Refreshing new drink place right near Cal State Long Beach. It’s located in a small plaza right off Atherton and Palo Verde with the 7eleven. There’s a few business around so parking may be a hassle. We were lucky enough to park in the lot all the times we have gone here. The business is located smack in the center/corner of the shopping center so you have a clear view of the place. The décor is simple, down to earth and clean. Theres a few tables and a community farmhouse style bench for larger parties. Awesome place to study or meet up with your group if you can snag a table. The wait can be anywhere from 10 minutes to 40 depending on the time you go. Service is ALWAYS friendly. This is strictly a drink place. With that said they have up to 12 different flavors serving only cold drinks. The flavors include: $ 3 1. House Coffee 2. Coffee Horchata 3. Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea 4. Thai Milk Tea 5. Ube Milk $ 3.50 6. Ube Milk Tea 7. Strawberry Milk 8. Strawberry Mojito 9. Orange Mojito $ 3.75 10. Matchata $ 4 11. Watermelon $ 4.50 12.Magoneada Extras $ 0.50 Bobas $ 1.00 Tamarind Straw $ 1.50 Bottles This place is so refreshing and yummy because they have chunks of real fruits and not the artificial taste. My kids love their strawberry and/or ube milk! We’ve tried them all but have yet to be disappointed. My favorite is the watermelon slush with chamoy and chili added to it. I definitely recommend this place. Give your taste buds a treat and grab a drink here(^_^)

Really good drinks! I love places with a simple, limited menu where no matter what you choose, it’s a winner. My man got the matchata and I had the strawberry mojito. The matchata was delicious, predictably, but the strawberry mojito was most impressive. It was just sweet enough and so refreshing with bits of crushed mint leaves and fresh strawberry. We are excited to come back and try more drinks. Great place to chill… if you’re ok with not being able to hear anything your friend is saying. Loud music and fun music videos up on the TV, but I can’t imagine trying to study in here. Drinks are very good, but come with the cup halfway filled with ice. Is there a Large option or a less-ice option? We downed our drinks in about 5 minutes. The glory was short-lived.

I’m new to the Long Beach area, and I’m so glad I found Zero Express. Delicious ooey gooey boba, coupled with a creative menu. Oh yeah, and really awesome service! House coffee — Vietnamese style iced coffee topped with sea salt milk foam. MMMM… I had 3 of these in just 2 days. Make sure to mix it thoroughly before you enjoy! Sea Salt Jasmine — Seriously. This is milk tea perfection. Light and refreshing, with a hint of saltiness to keep you on your toes. Matchata — Pleasantly surprised at how well matcha mixes with horchata. I don’t even like horchata, but I would happily order this again. And again. And again. There’s an option to pay $ 1.50 to get your drink packaged in a cute bottle. There’s no promotions with the bottle but hey, it’s pretty Instagram worthy. I’m repurposing it as a vase for flowers myself(sticker is removable) :) I’ve studied there a few times and it’s never been crowded(weekdays afternoons and evenings). Lots of plugging space, no restroom, loud music. Kind of win-lose situation but really good for short and productive study sesh’s(basically cus you’re trying to finish up that paragraph before you run off to find a restroom. amirite)! They share a parking lot with a few other stores, but with the 7 – 11, you’re sure to find a parking spot with some patience. If you’re a CSULB student, it’s walkable from the parking structure. Enough writing. I think I will go get some right now.

This place ISNOT hard to find at all. It might be nestled in the corner of the Palo Verde and Atherton intersection, but you’ll definitely see it. We were very lucky to be the only people to walk in around 5pm. More people came after we already settled in. The girl behind the counter was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was almost too good to be true. The House Coffee of theirs is crazy good to me, my husband calls it crack! It’s a simple tasting drink, not too much pizazz but just right. How much caffeine is in this thing though? We ordered 1 bottle and 2 cups(1 cup all drink, no ice) of the House Coffee, drank them around 5 something in the evening Saturday and our minds & bodies were awake until about 5 the next morning Sunday! WTH?! Too much ice in 2 of the bevs for sure, but still delicious. I too, wish they had hot drinks. We also ordered a strawberry mojito with boba. It was good. I love the cost of their bevs and how they dish out free samples. I’ll definitely come here again when I need a dose of yummy java and some liquid ounces to wake me up!
