Terrific meal in a romantic atmosphere with a roaring fireplace and ocean view. Absolutely wonderful. Sure, it’s a bit on the pricey side and is more like a fancy dinner spot but so worth it. Stylish décor, good service even if a bit slow, and with ocean views it makes for a terrific overall dining experience. A perfect spot with more than enough romantic ambiance for a date night, or just a good meal with loved ones. From the cocktails, to the appetizers, to the desserts we very much enjoyed this meal as we arrived the night before the Unilocal Winter Break weekend and decided to check this place out. Oh, the parpadelle bolognese is a must! Delicious!

Great food and service! Had a great octopus appetizer that was amazing. The clams and linguine was to die for.

Lordy. We went there for Thanksgiving. Every serving was perfect. None of us chose a traditional Thanksgiving meal, but we saw other people getting it and it looked great. My pasta was perfectly al dente. All the meats were stunning. The only drawback is the parking, it can be awful to find a spot nearby. I think the parking decks are expensive also.

Came on a whim because we pass this restaurant all the time when driving through Pier Village. Got a window table with a beautiful view of the beach. Atmosphere is perfect for a date night. Nice wine selection. Service was decent. But the huge disappointment was the food. I was excited when I saw the menu because it seemed delicious. Presentation was to perfection. But the cream truffle sauce on my ravioli with porcini mushrooms was actually thick, overcooked while the ravioli was undercooked. Truffle sauce usually wows the socks off of me, but this was the first time I needed to add something to it(parmesan, in this case). Ugh. Worse, hubby’s Margherita pizza was flavorless. So it’s a good girls night out place to get drinks and apps. But I wouldn’t go out of my way if you’re a foodie.

the BEST pasta I’ve ever had in my life! Seriously. I attended a conference at Ocean Place and stumbled upon Sirena after strolling down the boardwalk. I had the Bolognese and I cleaned my plate. Literally. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce was just right – not too salty, not too acidic, just perfect. It was the most perfect plate of pasta I’ve ever had in my life. I rarely order pasta at restaurants b/c I think it’s such a throw away dish and an afterthought but not here. It was worth every, carby bite. If I were in private, I would have licked my plate.

The food here is good! We ate outside and had a beautiful view of the beach. The resturant was incredibly busy and we waited over an hour for a table — the hostess was pretty rude. But we weren’t in a rush and we enjoyed the view while we waited to be seated. We split ravioli and a pizza and both were delicious. I would come back here again.

Stopped in here for last night of mini vacation with my friend. We spent the last 2 nights in ocean city md so this was a nice change in pace. The restaurant was quiet on a Monday night. We sat outside had a lovely server and ordered the bruschetta, a special fennel and apple salad and the portobello mushroom ravioli to share. The bruschetta was very tasty arriving with toasted bread and whipped ricotta, tomato salad, and eggplant caponata. All were very tasty. The salad was more apples than anything with celery, parsley, fennel, walnuts and some other stuff. No lettuce. The dressing was a lemon vinaigrette. The mushroom ravioli was really delicious and came in a truffle cream sauce with lots of mushrooms added into the sauce. All in all a fine meal and a nice welcome back to my hood.

Booked a reservation 4 weeks in advance for a party of 14. Restaurant manager calls to tell me that the entire restaurant was booked and they cannot accommodate us at our time we specified. Sent out invitations and made all necessary arrangements for our small wedding party. Cancelled all plans due to poor management at Sirena. I do not recommended this place to anyone.

This was our second visit to Sirena this summer. Ambiance is comforting. Virgin Fig Mojito w blueberries is a very refreshing summer drink. We shared a chess plate and salami plate w various meats for an appy… delicious. Calamari excellent. Porcine mushroom ravioli best I’ve ever had. Party of 4, all enjoyed our meals. Service however is slower paced than we prefer. Our servers were friendly but seemed to wait to long to get our order. The bus woman… needs to smile. Other than that… we’ll come again.

Great views, decent food, not so great service, and horrible bathroom! We went here after a day on the shore, hoping for a nice family meal before heading separate ways. What should have been a less than 2-hour meal turned into 3 hours. We waited nearly 45 minutes between when we finished our salads and appetizers to the time out main dishes arrived. We weren’t the only ones experiencing long waits. We heard a fellow patron ask the waiter if the cow was still being killed, and he later asked a busboy if the waiter had fallen into the nearby ocean after he disappeared for a long stretch. I’m not sure if it’s a matter of systems or staffing but something is off here. Food-wise: focaccia-like bread with onions rocks and helped tide us over while we waited. I would have loved what was advertised as the special salad of the day more if it had any greens or vegetable in it… it really should have been listed as an appetizer(it was burrata on toast with figs). The porcini ravioli was excellent, and I enjoyed the fig pizza my boyfriend ordered. His brother got the bolognese, which he described as good but not great(a guy at another table sent his bolognese back while we were there). Only one beer in two, had the waiter told us they were out of like 6 of their bottled options. Clearly, lots of kinks to be worked out still at this place. Pistachio gelato was fantastic, other desserts less so. And …the bathroom! I’m told the men’s room was fine but the women’s was disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere! I was surprised as I walked in and then realized why… the rolls of TP they use are WAY too large for their holders and as a result lots of little sheets get torn off(and seem to end up on the ground). They really need to put in new fixtures asap, and have someone clean it regularly, as even the sink area was pretty untidy. A place like this shouldn’t have such a dirty bathroom. You can’t beat the ocean views, so thankfully we had nice scenery to enjoy during our waits!

Obviously this is restaurant is one of the more expensive ones in Pier Village, which is why I expected a little more. I thought it was more expensive than it had to be. The calamari we got was great and I liked how they included fried veggies as well. I ordered the veal saltimbocca for my main course which was nearly $ 30, and I thought it was just alright. The mashed potatoes were nothing special. Not the standard that I was expecting. The veal didn’t taste very fresh and it didn’t strike me as anything exciting or spectacular. The flavors were all nice together, but I expected more for how much we paid.

WOW… I have not seen service this bad since… well ever! Typical Monmouth County overpriced trap, that has a great view. Not worth it, the service was rude from beginning to end! We picked this place for a special family gathering and had a large table of 12 or so and everyone was appalled at the poor service. I think our waiters name was John… he legitimately was so unhelpful and rude he just wanted to get us the hell out of there so much that he told us the cappuccino machine was broken… IMSORRY but for a place of that capacity you have one machine? Please he just didn’t want to have to be bothered to make them. Then he about threw the spoons on the table for dessert, our water glasses were always empty and get this there was like no one in there… everyone from the service to the hosts were RUDE. Don’t even bother unless you like eating overpriced oily sad excuse for Italian food… then its totally for you !

I wish I can give 0 stars. we walked in and the little girl that calls herself a hostess was snooty, as if we were not worthy to be there. after she put the menus down my family looked at each other and we all felt very uncomfortable to even dine at this place. we left and went to mccloone’s instead and had a fantastic meal there.

Food, Service, Ambience, Music and the Outside Seating were ALL Spectacular! We had the BEST waiter here! Actually we were spoiled by even the manager. From the bruschetta, to the cavatelli, to the bread pudding and then the in-house tiramisu, simply mouth-watering! Long Branch has a treasure in Sirena Ristorante! It’s a must go to if you can appreciate Exquisite Italian cuisine.

We had lunch at Sirena in early May and during my meal, Eric, the manager of the restaurant spilled olive oil, bread, and water across the table and onto my pants and shirt. He was embarrassed and ashamed and immediately offered to comp our entire meal for the trouble and reimburse me for the dry cleaning. It was an honest mistake and the right way to handle it, until later in the meal he recanted the offer by telling the server to only comp a drink and our appetizer. I didn’t make a fuss, even though he clearly tripped on his words and in the moment offered more than he could deliver. We aren’t those kind of people to push for freebies so I let it slide. Then the real trouble began. I took my 2 garments for dry cleaning and the bill was a minuscule $ 10. After 3 emails, 2 phone calls and voice messages the man is nowhere to be found. Horrible, so unprofessional and its been 3 weeks since I reached out. Terribly handled situation and we won’t be back. If someone from the restaurant monitors this, as they should be doing, i encourage you to reach out immediately and rectify this situation. It is unacceptable.

Ate at the bar last night. Great service from the bartender, and the Cesar salad and pappardelle bolognese were amazing. I’ll be back!

Good pasta, nice wine selections, great views of the ocean. Good service and a nice atmosphere. A-Ok. Not much more in the area to compete with or compare it to in terms of Italian food.

I come here every time with my family when we visit the pier. Usually every time it’s a good experience except this time. I’m not sure if it was the perfect weather but we were definitely not pleased with our service. We came in around 4pm for an early dinner and we were seated by the window with a view of the beach. The server was nice until we ordered our dishes. Then he proceeded to ignore us for the rest of our meal. He even dropped our wrapped bread right in front of us and proceeded to open it and proudly serve it to us without an apology or anything. I understand that the loaf of bread was wrapped but still, we would’ve appreciated a little«OOPS, sorry» or something. On top of that, they only gave us olive oil. No balsamic or pepper… Just plain olive oil. As for the food, the vodka pasta was done Al Dente. For those who don’t like semi-hard pasta, I suggest you to ask for it to be cooked to be soft. The vongole pizza was a bit dry in my opinion. On the other hand, it was nice and thin so you weren’t overstuffed with the extra dough. My favorite was something off the antipasti. Portobello! At just $ 12.95, it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. It may look a little small but because its stuffed, it will satisfy your cravings. Although this recent visit was a bit of a disappointment, I do recommend giving this place a try during lunch hours. The price isn’t too bad and you get a great view of the beach.

Very pleasant dining experience. If you can get a table facing the beach, all the better. We were a party of 8 with no service errors. That’s always a good thing. Our server, the bill said her name was Keisha, was very pleasant and very professional. One of my friends said she was beautiful. I tend to concentrate on the food and the service. A very extensive wine list and cocktail menu. The wine list is very well-organized. The food was excellent. I started with a Caesar Salad and enjoyed it a lot. This was a good one. For my main course I had the snapper served over a very tasty and intense capers purée. The dish also contained what the menu called a tomato panzanella salad. While the tomatoes were very sweet and very delicious, there was no bread in the salad and isn’t it the bread that makes it a panzanella? My wife had a pasta special in a pesto sauce with a few other items and enjoyed it too. In fact, everyone we were with enjoyed their food. The other 3 guys all had the veal saltimbocca and I got to taste it. Hmm Hmm good. The only real negative is their bread basket. A very nothing special at all bread accompanied only by olive oil… no butter, no pepper even on the table to maybe jazz it up. Skip the bread, save the calories and eat the rest of the really good food.
