We had almost given up on our carpet due to kids and pets. Arrow came out and gave an affordable bid then proceeded to make our 10 yr old carpet look new (er). High recommendation from us.

Am very happy with this company. I had water damage on the carpet and, although it was only a small area, Carl did a good job and made sure the heavy furniture was blocked after cleaning. Also he left plastic coasters for the other furniture so that there wouldn’t be any possibility of stains from the varnish. Reasonable price too.

These guys are a father and son team. They are professional and they know what they are doing. The prices are reasonable as well. My house is 3,100 sq ft of mostly carpet, and they did it all (including stain removal and pet odor neutralizing) for under $ 200. You can’t beat that. They stayed for literally hours, removing every single stain. I was impressed! Absolutely zero complaints. I would definitely recommend them if you live in the area.

We moved out of a rental house, and needed to leave the house as clean as when we moved in. The Arrow Carpet Cleaning guys are quick, efficient, and friendly. They do a great job at a reasonable cost.

We had a tenant move out of a room who had a dog and needed the carpet cleaned in that room, the hall and stairs. There wern’t any pet accidents but there was a lot of hair and pet dirt.
Carl was on site on time and ready to get the job done. We have hardwood floors in the entry that he covered before he started so they could not not get scratched or dirty. He did an excellent job on the stairs and hall and a phenomenal job getting the carpet in the room clean again. The room is ready for the new person to move in.

He just left. We have a big house and it took him most of the day. He cleaned our carpets better than they have EVER been cleaned and charged me less than inferior carpet cleaners have. I have used many and he is the BEST!
