I only give two stars because the lobby looked nice. The room is very small, everything in the room is very old. The faucet is the cheapest one you can find. We are regrading we didn’t go to Motors Inn! Or any other cheap motels like motel 6 or something. Cleanliness of the room was very questionable with yellowish sheets that are supposed to be white.

Not too bad at least it’s clean and well kept. They give you free tooth brushes and toothpaste if you dial 6 very few hotels do this

Windows have not been upgraded at this Sheraton Four Points. It’s noisy on room on airport side. Only redeeming quality of this hotel is Brewsters Bar has a great beer selection. Had black stuff on grout in bathroom.

I really hate writing negative reviews, but this sorry ass organization has gotten me so pissed off that I’m going to actively encourage EVERYONE I KNOW to avoid this place like the plague. Maybe I’m making more of this than I should. .. and if so, feel free to hit me back and counsel me accordingly. Three things that really got me crazy: (1) The thermostat temperature is set at 74, and you can’t move it. It was hot and stuffy in the room, and I tried, unsuccessfully, moving the thermostat downward for a ½ hour before calling the front desk. The desk clerk told me,“in the ‘renovated’ section of the hotel, the thermostat is permanently fixed at 74. ” Strike one. (2) After a long, sweaty night, I get in the shower. The highest temp for the shower doesn’t hit body temperature. Yeah, I’d like to cool off, but DAMN!!! Left it on for 4 minutes, came back. Turned it off. Tried again. Guess the thermostat for the water is permanently fixed as well. I got a cold shower, but I was boiling inside. (3) At checkout, I’m asked the question, «how was your stay?» I told the clerk exactly what my stay was like. She apologized and deducted $ 35 from the price of my one-night stay at their hotel. .. which basically amounted to the cost of the parking. For ONENIGHT. I drove away thinking, «okay; it sucked, but they made up for it. .. sort of.» Until I got to my destination and reviewed my credit card activity. Someone tell me: what hotel charges double the price of the room rate to your card — AFTERCHECKOUT? Seething, I called the corporate office for Starwood — the chain that apparently owns the property. The manager told me to call the direct line of the property and speak to the«revenue manager.» I’m passed off to a voicemail. I called back and asked for the general manager, who very politely told me that their company policy is to charge twice the price of the room and then refund half within 3 – 5 business days. I was apoplectic. I’ve traveled across the entirety of North America, and I’ve never had that happen to me. If I had time to stand in front of this hotel for a week with a picket sign, I would. But I’ll just leave my piece right here. There are literally dozens of hotels lining the immediate outskirts of LAX. Do yourself a favor and pick ANYOTHERONE.
