Weird man. Just weird… There was no process, so you just find a table in a dimly lit room and wait/hope someone comes over to you. I WAS actually surprised by the quality of the food. I guess I expected it to be bad. I opted to go for the three appetizers for 16 $. Really not a bad deal. I got the tomato bisque, Brussel sprouts, and loaded mashed potatoes. I couldn’t finish it all. My son got the lobster mac and cheese(he has champagne taste) and he raved about it. It was actually creamy and delicious. My wife ordered the two fish tacos and guac. She said the tacos were bathing in a mayo sauce that didn’t quite work with the fish. Like it was masking the fish flavor. She also said the quac tasted like it came from a bag. I don’t understand this because California grows our avacados… anyway, overall it was good for hotel food.

Not an all bad spot but the service was some junk and the lighting sucked. I had to get out my cell phone to use the flashlight. They have great beer it is just way overpriced and the draft system only had 4 beers. Not recommending this place for the true craft beer drinkers.

Really friendly, Nice Atmosphere, Customer Service was on point. Really good for a Hotel Restaurant. Didn’t really expect the Quality I received so I say Bravo for Brewster Beererie and the Hotel itself for my stay. I am very picky… and believe I could and should be. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles!

We were staying by the airport and wanted a good meal by our hotel. We visited Brewsters based on their Unilocal reviews. They have a good beer selection. If you are not sure what you want ask to sample a few. The servers were very nice and friendly. We ordered the fried chicken and a couple of sides. The breast was dry, the batter was crunchy but flavorless, they add a maple glaze that is nice but would be better with a little more salty/spicy contrast in the batter. The roasted brussel sprouts were soggy like there were reheated in a microwave and splashed with Sriracha. The onion rings were soggy and greasy. I do not think we will come back.

Great expectations… sadly let down… several of the on tap and bottle selections no longer available. Need to rewrite the menu — so many not available… According to wait staff Mgn not restocking. If you are a beer expert — would not rush over — limited selection(suspect previous reviewers don’t get out much!!) Had the lamb chops($ 17) — ok price for locale… small serving but adequate. Nothing special. Service happy but slow and gaps in attention. TVs more than adequate!

Worth a stop-in on long LAX stopovers for good food, good beer, comfy chairs.

Was a great little spot for a few beers and some food that was really good for a hotel restaurant. I was impressed and the family enjoyed the food. The staff was top notch and made the experience worth coming back. Was not your average bar. Justin and Oswaldo are great at the bar. You won’t regret a visit to hang out.

Back again. Watching TCU/OSU game at bar. Cold beer, awesome wings. The beer is priced pretty reasonable. Unlike most hotel bars.

Excellent bartender– good place to watch sports — above the usual hotel bar standard.

It’s very good at being what it is — a hotel bar near LAX. A friend and I came here to pass some time when his flight was delayed. They have a shockingly large beer selection, a great happy hour — $ 3 well drinks — and friendly bartenders. We didn’t order any food, but the people surrounding us seemed to be enjoying their orders.

The Cali burger was amazing. Messy but worth it. The bartenders were friendly and helpful with drink decisions. I would come back here anytime for any meal. My neighbor had a waffle themed dessert that I was too full to order myself. Maybe next time!

A small, curated craft beer selection and a huge bottle list perfect for a craft beer connoisseur. I have long heard about this place and finally paid a visit. There’s a craft beer program for this hotel which includes a director. I read that it even extends to the guest rooms. The bottle list is not as great as Boneyard Bistro in Sherman Oaks, but it’s one of the top I’ve seen in Los Angeles. The bartenders seemed like craft beer nerds overhearing their conversations. Mostly tourists at this restaurant and bar. I seemed to be the only local. This is said to be one of the country’s best craft beer bars with 100 bottles in their craft beer bottle list. I stuck with a couple selections from their draft list that were special and not widely available such as a vintage from Deschutes Brewery and a collobration double IPA from Three Weavers and the new Arts District Brewery.

Fries are awesome. Oswaldo makes a great Mojito :-). We also ordered the fish tacos and they were fried but good.

Very nice staff and service. They were very helpful in recommending and describing the food on their menu. I had the nyc steak that came with asparagus and fried onion strings. The onion strings were cold and obviously cooked first. The price was reasonable for the meal. Overall, the food was okay for a hotel bar.

Stopped by this establishment on a lunch break. Was blown away by ambiance and quality of the food. Best Shrimp Thai Salad I have come across. Compliments to the chef.

Stopped and had the Tuna lunch special with my g-dson. I was surprised how big of a serving I received. After all it was located in the hotel. Likes: 10+ TVS located in every direction you looked Friendly and prompt Servers Nicely spaced tables from each other Very clean and TVs audio not too loud or too low Large serving size — think of Fundrucker hamburgers Validation Parking for 3 hours Cons: Parking lot on the side of the hotel and bit confusing on where to enter into the hotel. A sign with arrows would help. The tables was small for the plates we had and rocked back a forth. Other than that it was a great place to meet someone for lunch and catch up with each other. Oh Be Careful Do Not Lose Your Parking Pass It’s $ 72 Parking If You do.

For a hotel restaurant, Brewster’s fares pretty well. Atmosphere is good. There are a variety of sitting options from taller bar tables/stools to couches/coffeee tabkes yo generic sette. On the walls are numerous big screen TVs with a view from every seat. The menu is varied enough with each item tagged with a suggested beer/wine. I have been here typically for the salads though the hamburger is a delicious option. Service is very attentive. If you’ve a car, then there are better options elsewhere, but as with most hotels, the restaurant is for those who prefer to stay in(or are w/o transportation).

A surprise, I must admit. They are located inside the Sheraton. We walked around the hotel, trying to find a sign that said, «Brewsters,» nope, no such luck. We then asked someone at the check in desk. She pointed back to where we had just come from. We turned around and walked back. There is a sign that says, «Brew,» not«Brewsters.» There are about 10 tables or so, and a bar. We sat at the bar and took a look at the menu. The beer menu was good, with quite a few micro brews. We split the burger, after a suggestion from the bartender(thank you very much). The burger was really good. The fries were some of the better fries I have tasted, no kidding! Atmosphere — rather quiet, even with other people coming in. Price — decent, not overly priced. Is this worth it — yes. Thanks for a really good burger.

I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of having Justin as the bartender. Dude knows his shit. And is friendly. I would come back based on his excellent service alone, but in addition they have super solid beers on tap and a freaking enormous bottle list. As far as beer bars go this place is great. As far as bars you find in hotels go, this place is mind blowingly awesome. I know where I’m drinking for the rest of my stay in the area. A triple freaking plus. They have decent food too.
