So, I was pretty desperate — had to get my car and motorcycle put in storage and drop off the moving van… when I initially called (from just outside their lot) I was told to stop by at 11 for an appointment. My fault — poor planning. Was hoping to get something earlier — but was going to look elsewhere when the Manager (Todd I believe) asked if I needed help. I explained the time crunch and he got me in right away! I was on the road quickly afterwards to take care of the rest of my move issues. They «get it» and earned my business… highly recommended!

Good rates and easy access at all times but please read the fine print. Today I closed out my storage account with Gateway Storage only to discover that I would be paying for an additional 7 weeks of storage that I will not be using. This is because Gateway Storage does not pro-​rate the last month’s rent. They are happy to take the rest of the rent for the current month as well as the entire security deposit to cover next month only because I didn’t close my account before the 1st.
