We came here and went through the drive through. No one was in front of us and inside didn’t look busy. We ordered an iced tea and smoothie and it took nearly 10 minutes to receive our beverages. The woman at the window was just cleaning. We didn’t get an apology for the wait and were frustrated at the service.

Just went through the drive through and told them I wanted two iced large coffees with light ice and cream and a Carmel frap. They gave me a cup of creamer!!! I spent $ 12 on creamer! Now that’s pathetic guys.

Theres an employee Nate, who is the reason i still come out to this location, he took the time to get to know me, is cool and always makes sure i get a good drink. Sadly the rest of the comments you read here are spot on. The place is usually a zoo during mornings, the chairs when dragged across floor screech so loud they hurt your ears, and most dayshift employees sometimes forget you’re there or are too busy socializing. The dine in area here is better and cleaner than most starbucks ive been to. Parking can be a bitch but if all employees were cool like jess and nate this place would get a 5 star.

I frequently visit this location and I am always satisfied. One of the workers, Kyle, always makes the best drinks. He always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend going to this location. It’s my favorite one in the area.

Not the best Starbucks, but it’s location makes it convenient. Every time I order here, they either make a mistake or the cup has been hastily put together with coffee dripping from the sides or the rim of the cup is caked with froth.

Enjoying yourself in this place is impossible. The chairs make the most irritating noise when they slide on the floor. How hard is it for the manager to realise this may be irritating to customers and say something to the the district manager? Walk your ass to Walmart and buy something for this.
The staff are clumsy and make obscene amounts of noise clanging, slamming metal doors, banging, having personal conversations across the store.
Customers can demand change if they stop purchasing, I usually always prefer a Peet’s coffee or a private coffee house to Starbucks because I’m tired of huge corporations not giving a shit about small details that make going out for coffee pleasurable.

If I could give no stars I would. This location is terrible. They staff is extremely rude, every time I have come into this location they forget about my drink. I used to work at a Starbucks there is no reason it should take 20 minutes to make a coffee when it is not busy. When I mention to one of the baristas that I’ve been waiting they give me a dirty look and always end up giving me the wrong drink. I’ve been here more than enough to say I will never go back and I will tell anyone not to go there because it’s that terrible there. I just can’t believe the customer service of the staff. I know what is expected of a barista, and it’s sad how rude they are

Came in for coffee. This is a large location with drive thru and large area for enjoying a cup to relax.
Seating is a little awkward inside with the line being right next to a table. Plenty of seating outside.
We stopped in the middle of the day. Employee helping us was a former navy veteran (indicated by name tag). He was well articulated with questions to ensure any drink modifications were addressed. The man was nice and pleasant. He asked his colleagues for help. I think he was new.
I had to transfer card amounts and ordered a coffee. Transferring money took time. Coffee was as expected. Properly hot and balanced. Cream, sugar, napkin station was in clean order.
The man helping us was pretty good. The customer after us was not that pleasant. He held his composure when the person was not even slightly pleasant. The customer rudely demanded a cookie after they forgot to order it.
Good experience overall.

I’ve noticed service has been slow since the grand opening break in period but it’s still slow the last few times I’ve been here. I don’t know if it’s the drive thru or big orders but something is slowing things down. They probably need one more staffer for the summer.

I have had multiple issues at this Starbucks. The other day I went in to order a Iced Quad Espresso with 4 pumps white chocolate syrup with fat free milk in a Venti cup” which is $ 3.35. the girl taking my drink order said «you can’t order that. It’s basically a quad Venti non fat iced white mocha». Which mind you is $ 5.something. I tried explaining to her the drink that I wanted again and she refused to ring me up for what I want. So I just let her have her way and paid the $ 5.something. She was very rude about it all. After that I waited 15 minutes for my drink to be made. I love Starbucks and go every other day, but this location just really let me down.

This place is my go to spot now. The drive thru is fast and they get it right every time. I have had Starbucks drive thru not get my order right many times but not here. I have gone inside and it is very spacious and clean with outside dining as well.

I was hoping these guys would get it together, but they don’t seem up to par with the other Starbucks locations. The staff is hit or miss friendly. Bueno is a dream and most others are grumpy girls. They are often out of the food choices and the drive thru is so slow.
The interior is great, the larger store with more product selection is very nice. The store is clean and welcoming, the staff… not so much. I’m not sure if they were trained in the way of Starbucks.
My hot tea took longer than the mocha of the girl who ordered after me. Come on guys! Get better, I love Starbucks and your location is dreamy.
