Bad customer servicE… the workers are so robotic. not friendly at all. they rush you to pick your items… and they accused me of taking two cookies for the one kids meal I ordered. I get it. it’s just fast food.

Unbelievable!!! Since when did Panda stop their Hot n Sour soup??? It’s cold at night and no soup. The manager here is not very friendly either.

This location is a disaster. I had a to go order on 10÷27÷15. The orange chicken tasted like styrofoam and the chow mein tasted like top romen which you can buy for 25 cents. I’ll stick to the traffic circle location or Cypress. Cypress is the best tasting.

Stingy portions. Panda Express is already overpriced in my opinion, the only thing reason I go back occasionally isn’t the food quality, it’s mostly just eh, but the decent portion sizes. Here they’re super stingy and I will NOT be back to this location. It’s so annoying that every location has such different portion sizes. Let’s get some real uniformity in size and quality Panda Express.

Usually I come in post work out for a light healthy meal on the go. Always quick and good service. Tonight with thirty minutes till close, I wanted veggies and teriyaki chicken. Both of which they were out of and unwilling to make more because«we close in thirty minutes». Ok thanks. Won’t come back.

I went back last week and discovered a long brown hair in my brown rice. Absolutely disgusting! I got a refund but will never eat at this Panda again. Original review: Mei is awesome and always friendly. The food here is fresh and they never disappoint — unlike many other PE locations.

Today was my first time eating at Panda Express. What, was I living under a rock? I know. This was place amazing! The veggies were super fresh and the fountain drinks are nice and cold and not too syrupy. This is definitely going in my regular rotation. The staff were super friendly. And I love the calorie counts are right on the menu.

Great Service I love how the staff is actually asian! Super nice and very fast. Food looks & taste so yummy. Loved how they didn’t insist to much on adding more sides or rolls. So convenient since it’s just around the corner from my job and attached to Pavilions!

This place really saved my bacon, not only were they super friendly when I came in, but they loaned me a tool to help me with my work. I wasn’t just the only person, the lady behind the counter was saying thank you enthusiastically to everyone who got something. It was kind of funny, they asked if I wanted to help out with a local charity which was great, seeing a local businesses supporting the community.

I only have the stuff from here, but have not been in this place physically, so this is a review on the take out I guess, I guess you can say it would taste as good as any other panda express, of course fast food and non-authentic Chinese so I cannot fathom why my mother sometimes likes to get food from here, well I think she takes it to be more like American food anyway the rice quality is not that great but what would you expect from a fast food joint, and most people eat here probably cannot tell the difference, but I think they use Spanish rice here, or the cook the Asian rice in correctly, because it doesn’t exactly taste right the rest of the ingredients, well I guess you could say it’s fast food! How Dem good can that get any way!

Been only twice(and both times during the last 60 days). Just so-so. True to the reviews, the portions are scant. Always have to wait for an eggroll(not so fast food at that point). Nothing popped off the plate. I get that its Chinese fast food and you should swell up from MGS or salt or whatever. But with that experience, I want some dancing taste buds. No pain no gain. The orange chicken had NO orange flavor. The chow mien is good, I like the type of noodles that they use. Nothing was tasty enough to satisfy. BF has the angus steak stir fry and it was pretty good but still no «pop». Waited for the egg rolls and when we got home, they were really weird. like mushy. Odd. We have removed this from our food bonanza menu.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Panda Express today! When I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces, immediately offering samples of their newer selections. The woman who rung up my order recognized it was Earth Day! No one was overly pushy with the extra sides. My food was warm, tasted awesome. Over all it hit the spot for me. I’ll be back!

I like Panda Express… but this location just isn’t very efficient or friendly. There always seems to be a huge line during peak meal times. The line is mainly due to no one moving from their assigned station to help move the line along. Recently I’ve started to notice they are scooping out smaller portion sizes. I thought it might just be one employee but now on three separate occasions I have been disappointed at what I’ve seen when I get home and open the to-go box. I think I may start going to the new Panda Express that’s a little bit farther.

The food here is only decent; most of the people who work here are great and have a good attitude(it’s hard to get good service sometimes at a fast casual type of establishment, but the people here are friendly, smiling, and helpful). During my last visit I got — *egg rolls(not so good and no sauce was included — which I didn’t realize until I got home) *cream cheese wontons(good, but are those chinese? lol) *chow mein and fried rice(decent, not greasy) *eggplant and tofu(good, but eggplant pieces are much too big, and this plate is too spicy for kids — I was planning on sharing with my little one and I ended up having to make her something else instead — I didn’t see anything in the store indicating that it was spicy) I was slightly disappointed that after not coming in here for probably five years that they are still only offering tofu and eggplant OR vegetables as an entrée choice for vegetarians. Maybe some more tofu options or vegetables cooked another way would be good. There is not a lot of seating here although it might be comfortable if you come in and are eating alone. The tables are set up for 2 — 4, but if there was a line inside, and you sat at one of those tables, you would be crowding the line… Overall: May come back, but wouldn’t go out of my way; and if you want dipping sauces, chopsticks, or anything like that, make sure that they are in your bag before you leave!

Nobody in line this time until we left, then line was out the door! Food was only marginal this trip, but then, we can’t expect much I guess. The steamed rice was the bottom of the container, not enough to fill the bowl, but my daughter rarely finishes it anyway, so we were OK. The side of chow mien was over-stuffed which means leftovers! My fried-rice and orange chicken was as normal, tasty, except the rice was a bit mushy. Never had that here before. If anything, it can be crunchy because they keep adding new to the old. Overall, it was to be expected, except no line. Hurray for us I guess. :-)

Now I don’t completely understand my fascination/addiction to Panda Express but there’s something about their fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, and eggplant & tofu combination that for some reason is like kryptonite to me and I just cannot say no to it. Now taking that into account one would think I would give them five stars… unfortunately nope. The service in this particular Panda Express is just appalling to me that I try my best to avoid this location like the plague. It’s just my luck that this happens to be the closest one to my house. There’s probably one or two customer service personel in this location that I like and I believe they are not there all the time. The irritating ones try to sell me extra egg roll or something else but they just annoy me so I say no. The funny thing is the ones the two that do not try and sell me extra egg rolls are the ones I usually buy the extra eggrolls. Anyway, as mentioned above, I love Panda Express. I just hate this specific Panda Express.

I ate here once and it made me nauseous for hours afterward. I gave it a couple years, then tried out another Panda Express somewhere else(I wouldn’t have, but I was with a group and our options were limited). Sure enough, that made me sick too.(To be fair, I had it one more time under similar circumstances, and it didn’t make me sick, but still.) From now on if I want inauthentic Chinese chain fast food, it’s Pick Up Stix for me.

I used to be a faithful patron, but not any longer. This Panda’s has changed a great deal. The portions are limited. There was a time when they did not calculate a spoonful of any item. AND, there is a woman there who continues to be rude and short with customers. A tall, over weight, blonde woman. She had to be indentified!

I don’t usually like admitting that I eat here, but, what the heck! Fake Chinese food is decent sometimes when you are lazy to cook or go to a real restaurant. I was lazy to drive to Cerritos for good Chinese food and also lazy to cook(one of those days) so a little tofu and eggplant along with some beijing beef and noodles and I was full and happy. I’m not going to complain about the tofu or beef being tough because we all know what we can expect coming here. It was decent flavor, decent value, good service, and it satisfied my lazy hunger: P Enjoy in moderation…
