Dreadful! I’m always amazed at how anyone, particularly chinese can say this food taste good enough to give it any positive reviews. If this place were in The northeast, I can guarantee it would be out of business within 1 yr.

April needs to smile more. She needs to control her resting bitch face. Food is great. Panda is panda.

Seriously, the food wasn’t bad tasting… Until I got food poisoning… Cannot stop throwing up. Never will eat ANY panda, especially at this location.

My first time coming here, one of the employees Adriana has to smile a little bit more, other than another employee named Yesenia was at the cashier she was very friendly and was comforting me. When I sat down to eat my sweet fire chicken Breast and brown rice I noticed the taste of the brown rice was BURNT!

A sense of urgency when it comes to service(especially during busy diner time hours) would be nice… went in to pick up dinner with my boyfriend and they were moving average speed helping the three people in front of us in line. I don’t mind a wait, until the employees act like they could care less. What really killed it for me, is when one of the employees walked from the lobby into the kitchen area by the registers and started talking to another employee about borrowing another employee for 30 min, the ENTIRESTAFF(even the ones around the corner in the BOH prep area) STOPPED what they were doing and turned to watch/listen to the conversation… at this point the line was to the door. Even when refilling the orange chicken, they carried it with snail pace(not just slow as if to take care not to spill). I’m not very impatient, but as a manager, I know what speed of service should look like. These people were zombie like and seemed very unhappy. I know working at Panda is probably not ideal, but at least try to be friendly and smile.

First time and last time I will be ordering here. I made an online order at today 11:30AM of half fried rice and half veggies with beef and broccoli to be picked up at 1:30PM. I arrived at the counter at 1:30PM and they didn’t even know they had online orders to make. They also forgot to give me my fried rice and veggies in my bowl.

Panda always good quick food. The hostess could be a bit friendlier. If you don’t like your job quit and find a better one other wise treat the customers right

I was picking up a plate for my mom, I walked in and waited my turn, Yolanda appeared and Assumed I had been helped, so she helped the 2 people who arrived after me, Not a big deal so far, when Yolanda finished helping the people who entered after me I said, Can I please order, she said, Ohh you didn’t order, «would I ask you to take my order if I had already ordered» her answer, «I don’t know»! I asked to speak with the manager, who was Damian, when I told him I was a restaurant consultant, and that the success always depends on Hiring correctly, and that Yolanda was a bad choice, he answered with some Canned, response. «Ok, Thank you very much»! I asked if I could just pay for my order, He walked away… Finally Jonathan came over, Found my order and rang me up. I swear, Other than Jonathan, the combined IQ of the entire staff couldn’t tip 28. When I got back to my moms Yolanda had packaged the wrong Order…

I know it’s just Panda Express. For the most part the food is all the same, right. Although the food was delicious, this review is about the staff. They went beyond my expectations at this location. They actually messed up my order a little. Not a big deal at all. But there were very apologetic and wanted to make it up. They did with out me asking/expecting it. They are very friendly people Bravo to the all the staff here.

Overall the same quality no matter what panda you go to, food was good. They do, however need to look into how they have their online ordering set up. I went into the store 45 minutes after ordering online and it still hasn’t come through on their computer systems. So much for express online pickup I had to wait 10 minutes, might as well have stood in line. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless

Always reliable cheap & cheerful chow. I like the Panda because I can get vegetables in place of the fried rice & noodles, and they have spicy condiments to jazz things up. I like the Kung Pao chicken and eggplant tofu. One caveat; if they don’t look fresh in the case, ask them to make more for you, and they will do it. Don’t let them give you food that has been sitting for 45 minutes in it holding pan. I hate that they are this giant conglomerate that forces their employees to attend Landmark learning classes, as well as Zumba classes at the head office– Its not«mandatory» however, if you don’t participate you eventually will be ostracized from the herd. Think Yes, I feel kinda lame for writing a review for Panda, but I am guilty of using them quite a bit, and with the new year coming its time to «come clean» and disclose. about that while you are wolfing down that orange chicken…

I don’t know why but the beef broccoli here is better than any other panda I’ve been too. Also Peter is an awesome fun guy, he makes their service better(I got free drinks twice for waiting)

I’m not sure if I can give Panda Express more than 3 stars. I go here for a quick dinner after a long day of work, since everything is prepared and sitting over a steam bath/heat lamps. Orange chicken, mandarin chicken, Kung pao chicken, broccoli and beef, and eggplant tofu are probably my top choices. I always choose half vegetables to substitute my carb choice too. Service here is good, they really make an effort to be efficient and offer samples. One thing i wish they did was have the dishes posted on top or something. By the time you can look at the dishes, they’re rushing you to choose.

Whenever I’m in need of a «Chinese» food fix, I go to Panda Express. Generally, I get good service at every Panda Express I go to. This one in particular, since it’s right by my school, I go to all the time. The staff are friendly and not stingy. I hate that. Some Panda Express locations have specially-sized entrée plates. People don’t really notice it, but I certainly do. You best believe that if I’m paying a good 7 – 8 bucks for a entrée plate, I be getting my money’s worth. So don’t charge me the same with a smaller amount. However, at this particular location, they are nice and give you a good amount of everything. It always helps to speak nicely to the workers and say, «Thank You.» At least from my experience, I usually get more on my plate when I’m nice. Plus, they are sometimes cut off guard when they are thanked because people don’t really do that anymore. To wrap up, Good food. Friendly staff. «Chinese» food that you can’t go wrong with. My usual: –Half and Half –Orange Chicken –Beijing Beef Also, did you know that you can get a Panda Bowl with half and half? I had no idea. Yes, you can get a Panda Bowl and get both chow mein and fried rice, plus one entrée side. Definitely good when you just want your fix, but don’t want the whole plate.
