Unfortunately they don’t offer a lunch special combo like most Phở shops offer.(Drink, roll, small bowl…). I’ve never waited so long for a bowl of Phở…

Finally some GOOD phở in Lorton! This place is very clean and modern and the staff are very nice. Excellent service for sure! Leaving a jug of water at your table is a nice touch so you don’t have to flag someone down for refills. I usually get the chicken phở which is flavorful and has plenty of white meat chicken. The deep fried pork spring rolls are a must as well. If you’re feeling adventurous try out the sweet and spicy Volcano wings too. For dessert I enjoy either the Vietnamese Iced Coffee or Bubble Tea! Come check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

I was looking to feed the beast after a lovely late morning MTN bike ride at Fountainhead. How could I get what I was looking for – something fresh, spicy, and tasty. Well, thanks to Unilocal,me and my co-pilot found this hidden gem and thank Carl Sagan we did b/c we were not disappointed. FRESH and tasty summer rolls to start with: the veggie for me and the shrimp for here. Tasty peanut sauce w/both. The banh mi w/tofu was exactly what I was looking for: fresh baguette, perfectly crispy tofu, fresh veggies and lovely sauce. Co-pilot loved her chicken curry app and so did i. It comes w/pita. A lovely hidden gem.

Good atmosphere. restaurant is very clean. No loud music. Servers are very attentive, but not overbearing. Food and drinks came out very quickly. I asked for something that was not explicitly on the menu(hot Vietnamese coffee) and Phở Chateu provided it without hesitation. I liked that the server leaves a large bottle of water at the table for patrons to serve themselves. I ordered the«Château Combination* — Ph Đc Bit: Eye round steak, well-done flank, fatty brisket, soft tendon and tripe.» It was really good, or at least as good as I’ve had anywhere else. I really enjoyed my whole experience at Phở Chateu and look forward to returning.

Now this is a Phở restaurant! This restaurant is always busy. The staff are very attentive. They make sure that you have water they ask if your food is ok? Things that waiters and waitresses should do. The food is fresh. They have vegetarian broth, which is a plus for me! The restaurant is clean and nice looking. Appealing to the eye. I love that they play techno/electronic music in the background. Spring rolls are very crispy and hot! In which I love. I have no complaints about this restaurant.

I just moved to Lorton and decided to try this place out! Very happy I did because their food is outstanding. Their crispy egg rolls are delicious as well as the phở. The service is good and the décor of the restaurant is very modern and welcoming.

Walked in and liked the feel of the place! We ordered phở and crispy pork rolls. The pork rolls were so bomb with the dipping sauce. The phở’s broth was pretty good and flavorful. Good amount of noodles but skimped on meat. I read in other reviews you have to pay more for more meat. It wasn’t the best phở I ever had but it’s decent enough to come back to since it’s so close to the house ! It’s so nice to have a pretty good phở place in the Lorton area :) can’t wait to come back and try some other things !

I stumbled onto this place by using my Unilocal monocular after working out at a nearby gym. So thankful! After reviewing the Unilocal reviews, I determined a strategy: I’m trying the chicken curry appetizer and papaya salad for sure. We’ll see if we have room for more afterwards! The roti curry appetizer is terrific. The curry is delicate; light and flavorful without the cloying thickness of many curries. It clings perfectly to the grilled flatbread, which here is more like puff pastry rolled out into wedges and pan seared. It’s light, crispy and delicious. This is the first time I’ve encountered a shredded papaya salad that comes with a choice of protein, but now I think they’ve thrown the proverbial gauntlet. Now I demand it be served with all green papaya salads henceforth! I am the Duchess, after all! Lol Unilocal humor. On the table are sriracha and hoisin sauces. I like to blend them to the right level of spiciness and match to my dishes. Every other table had bowls… So the overwhelming favorite here is the vermicelli noodle bowls and phở. In any case, the grilled meats here are delicious, and GF, VEGAN and Paleos will have few problems here. Fabulous find!

The phở was decent, not the best I’ve ever had: –Needs more spices, the broth was rather bland– but a good amount of oil/balance. –The meatballs were disgusting, full of tendon and who knows what else. –The steak pieces were hand cut and not cheap pieces of meat like you get in other places. –Why so cheap on the hoisin/srirachi. A squirt of each inside a piece of plastic isn’t enough.

Great little place. Everyone who works here is very nice and attentive. There are a variety of items that can satisfy most pallets. I am not a big fan of curry but they have a chicken curry appetizer that is wonderful. Have it every time I am here. Not to big and is a great warm up to the meal. Give this place a try. Small family doing what they do.

Was craving Vietnamese food – found this little gem through Unilocal! What a godsend. Had the treasure boat, roti curry, and pandan crème brûlée. Tried the fried rice. Everything came out hot and fresh. Flavors aplenty. Serving sizes were ample! The roti curry came with a puff pastry«flat bread» that was delicious with the curry… pure goodness, that texture and flavor. The treasure boat was fun; definitely an adventure for two to share. The beef and shrimp were well marinated. Two thumbs up. Last but not least, the crème brûlée was a creative and yummy twist on french and Vietnamese flavors. If you’re on the fence, just go here. You have to order the roti curry. You won’t regret it!!!

Came here for lunch, the place looks very nice inside but me personally, it was a little bit too dark. They serve you or try to serve you«fancy» water. The only way that that will pass is not to serve it in a dirty ass glass with spots all over. The water tasted like sink water too, at least filter the thing. I would have loved a glass of iced water with a lemon. Anyway onto the food, we ordered bun bo hue aka spicy beef noodles. They were missing the shrimp paste which left the broth mehh. It was not spicy at all. I also ordered the phở Tai and an order of crispy spring rolls. Phở did not have that phở aroma, broth was just OK. Spring rolls shell were rolled with rice paper instead of the usual spring roll paper. This made the spring roll more chewy ugh… It sticks to your teeth. The filling was fantastic tho. If you order anything to go… They charge you .50 extra which is annoying. If I knew that was the case I would have brought my own cup to pour my left over drink in. Overall it’s ok, I would not trek this far to dine here.

My son and I stopped in for some lunch after a doctor’s appointment… pretty nice setup for a phở restaurant especially for the area and shopping center location. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. We both ordered phở bowls which were as expected… nothing spectacular, but delicious(I’ve eaten at quite a few phở places around the country, just to give you an idea of what I’m comparing it to). We also ordered a Thai iced tea and Vietnamese iced coffee, both delicioius. I was a little sad to find out that the combo phở did not have meatballs although I could have ordered an extra bowl. Bathrooms were clean, atmosphere was more than I would have expected and prices were average. When I’m in the area I will certainly return!

The portions here are huge for cheap prices. My husband got the grilled pork with vermicelli noodles and I got the beef phở bowl(small) plus an order of two spring rolls. Our tab was $ 22. The food was good but it wasn’t the best. The restaurant was very clean. Service was quick especially for a weekday at peak dinner hours. The waiter dude was super professional and friendly. The water tasted gross though. That’s my only complaint. It didn’t taste filtered. It tasted like it came straight from the sink faucet however, that won’t stop me from eating here again.

This place has mixed reviews and I was a bit hesitant about eating here, but since I was hungry for phở and Woodbridge doesn’t really have any good phở places, I decided why not give it a try. The place was really nice and looked really clean. It looked really modern and I was loving the music. The waitress was pretty nice and attentive, I was surprised they gave me and my boyfriend a big bottle of water for us to pour ourselves so we don’t have to keep asking for refills. I ordered spring rolls, Thai iced tea, and two large bowls of combination phở. Everything tasted pretty good! It’s not the best phở place I ever been to but it’s the best one that is closet to me. The spring rolls were so delicious and so crispy! I recommend people to give this place a try!

Was so excited to try this place out because it’s so close to my house but… Oh well. Maybe it’s because we came on New Years Day and very early in the morning. The appetizers were great. We ordered the spring and summer and rolls. We decided on 2 combination small phở bowls. They were both just ok. Some of the other reviews write about this place using only the freshest ingredients, I respectfully disagree. It’s not hard to tell when meat isn’t fresh. My noodles were also balled up together so I had to separate them. Now for the most depressing part. We ordered 2 bubble teas. Coconut and mango. We both tried our teas and realized there were no jelly BALLS thingies on the bottom! I think they’re tapioca BALLS. They were missing!!! We asked them where our BALLS were and they said they didn’t have any at this time of day. They were still cooking them. WHYDIDN’T THEYTELLUSTHIS! «Why have a ballroom with no BALLS!?»(Frozen) They had apple turnover dessert on the menu. If we ordered it and they ran out of apples they can’t just give us turnover! Tell us about it. I wish I sent it back but I never return food unless there’s a hair in it especially since I drank some of it. I thought the BALLS were just hidden. How depressing. Every gulp without those juicy BALLS in my mouth made me so sad. I will definitely return because I was promised double the BALLS on my next order and that’s a promise I can’t imagine not cashing in. SERVICEWASFANTASTIC!

Honestly, I love coming here for their delicious Phở and crunchy egg rolls. Their Phở is very savory from their broth to their meat. Hands down one of the best Phở in the norther VA. Come and try it yourself. Their menu has an abundant of traditional dishes with the freshest ingredients. Even their bubba tea is made with REAL fruit. Not the powder stuff other places make it. Their coffee is not too sweet which satisfy my taste buds. What Vietnamese restaurant you know that offer dessert, especially crème brûlée? Forget the slices of organge, i am going for the real deal. I had the pleasure of trying their La-Laguna, signature dessert, and it made my top dessert list and for someone who doesn’t eat sweets. If you like Thai sticky rice and mango, you will definitely love this dessert more because not only its soo good but healthy. You read that right. My servers were always attentive and made sure my food came out as quickly as possible. Disregard the other reviews crapping on the service. Come on people, they just opened, of course there will be some technical mishaps. Don’t be discourage by the other reviews when they are just complaining about everything. You can see there are more 4 – 5 stars on here. The one star reviewers were too quick to judge. Reasonable prices, great flavor and offer vegetarian options. A restaurant for everyone.
