Actually, they might deserve 1.5 stars. Nice bank and use to be the best interest rates. But the worst home loan out there. Pre-​approvals only last 1.5 months? And to renew your pre-​approval, they have to run your credit again. Kiss your credit score goodbye with all the dings you’ll be getting. Good luck in a short sale negotiation. Nothing but ARMs available for financing. And watch out for the hidden conditions they don’t tell you about (like mandatory home inspections they will use against you). Don’t even think about this place for a fixer upper. They only want to finance new/​turn key properties.
This place might be a good alternative to corporate banks for a savings account, but skip their loan department.

The employees here are friendly and quick to serve customers as they enter. Furthermore, their loan department was nothing but outstanding in their assistance getting me approved for a loan to fix my car.
