We started going to Martini’s a couple months ago. Every meal has been wonderful the drinks have been great atmosphere and personnel are wonderful also. We’re so happy we have found this restaurant.

Finally decided to stop here. Can’t believe it took this long. The patio is super nice and would be great for get togethers. The server was friendly and the drinks were great. We sat on the patio and one of the first things I noticed was how clean it was, especially for an outdoor area. The cleanliness persist throughout the inside as well and the bathroom was also spotless. We had the arancini for appetizer and it was excellent. I highly recommend it. For the main entry, I had the Marco Polo and it was delicious. My friend had the sugar daddy and it was also delicious. I couldn’t believe how fresh the seafood was. I’m from the coast so I’m accustomed to seafood being fresh and this met my expectations. Scallops don’t keep very long and start tasting fishy pretty quick but these tasted very fresh. We finished the meal off with the blueberry bread pudding. It was freaking awesome! We were both very pleased with our meals and the dessert. My only knocks on the restaurant was that there weren’t many people there and it took a while to get our food. Not overly long but enough for us to notice and get a little impatient and too much time between the appetizer and main course. The quality of the food made up for it though. My other problem was I think the Marco Polo should have more shrimp and Scallops. The ratio of seafood to the couscous was way off. I ate all of the shrimp and Scallops and still had half a plate of couscous to finish without anything. Aside from those minor problems, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I know I will be going back more often and bringing friends to try the excellent food!

Martini Bistros does not disappoint. The food is always delish, the martinis are wonderful and the service is excellent. The portions have been reduced quite a bit which is disappointing but the food is still good.

Service was good. A little disappointed with buffet for Mothers day. Overpriced for choices.

I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu here, and have never been let down. My absolute favorite is the Marco Polo. Great drinks, great food, and great outdoor dining in the summer.

Monday night dinner, spur of the moment, hubby and I decide to try this based on the reviews. First, we liked the atmosphere, it was quiet, properly dim but not dark, and the waitstaff was prompt but not obnoxious. Appetizer(I sea food, I eat it) was decent, we loved the shrimp and pickled onion but the crab was served ice cold and was rather fishy. Dinners were both… gross. I ate three bites of my seafood plate(sea angel), it was terrible. Again with the very fishy crab, you couldn’t taste anything else. Very unpleasant. Husband made a more valiant effort on his chicken(the matador) but it wasn’t very good. It tasted frozen and reheated, mid-range microwave food. All in all we spent a hundred dollars and left hungry. Not something we are repeating.

We had a nice dinner here, but not sure for the price and the portions we would be regular patrons. The calamari was good. The lemon drop martini was tasty, but the glass was no where near full. The salmon was good, but the portion was on the small side, we shared dessert basically because we were both still hungry. Overall it was good but not exceptional.

This is my favorite restaurant ever! Such a great find! I was raised in Longmont, and I now live in Denver– but I still bring everyone I know here for dinner despite the hour drive! It is worth it!

Amazing ambiance. Old home turned bistro gives you a true mom and pop feeling. Not to mention the food is outstanding. From appetizers to dessert it’s incredible. I had filet minon perfectly prepared with the best balsamic sauce drizzled over it, garlic Gorgonzola potatoes and asparagus. It was amazing. I almost ordered a second entrée, but was far too full. Best experience in Colorado.

Nice gem in Longmont. Highly recommend making reservations. I love their martinis i like that it is shaken and poured table side and they leave the shaker so you can top off your drink. I tried Rosemary’s Pear this time and had a beautiful pear flavor with just a subtle taste of ginger. My husband really enjoy his French onion soup to start. The brown sugar on the scallop appetizer was too overpowering. Service was very attentive. Even the manager came by to check on all the tables and refill waters. I ordered the salmon entrée, it had very nice flavors but was over cooked. That was definitely disappointing considering when I ordered I asked how it was cooked and was told it was medium rare. My husband ordered the mahi it came with Brussels sprouts which I devoured I have never enjoyed Brussels sprouts but those we sautéed phenomenally! We both got a different dessert both were yummy they definitely know what they are doing when it comes to desserts.

I’ll start with the positives. Get the blueberry mousse. Seriously, the best thing I’ve had in a while. These guys do dessert VERY well. The other food was good, but a bit overpriced. Had the catfish tacos and the ribeye… both okay. Wasn’t a huge fan of my drink, but it wasn’t bad. Honestly, I don’t have much to say about this place except that it was okay… and that their space is super weird. That isn’t a knock against them, it’s just an odd layout and I couldn’t figure it out. Their whole design aesthetic is a mix between cheap ‘80s theme park and some old woman’s revival of traditional British tea houses. :/

Quaint setting, excellent food and martinis. The outdoor deck is quiet as this is a neighborhood setting. All of the dishes are quality. Good service and atmosphere! Most of the negative reviews are because of a firing of a beloved host/manager, not because of the food or restaurant itself. Those are unfair ratings and those who know the truth understand why this happened. Don’t be turned off by the negatives from the haters of the owner.

OK — I think this is by far the best restaurant in Longmont that I’ve been to. My ladies group had a lovely dinner night out there this evening(7−25−15) and what a wonderful experience. From the lovely ambiance, to our waiter(Anthony) to the amazing food. I had the Alaskan Caper Salmon and I’ll be thinking about it for days. They have a pastry chef who makes the desserts and they are to die for. There were eleven of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience and were talking at the table that we have to go back in the future.

This is a gem in Longmont. In warm weather, the outside patio is a delight to enjoy a meal and drinks on. We ate here last week and the food, service and ambiance was first class. One of the best meals we’ve eaten in the Boulder/Longmont area ever. And as residents of Boulder, we eat out frequently. The calamari appetizer was cooked to perfection. The entrees were excellent, as were the martinis. I can’t recommend this establishment highly enough — it’s worth a drive, if needed. Plus, the management is top notch. A sweet elderly couple, who had some mobility issues and difficultly walking, finished their meal and the staff held their hands and walked them down the street. It was a beautiful gesture of human kindness. A+ establishment on all fronts!

second time here two weeks ago — lovely ambiance –their outdoor seating is next to an older home with very pretty stained glass– and they have a garden, fountain, etc– plus it’s in a neighborhood behind the main street so it’s quiet and private feeling. Drinks were pricey but good– I had wine and my friend had a specialty martini– cucumber and lime-. We shared app of fried wontons with salmon, very good. $ 40 later we were out the door, which was the only drawback to our quick drinks here. Longmont prices are creeping up towards Boulder prices it seems. Well, at least there’s a place in town for a good cocktail with outdoor seating. We will be back and grateful.

Well, it’s more like 3 ½ stars, definitively not 4 after my last dinner. I had not visited Martini’s Bistro for a while, but I remembered the nice patio and decided to go back with a group of friends. The patio is still very pleasant and the place is great if you want a martini. A few of us ordered martinis and we were all happy with your selections. I had the«Go Deep!» and I loved it, no too sweet, not too sour, the perfect balance for me. My friend’s «Shark Bite» came with a beautiful blue color thanks to the Curaçao and she loved it. The food was really hit or miss. The bacon wrapped scallops were perfectly caramelized and very tender(pompeiii on the menu), but the calamari was totally bland(Sponge Bob on the menu) and my friend had to use a lot of lemon juice to add some flavor. Another friend loved the Acadian, cajun Seared Scallops served with Poblano polenta and a corn-Black Bean Relish. Desserts were also very uneven. The crème brûlee quite bland, the Key lime pie in serious need of lime flavor, while the mousse and the coconut/almond cake were delicious. Our waitress was very nice but something was wrong in the kitchen. On a Tuesday evening, the place was far from busy, but we had to wait more than an hour to get our dishes.

Came here for dinner and sat on the patio which was awesome. If you haven’t been here and it’s warm enough out to sit outside, do it. We had a caprese appetizer that was delicious. My wife had the bubbles and berry salad which she really enjoyed. I had the special that included pasta, shrimp, sausage, peppers. The dish was tasty with a variety of flavors. Our server was great, despite it being pretty busy. When he was tied up, other servers and staff stepped in to deliver dishes, pick up plates, check on our drinks, etc. This is a great place to eat anytime of the year, but when the weather is warm and you can hang out on the patio and have drinks and a great meal, it’s tough to beat. Oh, and beware, the martini’s will kick your **s!

I’ve enjoyed some kick-ass cocktails and fine meals at Martinis over the past few years, and the happy hour has always been a real bargain. But lately I’ve had qualms about taking friends there. Over summer we encountered a flippant — some would say rude — server, mediocre(at best) meals, and(seriously!?) a surcharge for extra cherries in my friend’s cocktail. I hoped for a better experience just before Christmas, when I took friends out to celebrate a new job. Nice ambiance, slamming drinks… yes! A patronizing attitude from our server was truly off-key; my fish was overcooked to dryness(unforgivable in my book); neither of our friends enjoyed medium-rare steaks that were actually bleu. Obviously we should have sent everything back, but we had already waited far too long and no one had bothered to return to verify that our meals were satisfactory. My friends are timid types and I did not want them to feel embarrassed, so I let it go. I’m a realist and I know food well — I’m a trained chef with a Diplôme de Cuisine(Le Cordon Bleu, Paris). Even the best dining establishments have their cycles. Right now, it seems that Martinis is not firing on all cylinders in the kitchen or front of house. Diners won’t subsidize poor attention to basics indefinitely — especially when the check is hefty by local standards. I hope my next visit is more enjoyable!

Impromptu date night with my honey. We had both heard good things about Martini’s and decided to dive in. We arrived at about 7:30p on a Friday night without reservations — no problem. We were seated right away on the patio. They have a very nice patio space — if you can, sit outside. Our server was very friendly and attentive. At one point, he got tied up with something so the manager came to check on us; also very friendly. First things first: he ordered a beer and I got the Sharkbite martini. I’m not usually a huge fan of martinis — which I told our server — and he suggested this one. It was really good! We started by sharing the mussels appetizer and a small salad(Berries & Bubbles, I think?). Both were fantastic. He ordered the Giada(pasta with various seafood items — crab, scallops and shrimp) and was very pleased. I got the Acadian(cajun scallops with polenta and a chilled black bean and corn relish), also delicious. Their serving sizes were pretty impressive; definitely a good amount of food. In fact, we decided to pass on the dessert plate… and some of those items looked divine because we were full. I think next time, we’ll start with dessert… so we don’t make the same mistake twice. We’ll definitely be back. I really like this place.
