Wingstop

You typically don’t go to a wingstop for excellent service. You go for the wings. I’m not sure about the other reviewers, but this particular wingstop isn’t too bad in service. It’s pretty much what you’d expect from any other wingstop.
I always come to this one on mondays and tuesdays for 60 cent boneless wings. Lemon pepper’s always a good choice, and the cajun’s a bit salty, but I already got used to it. Their spiciest flavor, atomic, isn’t as hot as Buffalo Wild Wing’s blazing in my opinion.
Basically, wingstop always has great wings, but don’t walk in always expecting outstanding service.

Did an online order and the wings were ready upon pick up! Brandon was very courteous and fast! Great worker, got back to my gf with tasty wings asap!

Went to Afters Ice Cream with some friends and then saw this Wingstop in the same plaza and was craving some buffalo chicken… so I stopped in and since it was Monday, they had boneless wings for 60 cents each. Ehh not too bad and I wanted a little snack so I decided why not? I asked for buffalo wings and the employee said that the mild sauce was the most similar to buffalo sauce so I ordered 6 mild boneless wings.
I waited for about 10 minutes at a table until my food was done. It was actually pretty busy and while I was waiting, about 5 customers came in. The food was exactly what I thought it would be — not amazing but decent. The food piping hot and the mild sauce was pretty tasty. However, since the wings were already fried and then dipped in the sauce, they were really salty.
I gave ³⁄₅ stars since the wait was kind of long for only having ordered 6 wings… also the wings seemed really salty. But I was craving buffalo wings and the sauce was pretty yummy… so for a few bucks not too bad at all.

Ordered online 10 wings to go. Said ready for pick up in 20 min. They hadn’t even entered my order. Waited another 30 minutes. Get it together or don’t provide online ordering.

5 stars for great customer service. Even when we were annoying customers changing our order, they were still nice and very friendly about it. The girl at the cashier had a contagious smile (: and of course the wings were as great as ever.

This is my go to Wingstop since its nearby campus.
Haven’t had a problem whenever I come here! My food is always ready in a timely manner and what I like most about Wingstop is that their wings holds up in flavor. Love their parmesan garlic and lemon pepper. their wings are slightly small, but it’s to my liking. they’re always nice about giving me all flats when I ask for it. their fries are probably one of my favorite but it lacks a little seasoning nowadays. the manger here is friendly and chill :)

I love wingstop but this location sucks. I ordered the 10 piece combo lemon pepper wings and 5 additional mango habanero wings to go. The fries weren’t cooked that well. They weren’t crispy and didn’t have that burnt look like how they usually are. Instead of giving me mango habanero, they gave me Cajun! Wtf! The wings tasted dry and bland. And to top it all off, they forgot my ranch! The ranch is the best part of eating wingstop! Wow never coming to this location ever again.

It’s wing stop great food when cooked right! Lots of great flavors to choose from. This location is pretty clean not a lot of foot traffic so it works for me. Other than that cooked cooked to ordered just how I like it. Friendly staff
Revised statement: the wings I ordered I asked for well done they came out medium No bueno! The fries were cold/​room temperature No bueno! I’m over all disgusted with this location. I stand corrected in reference to my photos Wing Stop on Ximeno a lot better and worth the wait!!!

Chicken was not cooked and u could barely taste the different flavors I asked for… Took me forever to order.

I LOVE Wingstop! Like LOVE LOVE LOVE. I usually go to the Wingstop on Woodruff and Del Amo but being a cheap AZN, I decided to come to this location because of MOGL’s 50% off deal (MOGL is like ebates but with restaurants). I placed my order for pick up and this is where things start to go wrong.
During the call, they said it was $ 1 extra for all flats (I know they charge $ 1 for all drumsticks but NOT for flats) and it was $ 0.50 extra to replace the veggies with fries. For those of you who don’t know, you can get small fries in lieu of 2 orders of the carrots and celery. I mean, come on… who the hell wants to eat carrots and celery with delicious greasy oil filled full flavored chicken wings sent from the heavens? Why are vegetables on the menu here in the first place? Waste of stomach space IMO.
I wasn’t going to argue over the extra $ 1.50 charge because I’ve only seen ghetto people work at Wingstop and I did not want a loogie flavored wing. Anyway, I get home and open the box expecting the scent of garlic parmesan to waft through my living room but instead I see something red and sticky looking. My garlic parmesan wings turned out to be disappointing Mango Habanero.
I was seriously depressed and filled with sadness at my first world problem. Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER come to this Wingstop location ever again.

Out of all the wing stops I’ve gone to, this one has got to be the worst. The customer service wasn’t quite there; I did not feel very welcomed and the staff seemed like they did not even want to be there. I also noticed some of the tables were a bit sticky and not wiped down all the way.
One other thing, my friends and I noticed one of the female workers did not have her hair tied up, or pulled back, as she was prepping and handling the food. Her hair was down past her shoulders and it seem like it could have touched our food. I’m lucky that I didn’t find a strand of her hair in my food!

Walked in there at 8pm on a Friday:
There were 20 teenagers taking up the tables. Loitering. Not eating.
Out of straws
Out of napkins
Out of tea, diet coke, and hi-​c
…not surprising that when I got home my order was completely wrong. I called them to give them a heads up, and the only response was take it up with management. Great service.
Would not eat here, or any location, again

This is quite possibly the slowest Wingstop I have ever encountered.
I placed an online order and was prompted by the system to arrive in 20 minutes to pick up my order. They did not even start making my food until I got there! Completely defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.
What’s worse is that people who came in after me received their order before me. Unbelievable.
****UPDATE****
Come to find out, this unfortunate series of events was due to the fact an incompetent employee gave my order away. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

Before Buffalo Wild Wings «blew up» with chains in every city, Wingstop was my go-​to for wings, this location is much more convenient for me than BWW but after multiple occasions of my order being wrong, inappropriate language over the phone when I would call orders in, and general bad service lately I’ve been driving out of my way to the Cerritos location!
Last night I decided that it’s been a while since I’ve ate here so I called my order in, I had to repeat my order multiple times and the employee was speaking to me like I was one of his homies (whatever, doesn’t bother me that much) When I came in to pick up my order I received the same weird service, the employee (Brandon) pulled my food out of the bag to review it with me but was slurring his speech, laughing and in conversation with another employee, Overall just a strange interaction.
As I was walking to my car another one of the employees was having a cigarette outside and yelled something at me in a «slurry» ballegerant manner while laughing (again, very interesting and weird).
Overall the food was okay, the fries were extremely soggy but the wings were good, my order was correct which is rare at this location so I commend them on that, after another weird experience though I don’t think I’ll be frequently visiting this wingstop anytime in the near future.
Tips: Repeat your order, double check your receipt, and check your food before you leave!

If I could give a negative star review I would. I have been here three times (all Monday’s) and the experience was miserable. Having worked in fast food and movie theaters for 5+years each, one thing is I know is how customer service is SUPPOSED to be done.
All three times I had problems with my order. I go to the counter and say something, and I am treated like I was causing a problem and refused to be helped. The final time there was a serious problem with my food I noticed after eating one wing, and took it to the counter. I was fed some bs story when I asked for a refund as I was done with this place and refused. I left immediately and apparently the girl working there told my friend that I had eaten too much for a refund. WTF I ate one wing, and what are they going to do, reuse the wings?
To the point. Terrible customer service and the wings are better at the Ximeno location anyways.

Please don’t waste your time or your money here): there are other locations… And Buffalo Wild Wings isn’t too far off from this location might as well go there.
I must admit there were a few orders backed up in front of mine and there were a few angry customers in front of me too.
I ordered fries, just fries… A regular order of fries… It took more than 20 minutes after ordering these fries to get them. I could’ve planted my own potatoes, chopped them up and fried them and it would’ve taken less time.
One of the employees tried to to help me out and she commented to the other employee (the one who took my order and was also making the food this poor busy soul) that it doesn’t take too long to prepare fries and the employee making the food replies by yelling «I can do whatever I want!» Across the kitchen.
First of all… LOLz but come on that’s pretty rude /​: of course you can do whatever you want, on your own time mister not when you’re at work unfortunately. And you should consider being a little nicer to a customer who’s been waiting one century for an order fries no? I don’t know maybe I’m not being logical and demanding such a thing as basic customer service.

I ordered my food via phone„ something simple. 10 classic wings, sm baked beans and celery sticks. I received 8 pieces of uncooked chicken and by the time I parked in my driveway, the bottom of the bag was soaked with grease. I typically go to the Ximino location and will continue to do so. Beware of the chicken at this location.

This was actually my first time at a Wingstop. Cherry popped.
Ordered the 10 piece Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub. My friends ordered the fries, and they are supposedly amazing because they put sugar on top.
The food took too long… especially since I was hangry as stated earlier. I liked the lemon pepper, but the lousiana rub was ok. Tried some of my friends fries and they were pretty dang tasty… it was definitely the sugar crack additive.
All in all, food was decent but be prepared for a wait. The wait might even be longer at peak hours.

Awful experience. The wings were bland and boring. Staff were short and not friendly.
Also when I asked for carrots/​celery and ranch or bluec heese (you know, the staple for buffalo wings) I was told I needed to pay an additional $ 2! Seriously you want me to pay for something that comes with wings everywhere else in the world?! It would be like Mc Donalds charging extra for ketchup or starbucks charging for cream and sugar. HUGE turn off. I don’t care about paying a little extra for a decent meal. My problem was being ‘nickled and dimed’ for subpar food.
Ill never be back. Unilocalers if you want decent wings keep driving past this place and make a right into Buffalo Wild Wings in Marina Pacifica.
