Terrible. They came out for an estimate, spent several hours taking pictures. Then nothing. I contacted them 3 weeks later and they told me it did not ‘fit’ their profile. Could they have told me when they came out, and not made me contact them? Unprofessional.

In 2006 a tenant left a pan on the stove and disaster soon followed… Well the silver lining was doing business with Duarte construction. I never had had to deal with aomething like this before and it was NOT stressful at all. They put you in the drivers seat on all of the particulars and have great project managers, employees, and importantly sub contractors. They house is 5 fold better than it was pre-fire. The house was basically ripped down to the studs and rebuilt making improvements all the way to completion.

Duarte Construction is absolutely amazing! Damon Conn has helped me every step of the way. Our restaurant (Mark and Monica’s) had a fire and he was there from the very first moment. Greg and Jeff have both so helpful! They are so compassionate and yet help get the ball moving. I cannot wait to see the final results. I will have another review to write! Thanks to the great team @ Duarte!!!

They specialize in repairing buildings that have been damaged by fire. They are very professional and responsive to the customer’s needs.
Lance Harris makes sure that the company gives back to the community and they really take pride in their little town of Loomis.
