Wells Fargo Bank

I needed cash and this ATM was the nearest to me at the time. Mission completed.

It gets really busy experience is a hit or miss type of situation depending on who you get.

It’s a bank. It’s near Home Depot and several other businesses; Chinese Combo, Subway, a froyo and a Mexican place are all a stone’s throw away (but Golden Eagle is across the street… get a gyro and frings). I only come here to get cash, as like most working Americans, I have direct deposit through work (and my checks get deposited around 12:05am Friday mornings).
Only real gripe are the jerkwads that park in the handicapped spaces with no visible placard or plate (when I used to work as a volunteer with SHPD, we’d write parking tickets for illegal blue or red zone parking).

Had another problem. Deposited a check so came here to find out why my deposit did not register. Came here to resolve it. I was told to try the ATM company. this branch did not seem to have the resources to figure out that it was deposited at another branch and that teller deposited it into someone else’s account. Because of this I spent 3 days going back and forth on the phone to the ATM company, and 2 Wells Fargo banks. What is going on. Beware of all Wells Fargos.

Banks are great only to deposit your money. Seriously. I always want to be in and out of the bank because I usually have lots to do or feel extremely tired from the lack of sleep. Just like my experience at Jack In The Box I have had my good and bad days here. I have had tellers that were in a hurry with my transactions and did not give me the option to choose my receipt the way I wanted saying its automatic to print out… lies! I have been here enough times to know how it works. Anyways, this is the first Wells Fargo branch I had the pleasure to do business with. If it were not for the poor customer service I received during different visits then this place would have been 5 stars. The bankers sitting on the desk with their names are not too nice. After doing a transaction at the window I was directed to go to Enrique who looked more annoyed that I was told to go to him. His facial expression said it all with his eyes rolling in disgust and his tone of voice not so interested. Overall, I would still go here and now know who not to approach. Unless, I can find some other Wells Fargo close by then this place will have to do.

I went in for a basic deposit and ended up being there for 45 minutes! (a good 45 minutes though).
Daniel M. is a personal banker here and noticed something was up with my account and called some magical number to get it sorted out instantly!
He resolved the issue and set me up with a few other perks of having a Wells Fargo account that I was unaware of. He was very pleasant to do business with and was very friendly and got everything handled!

Nothing more convenient than a Wells Fargo self service in the same shopping center as Costco & Home Depot. I love the convenience of having both the closer to Costco and the option to go inside.

Wells Fargo simply is the greediest of all banks. My wife was charged for 14– 35 dollar overdraft charges on her debit card for little purchases like coffee in several days because she lost tract of her balance. This bank would not even forgive one of them. Citibank told me they would charge maybe 2 – 3 then decline purchases. Not with greedy Wells Fargo as they will take advantage. We both are closing our accounts.

I’m not sure what happened to this branch their customer service has gone down in ratings for me personally. Huge lines, long waits. Business line isn’t acknowledged as it should be. The manager was so rude to me and we’ll I went from rating them 5 stars to 2. And that’s only because the 2 girls prior to the manager were actually nice.

This branch of Wells Fargo is one of the best Wells Fargo I’ve been to. I needed a bank account for starting out fresh in college. So today I got my chance. This Wells Fargo has friendly staff and a business like setting. As I was waiting I even got free coffee. Definitely recommend the place for all your banking needs. You will feel at home at this place. No pressure. This is the first time I came to set up a bank account so I was a bit nervous to go over this ordeal. My personal banker that day was Rebecca Mendoza. She told me the ins and outs of the business. That I needed to make sure my balance was accurate before making a withdrawal.
One thing to remember is that when you make deposits make sure to be there before 4 pm. if you have a check this wil ensure that the money will make its way into your account by midnight. If you don’t make it in time by 4 pm and you get there say 5 pm to make a deposit your money won’t be in your account when you check at midnight it will be in the account the following next midnight. So when you get overdrafted. It’s not the bank’s fault that you made a mistake. As for lines, they go fast, even if there is a big line you won’t wait long before meeting the bank teller. Good luck!
