The best wings anywhere. Cooked perfectly. Veggie sticks with dip, potato salad and good baked beans. A winner everytime. Just don’t like there choice of none existent paper napkins, don’t like the roll of paper towels. Everything else is top notch!! especially the flavords of wings available. Thanks. Sometimes short of help. Usually put on hold to take my order, even been on the recorder a few times. Not good.

This place even though it is quick has poor customer service. I called in to order to pick up wings for my office on a lunch break and they put me on hold for ten minutes, I finally hung up and called back, then was hung up on twice in a row, just rude! We must have really been craving wings that day, because we tried again and finally got through ANDTHEN they forgot something. The food is not bad but when can you go wrong with wing?

Typically go to the location on Cherry Ave. I noticed this location was in the direction of a store I needed to go to and decided to order wings from here instead. I got them home and was pretty disappointed. I’m picky with my wings but I’ve always loved the ones at the other location. These weren’t crispy and seemed to be mostly fatty pieces of chicken. I couldn’t even eat them.

Dear Wingstop, thank you for getting my order wrong. My wife had a long day watching my toddler daughter and her cousin, and she had to spend the evening preparing for her consultant job(#StayAtHomeWorkingMom). We are trying to be budget conscious and have to watch where we spend our money. It was a choice between me trying to whip up an edible meal in the kitchen and burning something so I have to go out for food anyway, or just quickening the process and going out from the very beginning. We decided we really wanted to have some delicious wings, but like most marriages we can never agree on important issues like who is changing the next dirty diaper, who is getting up at 1AM to put the baby back to «sleep»(and by sleep, I mean laying on our love seat for an hour or more till our daughter decides she’s ready to fall back asleep), or bone-in vs boneless chicken wings. So we ordered a 15 half boneless lemon pepper and half bone-in hickory BBQ and fries. I picked up the order with baby in tow. Normally I would double check the order, but I was too busy struggling to sign the receipt while my daughter gave me an extreme purple nurple. At home we usually split our food with our daughter, and we were dismayed to discover that you had given us bone-in lemon pepper and boneless BBQ and almost ruined life as we know it. However, a quick phone call remedied the issue. Since you graciously remade our entire order and let us keep the original mistake, each member of our family was able to eat way more wings then we should’ve. While you certainly didn’t do anything to fight obesity in America, you effectively doubled our dollars for this evening’s meal and helped us have a happy evening. Even my daughter had an extra twinkle in her eye when she hysterically threw her water cup from her high chair. Thank you for providing the much needed, though questionably nutritious, sustenance for my family. You saved our Wednesday night. Sincerely, Anthony

The reason for the horrible rating is for poor service, long waits on phone, dropped calls, dirty floors, and the worse is online orders that are either made early or late but never on time. Don’t blame staff, blame the owner(franchise) who is too lazy to monitor his business. I have to go to the Del Amo store if I want the food timely without stress. I’m thinking of ditching them all together because of this store. Pathetic!

Not only do they have the best tasting wings, their service is excellent… slow because they cook their wings to order but extremely organized. I was upset because they only use paper bags and sauce came out of the bag and into my brand new white vest, it was a Christmas gift. I purposely ordered plain, I thought I did. With anger, I went to complain to Joel, the manager. He was so, so nice. Not only did he apologize for the inconvenience, he said it was their rules & regulations, they don’t provide plastic bags anytime, anywhere in their stores. No trash cans around either. He said he will share the complaint to his boss, let’s watch the improvement, they should at least put the mixed chicken wings in waxed paper or something. He replaced the order with plain wings… I ordered it wrong, I guess. He also offered to have the vest cleaned, I felt he was extremely nice about the situation, left my vest and did pick it back up today. Best service ever, thank you Joel.

Lemon pepper chicken wings are really crispy and delicious. We always order bone-in for take-out. We never eat the food here because it’s poorly-lit and the place is a bit small. Don’t expect any interaction with the service crew aside from them taking your order and getting your payment and calling your name when the food is ready. The four stars is just for the lemon pepper chicken wings.

Best wings ever. The space is clean and appealing. Very casual with rolls of paper towel as napkins. My o my complaint is that is does take 10 – 15 minutes for your order cause they make your order fresh !!

I didn’t really come away from this place blown away. In terms of customer service, this place had annoyed me. There was a new employee working which wasn’t what bothered me, but the management’s inability to ensure the employees working had the required knowledge and skills to perform their job functions. I received a $ 5 off coupon in the mail, and I couldn’t use it because there wasn’t a manager present to enter it in the system, and the manager didn’t inform his/her employee of their bypass code to honor the discount. I let it slide. The wings were greasy, which I’m not docking the place for. All wings are generally gross and greasy. However they shorted us one wing from a 20 piece meal. One wing, I know, it sounds petty, but when you pay for 100% of the price, you generally expect 100% of the food. I recommend placing orders via phone so you can just pick up, and then get out. Or go to one of the many other establishments that serve wings. In short: — Management needs to present or inform employees on how to perform his/her responsibilities if they are not there. — Customer service needs improvement and some sort of quality assurance needs to be implemented + Wide variety of wing flavors, which were all good.

I come here a lot but only when I have time. It takes 15 – 30 minutes to get you food. Food is always great though. I wish it was a bigger restaurant. I don’t like my food coming out right where people are breathing over it while getting their order taken. But over all, it’s good. Just wish the wait time wasn’t so long.

Okay so the food is always awesome, the service on the other hand is absolutely horrible.. Look I totally get that these people are stressed because it’s a super busy location but I work with customers all day and no matter how stressful and stressed I am my «paying» customers will never be treated like I was today, First I figure well they are always busy so I should call in my order, big mistake there I was put on hold for 8 minutes, then she comes on the phone asked what do I want so I start talking then she hangs up on me, I call back to be put on hold another 5 minutes, at that point I just go in, I then tell her I was on the phone for almost 10 minutes her reply was okay!!! Okay??? Seriously maybe if she spent more time on customer service as she does putting on her makeup the service would be a bit better. If you can’t handle the job then quit don’t be bitter in front of paying customers.

Two stars because of lousy service(yet again). Seven people in line when I arrived to pick up my call in order with one employee working the cashier. Watched for 10 minutes eyeing my food which I could see was waiting on me the entire time before it came my turn to speak with the lone employee. When I mentioned he needed help he replied the other person was on break. Then the manager should have helped so my food would not be sitting getting cold before I could even pay for it!

This Wingstop location is in a pretty large shopping center. They are located in the corner building that they share with Chipotle. It’s your typical Wingstop size with several tables and a counter where you can pick up your food. We called in our order which made a huge difference. I remember the days when I would actually go to a Wing Stop and order my food then waiting a good 20+ minutes for it to be ready. We ended up ordered 25 wings in three different flavors: garlic parmesan, original hot and lemon pepper. I would have to say that my favorite was the original hot followed by the lemon pepper. I usually like to dip my wings in ranch, but this was the first time that I didn’t. I actually liked it a lot more since I was actually able to taste the flavoring on the wings. Overall, this is a solid Wingstop location. The only bad thing is that the drinks aren’t self-serve so you have to ask an employee every singe time you want a refill.

Ended up at Wing Stop since Charo Chicken was closed for the night. I’ve had the buffalo wings from another Wing Stop that someone brought in to work. I had a few wings and liked it. Well we decided on the chicken strips(10 strips) and fries which included 2 drinks. We ordered the strips regular spicy. Well these strips were terrible. The batter on the strips was just terrible. And the fries were even worse. Some of the fries were cold and limp while others were warm. The fries had a slight sweet taste to them too. Worst fries ever. We threw most of this nasty meal in the trash. Won’t be coming here again.

First time ever trying wingstop… I dont know if it’s just this location, but it totally ruined«Wingstop» for me. The wings were super oily and the place was messy as hell. You can clearly tell the vegetables were frozen. What a rip off. I’m glad I went on a Tuesday so it hurt less.
