Wells Fargo Bank

I hate banks. The lines are always long, and there’s never any guidance when you walk in. I hate bank runs because they normally take over an hour.
Not at Wells Fargo! Jose greeted me at the door and asked what he could do to help me. I told him I needed some advice for opening certain accounts and he was wonderful! He grabbed some reading material for me and then directed me to Gian when he was finished with his customer. If Gian couldn’t answer my questions, he went to the manager, and she was the sweetest!
I compared prices between Bank of America and Wells Fargo, and Wells Fargo has the better deals, hands down. Also, even though it was busy, I loved the fact that Jose was out front directing traffic and maximizing efficiency.
I am so happy with this bank! I think I’m going to switch over my other accounts, they are AWESOME.

I left work early to make sure that I had enough time to obtain a new ATM card, as the card that I currently have is bent. Well, Jessica Chacon-​Loya NMLSRID: 1 189 703, was working the door greeting customers and directing them to where they need to be. I guess that is all she does because when I showed her my badly damaged card and told her that I was there to obtain another preferably with my photo on it, she proceeded to tell me how to obtain another one online. I told her that I was interested in getting a card a temporary card and she kept telling me getting one online. It was like she wasn’t even listening to what I was saying. I ended up leaving in frustration. When I went back in to get her business card, she totally changed her lazy ass tune. I WOULD AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. They suck!!!

— Bank tellers look like cheap prostitutes
— Bad lines (waiting time can be 30+ minutes)
— No parking space, always full
— ATM running out of money
— Weird smell
— Bums outside asking for money EWW No!
Because of how bad of an experience I have had with this Bank I switched banks ASAP!

By far the worst bank experience I have ever had. What is sad is that I was actually dealing with the manager. I walked in around 5:45pm to simply deposit a check. They asked me to use the ATM outside but I refused because I have had a bad experience in the past where my check was lost that way. Then the manager said she couldn’t deposit my check because I had not changed my last name to my married name. I have been married for almost 4yrs & have NEVER had a problem at any bank including this one depositing or withdrawing money before. I asked her to check my records so she can see that I had deposited checks before and that even my direct deposit checks come in under my married last name & she would not check for me. She then asked me again to use the ATM. At that point I knew it wasn’t that I was wrong, she was just being too lazy to do her job at the end of the day. As I was walking out another client was also questioning a different teller on why they couldn’t help her. Word of advice never trust this bank!

I’m not a fan of banks. But this place was great Rodolfo helped me without questions! He was very professional and knowledgable about ways to save me money and what account was better for me. Long story short he’s the go to fella —-Rodolfo

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. they laugh in your face when you don’t have an account w them and all you’re trying to so is cash a check. Manager with cheap pink lipstick heads the worst customer service ever.

This branch always has long lines and terrible customer service. As you wait 30 minutes in line, you wonder why you didn’t go to a different branch 12 minutes away. As regrettable as it is, you wait in line for assistance from a representative who is joking around with another teller.

The branch here had me waiting for a while since they have no knowledge how to run the business line for business account holder’s.

I avoid this bank. I only used this bank when I’m lazy to drive to the one on Cherry and Willow or nearby getting food. I avoid this bank because of solicitors. As soon as I step out of the bank, a man asks for money. No thank you. Again, I avoid this bank.

sooooooooooooo I used to hate this place since there is always a friggin line. 10 deep, atleast half an hour of your precious time.
Until now,
they have a magical merchant line.
I’m a happy camper,
however. u regular folks still have to wait in a terribly inconvenient long line.
