CubeSmart Self Storage

Made a Reso online and was called by not the nicest or most helpful person who explained if I wanted insurance through my company the unit would have to be in the company’s name– not helpful at all like other locations (extra space) where I always had it in my name and got packages but didn’t pay for insurance because my company had it. The hours are limited and there isn’t any access beyond those hours —
Went in person today and waited for over 15 mins for someone to help me. The office /​front store was totally empty and unattended ! Very dangerous.
I sat and waited a worker finally came but was helping someone then another person walked in but he helped him not me.
I got sick of waiting and left ! It is VERY HARD to pull out of the garage — very busy road and the cars on the street will block you in they don’t care. If you have a car I wouldn’t recommend this location there is very limited spaces.
I decided to go with the cube smart literally 5 mins away on northern blvd. it’s new, nice, easy parking and had many people working and willing to help me out. And was only $ 1 more
