Okay so I was eating over here for last few months and I absolutely love they’re tortas it’s the best tortas in the city if whenever you’re near here and hungry don’t think about any other fast food just come and order torta. The only thing is there are always a lot of people and sometimes you don’t know how to park lol but other than that it’s very good oh by the way I just ate burrito and it’s amazing too so yeah come and enjoy.

Been living in LA for many years and tried many great Mexican places, but nothing like this amazing truck. Thy need to be on top of the search list because they deserve it. Best tortas in town as you see from other reviewers Im not the only one that loves them! Great avocado salsa, quality meat (asada and pastor) and friendly people. Pricing is amazing for the quality and service is always fast even when packed. Check hours as the truck comes after hours only.

What a gem! My best friend swears by their Torta Al Pastor– it’s all she gets! Says it’s the best she’s ever had. I’ve had the asada tacos (a little dry, but the perfect salsas make up for it), the vegetarian tacos, and a half Pastor half vegetarian quesadilla. WOW. The veggie tacos are warm, fresh, and flavorful. Beans, cheese avocado lettuce tomato onions and cilantro. SO GOOD.

Ive never had a torta in my life until I was forced to try one from this truck a few years ago. OMG SO GOOD! After having a torta from here I tried it at few other places and they do nottt compare. (The truck next to this or the «famous» El Sauz suck next to this) If you care about quality and flavor then you will love their food. Their tacos, tortas and burritos are all so good, but my personal fav is definitely the torta!

THE BEST taco truck in LA. Hands down. If you’re familiar with my reviews, then you’re fully aware that 5 stars in the restaurant category doesn’t come easy from me. I have many friends who feel the same way. This has become the official after hours spot for the let out at La Descarga and other Hollywood clubs.
The Good
Vegetarian quesadilla comes loaded with tomato and avocado unlike most other trucks where a veggie quesadilla simply implies cheese and only cheese.
Fast turn around time. Staff has positive energy.
The Great
Carne asada here is unbeatable. Order a carne asada taco with cheese and sour cream.
The Tortas are phenomenal. Oven fresh bread and tasty mayo. Try pastor and pollo combined.
Room for Improvement
I really, really wish that they’d be more generous with the sauces and sides. The salsa comes in small containers that makes it difficult to have enough to fully enjoy your food.
Only open at night (May be a good thing for their market).

This place is so Damn good. If I were vegan, I would fall back on eating meat because of this place. I’ve driven past this place so many time. Thanks to Unilocal,I’ve found a hidden gem truck here in this ghetto corner. Best carne asada in the area. I just wish they gave extra hot sauce.

Amazingly delicious! Best tortas and tacos I’ve ever had. No Mexican restaurant can beat this taco truck! I usually don’t try new food, but when I was forced to eat here 5 years ago for the first time; I was in love with the food! Even my difficult orders get done right! Highly recommend this truck over any other truck! There is another truck next to it and for curiosity, I did try the taco, but it tasted nasty! I took a bite and threw away the rest. :) if you haven’t tried this place, you’re missing out!

I die for this place and I guarantee you that you haven’t tried a truck like this. People often compare this place to El Sauz in Glendale and this place is definitely much better.

Hands down… #1 tortas in SoCal! I’ve been all over to every truck around and for Tortas… this is where you wanna be! The taco and burrito is good too.
Just a quick update. After further searching for a place comparable to them for a good Torta. I still think they’re unmatched! Great job guys!

These guys have the best carne asada torta I’ve ever had. The meat is just juicy and the bread is fresh. They have some kind of secret recipe that’s unresistible. I can eat this every day for breakfast lunch and dinner. Just wish I knew where they were during the day because they stop on Western at 8:30pm nightly.

I have tried many taco trucks tortas and i have to say this is the best torta place in Los Angeles. I always argue with friends and when i take them here they give up. $ 5 for tortas and that’s all i have tried on the menu and i don’t really care for anything else. That’s all you need to have torta.

This is probably one of the best trucks, or even restaurants here in LA that I’ve gotten tacos from. Had the carne asada, lengua, and chorizo tacos. Probably would skip the chorizo next time. I also ordered carne asada and lengua tortas. I liked the tacos much more, and they came with a really good hot sauce. Extra lime on mine too, please! I’m going back next time I’m in town. That’s a promise!

This truck usually parks on western in front of the mechanic shop when you exit the 101 freeway. This truck is the place where you go after a bar when you’re shitfaced or buzzing lol or got a bad crave for mexican late at night. The food is real good, I have tried their Asada burrito and taco and I plan on trying the torta the next time, heard it’s to die for.

Mi Teresita is right next to yet another taco truck. I’ve eaten at Mi Teresita a hundred times, and I’ve never considered eating at the other truck, because Mi Teresita is SO DAMN GOOD!
Their tacos are inexpensive and delicious. The sauces they use are spectacular and tasty. The service is incredibly friendly and the woman who works the counter even put up with me ordering in Spanglish (not required, just me being a dork). They have glass bottles of soda on ice and you can pull up and park right along side them. Plus, they’re open all night!

Mi Teresita on Western above the Hollywood Freeway is of my very favorite taco trucks, and I’ve hit a lot of them. The trucks still leave me cold on a personal level compared to the carts, where you are face-​to-​face with the server, but they’re friendly enough.
Of course, it’s all about the taco. I’ve had just about every version and can’t pick a favorite. They’re all moist and flavorful. My wife is super-​picky about meat quality, and Mi Teresita passes her quality requirements.
