The Beach House

Had a lovely dinner here during out last night in Long Beach. A doe walked past the windows, just 5 feet away while we were eating our dinner. Classic Chic atmosphere. They have an extensive wine list. The executive chef Vinessa Mulinix is very good. It’s a nice fine dining option locally.
My husband had the blue cheese chicken with Strawberries. He loved the fresh sliced berries and the startling combination of these 2 tastes. His main complaint is that he wanted a 2^nd serving, but he didn’t get a soup or salad so I wasn’t to surprised by that.
I had a creamy potato caraway soup that was another interesting and very tasty combination.
I had the grilled Salmon entrée. It was a little raw in the middle but the outside flavoring was delicate as a kiss. I enjoyed the risotto and asparagus side dishes as well.
There’s not a lot of seating so be sure to make a reservation. And they are open Thursday through Sunday 4:30pm — 8:30pm
