Time 2 Train

Tyler and his crew, Sidney and gosh I forget her name but she’s the coach on Thursdays are all awesome. From the beginning when I called Tyler for more information about the group he was so welcoming and I knew this was the boot camp that I wanted to try.
The workouts are mostly circuits so it goes by fast and it’s fun. It’s also nice to work out outdoors and I enjoyed that a lot.
The bottom line, I lost 3lbs in one month and lots of inches off my body.
Time to Train is good for anyone at any level. If you’re interested, take the next step! :)

Tyler is an amazing trainer. He’s extremely knowledgeable, personable, and most important, he’s highly motivating. His classes and one-​on-​one sessions are second to none. He is great working with the most experienced athletes or with guys like me (people who work all day sitting at a desk). If you want to shed a few pounds, pick up some muscle, or just get the blood pumping, you can’t go wrong with Time 2 Train!

I’ve been attending boot camp classes from Time 2 Train (T2T) since May of last year. I decided to join in because home video exercises were not working anymore (repetitious, getting bored, no motivation, etc.). When I started, my son was only a little more than two months old, and let me tell you, I definitely gained sympathy weight (& lots of them!) during my wife’s pregnancy. It was well worth it, but it was time to get back on track. T2T with Tyler’s expertise definitely helped me get right back on the proper track. Tyler makes each boot camp class enjoyable and worth your time. Tyler has taught me how to properly and effectively perform each exercise routine. As with any other exercise program, I still have to do my part as far as staying active during off days and sticking with proper diet (I still have my cheat days though). Tyler, our bootcamp pro beastmaster, will give you the proper head start to reach your goal. I’ve seen great results, and I am getting closer and closer to my fitness goal. I am so glad I joined T2T… So if you are ready to drop some pounds, feel great, and enjoy exercise routine with other motivated boot campers, come join us. I ASSURE you that you will not regret it!

Joining T2T was one of the best things I did this year. After not working out for over a year I was a bit hesitant but after checking it out and talking to some of the participants I decided it was time to start. Tyler, the trainer is very welcoming of everyone no matter what level you are at. During the work out session time flies by as you get a great work out and have a great time doing it. All the other participants encourage you and cheer you on as you give your best at the work out. The work out is different every day which keeps it fresh and fun.
Definitely worth checking out!

I must start by saying «Thank You!» to Tyler and his team at Time 2 Train. I started this bootcamp exercise class in July after purchasing a 3 month deal through a «community deals» website — probably my smartest buy.
Joining T2T, I wasn’t sure what method these fitness instructors would use — the «I’m your Drill Sergeant and you’re about to get hurt» or the «I’m a Zen and energetic being and will motivate you to push yourself.» With Tyler and team, you definitely get the latter. They do a great job of motivating the group with a variety of aerobic, anaerobic, stretching exercises. With this group, we feel a sense of family, and it shows with the potluck we all share at the end of the monthly bootcamps.
If you live remotely close to Long Beach, give Time 2 Train a trial run. It really is rewarding to weigh in and take measurements pre-​camp and to see tangible results and feel really energized by the end of the 4 weeks. And do it all over again the next month! I signed up for an additional 6 months! Thanks T2T!

Tyler’s been my personal trainer for a while now, and he’s the best! He’s knowledgeable, but at the same time personable, and very patient. I was nervous about going to a personal trainer before because I never had been to one, but Tyler made it so easy, and I’m so happy with how strong and fit I feel.

Joining Time 2 Train has definitely been such a great and rewarding experience! I was a bit apprehensive at first unsure if my body was strong enough to make it through all the training exercises. But the trainers at the camp make it challenging yet fun and unique that I found myself really looking forward to each session at the end of a busy work day. I felt my body getting stronger and my endurance improving after just two months of going to camp. Tyler knows how to motivate each camper to optimize their performance levels at their own pace. Tony and Alex are amazingly supportive as they coach you on proper technique and inspire you to keep going during endurance training. If you are looking for a great training camp that incorporates all the elements of an awesome strengthening program then give Time 2 Train a try!

Time 2 Train is a really awesome boot camp. They keep you motivated and definitely kick your butt! I like how they have a variety of class times and really ensure that people at all levels are getting the best possible workout. Each time you go, you get a different workout. Definitely worth checking out! Tyler is amazing!

I joined T2T this past summer through a great deal. I had been trying to find a boot camp for quite some time now, however, they have all been very far and the times were not good for me. I came across T2T and thought it was a great opportunity… I joined it in July and August of 2014. I liked the sense of community and the encouragement I received from Tyler and Tony. Prior to this I had not worked out in years!
Tyler and Tony helped motivate and push me and had me doing various exercises I had never done. This taught me a lot about my limits and it taught me to see what I enjoyed (I love kettle bell swings!). The way the exercises are formulated you are not thinking about time, instead you are just thinking about getting done with as many reps as possible. This is a great mentality because when I went to the gym I ran on the treadmill for longer than I ever had! This was due to the timed miles we had to run… I no longer looked at the treadmill time, instead I was just running until I couldn’t anymore.
In addition to this, your measurements are taken — something I never do! This is a great way to track your progress because pounds aren’t always a good indicator for how well you are doing. I was pleasantly surprised to see the improvements I had made within 4 short weeks! All of this was due to the boot camp because I hadn’t really changed my diet that much. Unfortunately, once school started up again I could no longer attend the classes, however, I am looking forward to continuing with the boot camp once my schedule allows. There’s so much more progress to be made!

First I have to say «Thank You» Time 2 Train for giving me and others the opportunity to get on track with eating right and exercising.
My friend and I signed up and everyone was so friendly! We enjoyed the evening class and thought is was a great way to end our day. The workout is awesome, you do something new everyday, and you don’t feel overwhelmed. Not only do you get in shape, you have fun doing it and you feel energized. Tyler, the trainer is motivating but doesn’t act like a drill sergeant. No matter what your fitness level is he makes it work for you.
I encourage anyone to give them a try.

Time 2 Train is a great boot camp Tyler is a great trainer and the other campers are friendly and that makes the camp more fun. I’m just finishing the 1^st camp and I can feel the difference in my body already, I have more energy and feel great overall.

I’ve been with Time 2 Train for almost a year now and have loved the workouts. Tyler is a great trainer and has helped me a lot with my technique and form of my workouts which I have transitioned to my weight training class at school. Can’t wait to continue working out with Tyler and definitely would recommend anyone to join this camp.

The trainers are wonderful, and the fellow trainees are very nice people as well. I’ve been to many boot camps, and this was the best.

Glad I got to experience my first ever bootcamp with Time 2 Train! The workouts are definitely challenging but Tony makes it fun enough for you to return every day at 5:30am and work your butt off. :)
Already signed up for the next session and am excited to continue with this bootcamp!

Can I just ditto what Nesha said! I agree with what a wonderful trainer Tony was. It was a wonderful Bootcamp for 5:30 am and in the freezing cold of January. Everyone had a wonderful demeanor and was pleasant to train with. I would recommend to anyone.
The ropes are no joke! They are absolutely fantastic! Keep with it and you will love them. And no the jump rope doesn’t get heavier, just better.

Had a great time working out with this team, really fun and the hour goes by so fast.

Discovered Time 2 Train through Living Social & thoroughly enjoyed the boot camp experience! Tyler was personable & knowledgeable, the workouts were well structured & accommodated a variety of different fitness levels, the group environment provided built-​in motivation & I achieved my personal goal!

I highly recommend Tyler to anyone out there looking to get the results you need fast! I had a trip to Thailand planned and needed to be bikini ready in 5 weeks. Being the procrastinator that I am, I knew I needed help from a professional. Enter Tyler, who graciously took on the challenge of helping me meet my very aggressive fitness goals in a few short weeks. Tyler’s approach is the perfect mix of patience and no nonsense training that you can ACTUALLY accomplish. He helped me hit the ground running quickly and I was shocked at how fast I not only saw results, but how strong I became in a short period of time. Tyler really cares about each of his clients and would often give me extra «homework» or keep me accountable when it came to my french fry addiction. So what were my results? I lost two inches in my waist, dropped 12 pounds and a full dress size. Best of all for the first time ever I was actually not ashamed to have a million pictures posted of me on Facebook.
Training with Tyler and Time 2 Train is a great investment of money and time. (This coming from a girl who works 50+ hours a week with lots of other personal commitments). I highly recommend their services to anyone and know you will be so pleased with both the service you receive and the results you get!

I have been working out with Tony for a while now and literally have never felt better. He is very knowledgable about what he is doing, but also brings positive energy and FUN to every workout.
I highly recommend Tony as a trainer because he definitely works you out hard. Just after a few weeks I already noticed a change in my body. Can’t wait to continue working out with Tony and definitely would recommend him to anyone.

I was so excited to hear that Tyler is expanding his business to include boot camps and group training right here in Long Beach. I have been one-​on-​one training with Tyler for a few months now and I have to say he is an extremely knowledgable individual.
I have been to a number of gyms in the past without seeing the great results I wanted. Learning new exercises from Tyler and more importantly doing them with the correct form has changed everything. The workouts are definitely difficult but with his teaching style they’re made fun and more importantly I have seen my body increase in endurance and strength.
I would highly recommend taking any type of training from Tyler and I’m especially excited to partake in a boot camp taught by such experienced trainers!
