Do not go here. They have their own policy that forces you to buy an accessory based on the demand of the phone. Wife went into get the iPhone 6S in rose gold (16GB, not even 64GB) and the store rep said they can’t sell her that phone without a case since the demand was high. My wife escalated to T-Mobile’s customer service, so I called back to get the manager’s name. A rep there named Stephanie gave me a hard time about getting the manager’s name, explaining that their retail stores had different policies, threw me a ton of attitude and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager finally, and even he wouldn’t give me his last name and told me to have my wife come into the store to work something out. GTFOH.
