Best Mexican food that I’ve had in a long while. Burrito is huge and chimichangas are out of this world. Great guacamole and they give you a ton if you order it on the side. Well worth the money and the food is authentic.

I’ve been a resident of Long Branch for most of my life and have noticed Acapulco for years but didn’t go in until last night. Its cozy inside and our server was very friendly and down to earth. We were given complimentary chips and salsa (green and red salsas) which were very good, especially the green! My mom ordered a vegetarian and cheese-​free burrito and her serving was quite large, came with a salad, rice, beans. I ordered a verde chicken enchilada. It was amazing, the green sauce was really tasty, the corn tortillas were crispy (also side salad, rice, beans). Its a really nice little establishment and I’ll be back. Also, very reasonably priced.

My wife and I have dined here several times. The standard menu items and the specials have consistently been excellent, and the mole is as good you’ll find in the Northeast. And I’ve been to a bunch of Mexican places in the Northeast… Very friendly owners will take care of you; remember to bring your own and enjoy a VERY reasonably priced high quality and authentic meal.

My favorite Mexican place. Awesome guacamole, tostadas, papusas, etc. Everything I’ve had has been excellent. My favorite is the tampiquena. BYOB and great prices. Been there numerous times. Always look forward to the leftovers I bring home. Can’t beat it.

I think the food here is great. Definitely in my top three Mexican places. They might be my #1. Plus they are the only place around me that has papusas.

Really good, authentic Mex food at reasonable prices. Most meals are in the $ 10-​$ 11 range. I’ve eaten there about five times now and it’s always good.
