Food was really good. The house salad was so yummy!
Shrimp scampi linguine was out of this world! Family of 5 ordered two large pizza and 2 pasta dishes.
We barely made a dent. When he said his pizzas were big, he wasn’t kidding.
We will definitely be back.

I have had several great experiences with the Pizza Factory until today. I moved a couple miles from my old house and asked if they would still deliver to me. I was told yes and happily placed my order and waited for my delivery. I was called back and told they would not deliver to me. I asked if they could do it once because they already charged me and I just had surgery so I couldn’t drive. The man in the background very rudely said no they wouldn’t. I requested a call from the owner… let’s see if they follow through on that. The pizza is so so but what makes this place nice is the fact they deliver and the employees are fun. I guess both of those things are out!

I can’t say enough about this place. The best tasting pizza in town by far. We come here once a week. The ingredients are very fresh and the people are awesome. They hire the local kids and are a cornerstone of the community. Highly recommended.

I got a discount from a coupon then manager got mad at the employees for the coupon. He was yelling at them in front of everyone.

This is the standard by which I judge all other pizza. The only place I’ve found that gets even close (and believe me, I’ve looked) is Idaho’s Stoplight Pizza. When the only place that competes with Pizza Factory is a place that makes my eyes roll back in my head in delicious-​induced bliss, you know you’ve found a good spot.
Pizza Factory is a tiny bit pricy on its own, but if you take advantage of the plentiful sales, deals, and coupons they offer, you can get mounds of delicious food for pretty cheap. (My personal favorite? On Thursdays their calzones are on sale — a large one for the price of a small. Get pepperoni and extra cheese. Try it and your life will never be the same.) In addition to their pizza and calzone, I also recommend their breadsticks: they’re doughy tangles of cheesy, buttery goodness.
I also love how involved the owners here are with the community. I have fond memories from high school of Homecoming projects and Yearbook work nights supplied by Pizza Factory. If there’s a local place that deserves your business, it’s definitely this one.

. I asked for a discount as I don’t eat cheese pizza, so I figure I should at least get an extra topping for free since I’m not getting cheese, but they wouldn’t even do that. With sooooooo many great pizza places around, this one is not long for this world. By the way, the other pizza places DO give discounts for no cheese pizza… since cheese is the most expensive item on a pie. right?

Don’t let the décor fool you. Great pizza with a smile. Used the Groupon for a ton of food. Salad, bread sticks, wings, and oh yeah… pizza. Will definitely be coming back for more.

Purchased (group on) for $ 20 worth of pizza I had PF before in Southern California I like that one so didn’t hesitate to purchase this deal. So I walked into this location «Omg I wanted to walk out 1^st the ambiance was boring old and smelled HORRIBLE no pizza like.» I was the only customer there at 3:07pm on a nice Tuesday. The cashier was sitting down he looked out of it my kids were already excited because they were having Pizza so I just had to order I got two Pep/​Cal-​zone as I waited for that my 9 & 7 yr old seen a tiny arcade which is dungy looking. After 14 minutes my order was up.
14 minutes felt like 2 hrs!!! There soda machine was out I got Sprite. I got my order and left I had to cross the street for a soda even though I paid for my sprite @ PF. Ugh what an inconvenience. The calzones where gummy and way too greasy. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Very poor service and front counter logistics. I ordered a pizza for pickup and was there at the agreed upon time. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes while they took new orders at the counter. They didn’t have the business sense to have one of many employees to periodically check for anyone needing a pickup. By the time I got my pizza, it was cold. Also, I asked for well done, because my wife likes the crust crispy. The edges were crispy, but the whole bottom was soft. On top of that, they are more expensive than everyone in town. It was my first and last time at this family run hole in the wall. Please take your business else where.

Much like other Pizza Factories I guess. Good pizza in my opinion. Good crust, good sauce, good cheese. Service is usually hit sometimes miss. Many teenagers work there and most are good. The female manager is always nice.

Pizza Factory in Loomis, Ca makes the very best pizza around! I drive 15 miles one way just to get their pizza! They have the most delicious pizza sauce and are very generous with their toppings, and crust to die for! Take a look at the photo I’ve uploaded — yumm! The photo is of their Vegetarian pizza (without the mushrooms) that I just got today.
I also love their location in old town Loomis. Such a cute town away from busy, crazy Sacramento city. I read some people mention about the out dated décor. Don’t let that stop you from coming! You will get the most delicious pizza! Besides, this is old town Loomis. I newer, modern building just wouldn’t even fit in anywhere in old town Loomis! Love it just the way it is.

My stomach is currently deliciously stuffed with BBQ chicken pizza from the Loomis Pizza Factory! My fiancé and I always order pick up and we are never disappointed!

Came here for the first time on a Saturday night with a groupon. As soon as we walked in they told us it would be an hour wait– for anything. Not sure why they don’t have more staff on busy nights. On top of it being so busy, it seemed like everyone was taking their time making the orders, which was kind of irritating. They overcharged me and I had to wait another 10 minutes in line just to get it corrected. When when finally got our food i was really disappointed. My friend got spaghetti, we could have made the exact same spaghetti at him for $ 2, and it was $ 8 here. It was so plain. I got a garlic, pesto pizza and it was bland. Honestly the worst wings I’ve ever had. The cheese bread is really just a sandwich roll with cheese on it, it’s nothing special. Everything was overpriced for the horrible quality. I was also upset that no one apologized for the wait. Overall, this was the first and last time I came here. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. If you want pizza, get is somewhere else.

I absolutely love the pizzas here. Their service is also really good even though they get really busy during sports season. The reason they get 4 stars is because once last year I got charged for the wrong food. They did give me my money back. Forget round table and their crummy service and come here instead =D

Upside is good crust. Downside… lots. Dirty inside and dated décor. Unclear how to order– when we walked in, the man said «I’ll be with you in a moment», so we sat down. And waited for 10 minutes… until a man walked up to the counter and ordered. Oh, so that’s what you do! And an added bonus– my daughter found a short dark hair on her pizza (she and I have long blond hair). It’s just a very unappetizing environment in general.

I purchased the groupon they had going on. Quite the deal — Large two topping pizza, wings, twists and two salad bars for $ 18. Seriously, it was a sh! tload of food. We are a family of 3 and we took home about 7 slices of leftover pizza. I was full before the pizza came out. Did that stop me from having a couple slices? Heck no. Get your fat on! All of the food was fine, nothing horrible and nothing great. Would I go back? Probably not without a groupon again. But it was cool none the less. Staff was friendly but the food was a little slow to come out. Three big screen tv’s.
P. S. Seriously, if you get the groupon you could easily feed 5 or 6 people no problem. Lots of food.

Love the Pizza here! I have never had Pizza anywhere else with Cashew in it! The staff is very friendly and I will be definitely back!

The pizza crust is excellent, thick and crispy too. Really liked the zesty sauce on the pizza and meatball sandwich. Everything was really good and tasty! We’ll be back ;)

We went to Pizza Factory last night and I really really enjoyed it. I like family owned business like this but when it comes right down to it, the pizza was just really really good. The crust was terrific and I loved the sauce and cheese as well. Me and my girlfriend got a pepperoni and vegetable half and half pizza and it was some of the best pizza I’ve had in recent memory.
The place could use an HD tv and could be spruced up a bit, it would be nice if the chairs were more comfortable as the ones we sat in were made out of this cheap flimsy plastic.
Overall though when it comes to the really important stuff, the food quality and the service, it was very good!
