Round Table Pizza

The worst round table in the area. Every delivery or pick up is always wrong, late, cold or all three. The kids that work there are either complete morons or stoned.

Gave me the wrong order and gave my order to someone else. I has to wait 30 more minutes for my pizza.

Worst Round Table Ever!!! I lived in Citrus Heights for 15 years and when I ordered extra sauce on my pizza it came with extra sauce. It means an extra scoop of sauce how hard is that to understand. At this garbage; I would use expletives but I don’t know if I am allowed; want to be Round Table when you order extra sauce you get cheesy bread no sauce to be found. 4 years of this disappointment. I haven’t ordered from here in 2 years because of this. My girlfriend just ordered from pizza with extra sauce and once again today it came as cheesy bread. Ate one bite and threw the cheesy bread in the garbage where it belongs. After 30 years of eating round table I am never going to eat here again. There is 3 other options in Loomis and every other one of them understands what extra sauce means.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered and when the delivery guy showed up he gave me the wrong order. He seemed frazzled and apologized, however told me it would be another 45 minute wait for me to have my order delivered. I called the store and the supervisor working was very nice. He rushed my order and it was ready in 10 minutes for me to pickup. When I got there he apologized and refunded me for my entire order as well as gave me a 15% off coupon for next time. Although it was an inconvienance I was very impressed with the supervisors willingness to accommodate his customers.

Last night was sad. Round Table was my favorite pizza for years.
My son and I ordered a King Arthur Supreme for pickup. When the box lid was raised for inspection most of the ingredients had ended up on one-​half of the pizza. The manager, a very dedicated young woman who has worked there for years, immediately saw the problem and offered to re-​make the pizza herself. We had just come from the grocery store next door, and had just placed ice cream and chocolate bars in the car, and it was 95 degrees outside so we couldn’t wait. She very kindly offered to have the remade pizza delivered to my home.
Perhaps 15 minutes later a very polite young man arrived with the remade pizza. When he opened the lid the cheese and ingredients had all stuck to the top of the box. Whoever boxed it forgot to put the little plastic table in the middle to keep this from happening. We didn’t think this would change the taste much so we accepted it…
Unfortunately the second pizza was not only ugly, it didn’t taste like it should have. A very disappointing experience overall, ordering from a restaurant I have patronized for many years.

I’ve tried to be patient with round table and think maybe next time will be better but they always screw something up. If it isn’t our order its the lack of service and huge wait time. One time I was here for lunch and it wasn’t busy and it took them about an hour to make our pizza. Yeah I won’t be back. I would recommend pizza factory, they are more efficient and their pizzas taste better to.

I’ve been here three or four times this summer and I’m constantly impressed by the service and just overall loveliness of the workers here! They are all so friendly and accommodating!
Round Table is Round Table so the food is what you expect (I could live off the West Coast Combo and Garlic Twists) but just come here for the employees. They’re super awesome!

Awesome pizza joint. Love the food, great variety. In loomis there’s only 2 pizza places, and I’m not a fan of pizza factory. Round table is my #1 choice.
The service is always spectacular when Candace is working. She’s friendly, personal and accommodating. The restaurant is kept clean, and is nice and cool during the summer! Round table has my lifelong business, specifically this location.

Very disappointed. Went last night for my father in laws birthday, we were in the back room & during our meal a cockroach walked across my foot! As if that wasn’t horrible after showing it to management we were not even offered an apology! I will not be returning any time soon & will be letting anyone I know to do the same. Shame on you Round Table.

Food is great and I’ve never had a bad pizza but they need to seriously hire some new people! I walked in and 3 girls were sitting down, they looked at me and not one of them greeted me. When the cashier final came up she continued her nasty conversation about some infectious disease! Gross! Service sucks!

Not sure why people are bagging on this round table. It went under new management a while back and since then I consider it top notch. Good, fast, service and they show you the pizza before you leave so you can make sure it’s good and it always has been.

I had the lunch buffet today. It was very busy and they kept up with all the demands of all the customers. That is great service.

It’s round table, so I added an extra star… but this location is awful. The last 4 deliveries were wrong. staff apologized for every mistake, but sometimes all you want is exactly what you order. Is that too much to ask? Won’t order from them again. I have a feeling that’s what staff would prefer, zero orders.

I have been here about 10 times and it is horable there buffet is really bad. No fresh pizza been sitting here for about and hour and a half verry piss pore

Greatest service I have ever had at a round table. I didn’t get any names but the cashier was incredibly nice and welcoming and brought my to go order right to me when it was finished. The food quality is A-​1 as well. I think people have to keep in mind that this is a round table and not a five star restaurant and the service I got definitely makes me want to go back next time im craving more pizza

It must be because this is a chain that Round Table gets such a bad rap. I really love their pizza! They dough is thick and bready, the cheese is 100% real, the ingredients taste fresh. I’ve been to several locally owned places that are no better.
This location was just fine. We came here after a staff meeting and inundated them without warning! About 20 people ordered the buffet at once. The lone cashier did the best he could moving the line along. The staff in the kitchen got busy making pizzas like madmen. They were grossly understaffed, but everyone was hustling, so I was not upset at the wait or limited offerings. The bonus was that all the pizza was hot and fresh. :)

Of all of the Round Tables around here this one is a big eeeeyuuuukkkk. The Maui Zaui doesn’t even come with its zaui sauce so there’s nothing maui or zaui about it. So it has no fling to it except when you toss it in the garbage. It makes you think your eating somewhere close to Hell, so close that I don’t need to show my thumbs pointing the way. The best RT is in Grass Valley on Brunswick.

I’ve never seen a Round Table this bad. The whole place was falling apart while the shift manager hung out with friends at one of the tables. The salad bar was a disaster, the soda machine was out of ice, tables weren’t being cleared or wiped down, there was garbage on the floor, I even saw the manager spit while in the kitchen.
I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon.

It’s always really difficult to rate franchised restaurants. Nothing stood out at this particular Round Table Pizza; both good and bad. The staff was friendly and the dining room seemed relatively clean. Can’t really ask for much more than that.
I ordered a tomato/​pesto flat bread and it was pretty darn good. Personal size was just right for lunch.
