This has got to be the best Carl jr. in Northern California, the employees and management are courteous and hardworking. I definitely enjoyed their hamburgers and chicken sandwiches, especially their four for $ 4.00 !

Watch what they put on screen at the drive through! I asked for different cheese so they wanted to charge me for extra cheese. Apparently they don’t know how to do different cheese without charging you extra. Normally I like their food though so that stupid move made me drop 2 stars & eat somewhere else.

Awful customer service! Lady got so mad that my wife had an allergy order, had attitude, didn’t get the order right and rolled her eyes several time. Visiting from out of town but will certainly not return here when we come back

Overall it is okay. They are open(inside) until midnight so if it’s getting late I can go there still. I’ve had a mixed bag of experiences overall. Sometimes I feel like their sandwich construction is not up to par… I don’t know if it’s a one-time thing or consistent policy but the lettuce and tomatoes at the bottom make things slippery and cause every sandwich to become a mess. They used to say«If it doesn’t get all over the place, it doesn’t belong in your face» so perhaps that’s what they intend? The service is decent overall but they do that annoying«Medium or Large» trick here, so be careful. It’s this upselling tactic where the cashier will say«Medium or Large?» and you might say Medium thinking it’s the normal size, but it’s actually the small that is the basic size you get with the combo. The food is good overall. Carl’s Jr tend to have better food but also higher prices than places like Jack in the Box and McDonald’s. The cheese never seems to be melted either… I think it’d be better if it was but it seems like when I get one of the burgers with pepper jack cheese it’s slapped on at the last second as an afterthought. If you want behemoth burgers that are a day’s worth of calories in one sitting, you can’t go wrong here. But when it comes to their service they could be better.

We often go here on Sunday evening on our way to the Stanford Theatre. We find the hamburgers and fries to be fresh and tasty. The counter service is prompt and the atmosphere is pleasant and clean. We prefer it to Burger King and In and out.

(I work late so this is the spot to go for a good Hamburger when I’m hungry. They also have Tacos and burritos and open 24 hours in a safe area on El Camino. The crew are always polite, and it’s clean. Minus 1 star because of the strange dirty crazy looking homeless guy camped out on one of the tables near the rest room.

Stopped by 5÷30÷15, 12:03 am, ordered Santa Fe Club with Chris cuts and diet Dr Pepper. Paid $ 8.78. The only item consumable was the drink. Rubber chicken, old grease, cold fries… disgusting! Go pay 2 bucks for a soda at a store, don’t waste your hard earned money on food at this place. They apparently don’t care and hopefully will not be around much longer… they are not working very hard to provide edible food!

I came in here expecting a similar experience to the commercial on television. I was hoping for a succulent burger, with vibrant tomatoes and lettuce and a fluffy light bun and tender meat. Don’t forget the gorgeous Paris Hilton washing a car in a very suggestive manner while she eats her meal. What I saw in the restaurant was incredibly disappointing. No hot model girls, just a bunch of depressed patrons staring out the windows and pondering what went wrong in their lives and how the heck they ended up at this fast food chain at 10AM on a Tuesday. I got a Whopper and it was flat, the bread was dry, the meat was obviously microwaved. Two thumbs down. FALSEADVERTISING

After watching the slick Carl’s Jr. commercials of their New BBQ Texas Burger with jalapenos I decided to try one for the first time. It was nothing like what they advertised. I’m really wondering if the manger and employees know what they are suppose to be delivering… like a burger that is advertised. I was very dissatisfied ! One star for offering to give me my money back.

When you have been traveling for the last 7 hours and have arrived home hungry at 2:41AM, you cannot find a more satisfying late-night snack than Buffalo Blue Cheese CrissCut Fries. Crisscut fries topped with buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing are the perfect combination if you ask me. Thank you Carl’s Jr for being open at this insane hour of the night and for polite drive-through service as we deliberated with half-asleep brains over what to order!

Been here a few times and have been satisfied with the food and service. Can’t really complain. I only experienced the drive thru and it’s typical — order and leave. I’m eating my Famous Star combo as I’m typing this. Got the food after midnight. Thank you, El Camino Carl’s Jr.

One of those strange personal comfort foods that I’ve carried around as a child. In college I would hit one that had awesome air conditioning and free soda refills to stay cool in the sweltering summers. When I first moved into the area out of school and had no money, this was s regular stop for«going out». I hit this way less now but Western Bacon Cheeseburger is FTW!

I hate the way the drive thru is set up here. The service is very slow and sometimes the food is cold and the fries seem soooooooo oily and look like they have been refried. I have been here a couple of times and most of the time it’s been like this.

Okay I love Carl’s jr. they have such awesome burgers. and you do pay a nice price for them. But at this location it was horrible. We were out shopping and we dont really go to this location and i am not going back either. We ordered our food and and as we sat to get eatting my brother noticed that on his bacon western burger they only put one strip of bacon. Really ONE strip thats horrible. then my dad saw that there was cheese on his burger that was not suppose to even have cheese. Then Mel had bare to non on her avocado burger. so my brother went to get some more bacon and my dad asked for them to make his burger with no cheese. My dad does not like cheese at all. They gave my brother some more bacon and brought my dad another burger. Mel didnt see the need for a new burger just some more avocado on the side. when my brother went to get some more the Manager asked to see the burger and then made a rude comment saying«Man this guy wants everything» I work for McDonalds and when someone orders something and pays for it we need to make it the way they want it. If we mess up we say sorry and make it again. Never do i get mad at the customer for my or my crews mistake. My dad opened his burger and saw that there was still cheese. He went back and told them… NOCHEESEPLEASE. my father also asked the manager why he made the comment to my brother and then manager asked if he wanted a new burger. My brother at this point said«Yes make it all fresh and make my dads burger with no cheese. NOCHEESE» Finally with was set right and then i got my burger… i just thought to my self for having us pay so much they are FUCKINGCHEAP!!! i laughted and said how i was surprised on how they put bare to non on the sauce for my burger. i mean bare to non!!! if anything they are wasting their own food. having to make more and more and throw away the mistakes. i hated this place and we are again never going back.

This is the best Carl’s Jr restaurant that I have visited. My wife isn’t fond of most of the food served by Carl’s Jr. However, she doesn’t mind eating here because: 1. ITISALWAYSCLEAN — The workers make sure that the tables, floor, bathroom and condiment/salsa bar is as clean as it is when they open. 2. THESERVICEISALWAYSGREAT — The cashiers take your order patiently and with a smile, and we have never had our order wrong. Employees will often come to our table and check if we need refills or anything else. 3. FOOD — The food is tasty, cooked well and the prices are pretty good too. You can choose between Mexican food(Green Burrito) and traditional American food. The diverse choices for burgers are great too. My wife loves the Turkey Burger! 4. CONSISTENCY — It is this way EVERYTIME we visit. We noticed that they recently remodeled the dining room. We thought that this was interesting, because the old dining room was so well kept. If you have a hunger for a good fast food burgers or Mexican food, then this is a great place to visit!

Out of all the usual fast-food burger places(McDonalds, Burger King, Jack in the Box, In N Out) Carl’s Jr. has been my favorite for a while now. I hadn’t had one of their burgers in about six months, and decided to give it another try. I got their super star, with cheese, fries, and a drink. The super star was just like I remembered it. Juicy, grilled well, with lots of different stuff on it. The fries had changed, they’re now more«natural» which means they leave the skin partially on so it resembles the potato it once was. However, there was something missing. It felt a little too greasy and heavy than what I’m used to, and somehow I didn’t enjoy it as much as I once had. I’m sad to say that I think I’ve outgrown fast-food… What’s next, taco bell??? So, while I think Carl’s Jr. has retained its crown as my favorite fast-food burger place(at least on the west coast), I think the worth of fast food in general is quickly diminishing. Oh well, at least they’re consistent.
