Horrible!!! This place is not worth going to. There are many places in the area that are far better. The customer service is lacking. We spoke to the manager and was told they would call us the next day and they never did. We have since tried to call and they would not return any of are calls.

Hmm… I really think this place deserves more stars than the most reviewers have given but that’s just my opinion. I really like this place and I’m never disappointed. I get the Garden Burger with a side of their yummy potato salad. Plus all the co-workers that go with me enjoy the food, too. Perhaps I like the food because I don’t eat meat or dairy? Prices are reasonable and the service is really great. I recommend them!

Taco salad and Chicken wonton salad are seriously lacking. Taco salad’s chips were stale. We expected more, that’s all. There are so many people working downtown! This fact alone warrants a decent eatery in the area. I agree with John O about that. But not about the 3 stars! Why can’t there be a place as good as Bouchees but not so overpriced?

I’m going to have to agree most of all with the first review with Gloria F. We ventured over here, looking to avoid the high $ 9 plates of food at the Tuesday’s Farmers Market at the WTC. If you work in the area, you know that, well, the options for dining is less than spectacular! Why is this, with so many folks working downtown? May I lobby Mr. Foster, mayor of the LBC, to hook us up with an In-n-Out or a Hat or really good sushi bar? Work with me people, work with me! As stated, this is a little sit-down place, not much in terms of ambience. The service seems really nice, and the fare is quite standard, decent portion, fair prices, and the food quality seemed pretty fresh when we went. The salads coming from the kitchen looked pretty good and good portion size, but I couldn’t tell if the lasagna was frozen and then microwaved…(I saw the guy pull some Saran wrap off of the steaming hot lasagna — doesn’t this mean it’s frozen then microwaved??? Maybe not). We ordered the turkey sandwich, which, was made on a nice croissant, with avocado, cheese, and turkey(not exactly bomb-diggidy tasting deli turkey, but your lower to medium grade lunch meat). Anyways, I would say it’s about as good as the World Trade Café across the street, which is, simply stated, standard fare. I’ll probably be back to pick up a quick bite. Always good to get out of the office and get some fresh air…

what i got: The Mirage Club, turkey breast, and blackforest ham on sourdough and fresh fruit(pineapple, cantaloupe, and honeydew) on the side. cost: $ 7.60 it was absolutely disgusting! the bread was old and was falling apart, the meat tasted like it had been in the fridge for a couple weeks, the fruit was old and some of the melon had mold. so i went up to the cashier and informed him of it and he had to admit that it was pretty bad. on a positive note he offered me another sandwich, and promised to hook me up when i returned, but i wont go bak there ever!

I’ve never eaten at their dine in area, so i can’t tell you about that. I usually pickup my order and eat in the office. here’s what i’ve tried: pastrami sandwich — not so good lasagna — ok tuna melt — ok cobb salad — ok chicken cashew sandwich — good sides: pasta salad — not good at all in my opinion green salad — good(almost the only thing i get here)

Mirage has a small dine in area and a to go counter. I like to dine in, mostly because if I’ve stepped out of the office for lunch, I’d like to stay out as long as possible. The staff here is extremely nice and friendly and the service is fast. If you dine in they serve you bread and butter while you wait for your food and are prompt with endless soda refills. I almost always get the black bean veggie wrap. Their taco salad is also pretty yummy and it’s gi-normous. They serve a variety of sandwiches(hot and cold), wraps, soups and salads. The place doesn’t have much in the way of ambiance, but the price is decent and so is the food.
