I had my auto loan through them and after 55 months of paying 10 days early every single month something happened that caused my payment not to be processed. AHFCU waited more than 45+ days to contact me about the late payment. I called them back and told them I could pay off the loan in full over the phone, but they couldn’t do it as they «can’t process this type of payment». My only option was to drop everything and drive 40+ miles to the only branch that was open on New Years Eve only to have them not accept payment. I would recommend staying away from them… I am pretty sure they don’t know what they are doing.

If your looking for a reliable bank. This is NOT the right bank. They are very unprofessional and does NOT care for their customer. No wonder they have been laying off their own employees. Also, no ATM to be found near your place. Their hours sucks, close at 4:00pm. Will never recommend.
