality than I expected. The staff there were patient with me and worked with me in person and via e-​mail in order to make sure my Save the Dates would print out flawlessly. They gave me advice on everything from the resolution of my photos to how to best submit the document (a photo scanned to a pdf ended up being higher quality and cheaper than a word document flyer). I cannot recommend this business enough. Affordable, professional and helpful!

We just had some printing done at Minuteman Press in downtown Long Beach after being just so frustrated with Kinkos and their sometimes not-​consistent quality level. It was a treat to be able to have in-​depth conversations with a printer about file preparation and recalibration to get the best quality print. Don’t get me wrong, there are lots of things for which Kinkos is perfect for, but when you really need high quality stuff from someone who knows their equipment backwards and forwards, Minuteman Press is where you want to go.

Best Printer in Long Beach. They have done flyers, handouts, business cards, rosters, newsletters and so much more for me. I would not go anywhere else,
Dave Rigby has helped me redisign my business card a couple times and each time has been an improvement over the original. He does a great job on any folded material such as roster and newsletters.
Hilda adds so much warmth and dignity to the shop that is a pleasure to visit and work on projects with her. Her community involvement is an example for any business to follow.
Their staff is very professional and friendly with all my needs.
