I just moved here and I am very impressed at the level of professionalism with the concierge staff and every employee I have come in contact with.
I look for establishments that focus on service and I have to say that I am very impressed. There is the saying you get what you pay for and this is very true in this case. The view is excellent and very close to the Pike. I’m very excited as I start my new life in Long Beach.

The condos are great i live here some years here. is very clean but the association fee to high 700dlls monthly. In this economy is better save money the waste.

Great view of the long beach harbor! We live on the 20th floor so the view is awesome! The staff at the front desk is nice and friendly! The Pike is about 10 min walk from the building!
