Food was healthy, service was friendly and helpful. Place was very clean and comfortable. They even deliver and accept call in orders. I liked it a lot. I’ll be back. Nice place.

I’ve ordered from here a few times. It seems like the entrée plate portions are getting smaller and smaller. I’m so over ordering those anymore. So today, I decided to get some chicken from Zankou, because its awesome and put it on a salad from Salad Farm, because their chicken is flavorless. I ordered a custom salad with Romaine, carrots, tomatoes, black olives, cucumbers and parmesan cheese… that’s it. Sounds like a nice salad to compliment the chicken, right? Well… they charged me $ 10.50 for it. I have no problem paying over $ 10 for a salad. But that price for this little salad with no frills is ridiculous. I could have gotten the same salad from Whole Foods for less than $ 5.00. What is wrong with this place? No wonder it only has 3 stars. MEH~

I will preface my review with the fact I’ve only had one dish and one only, but that it was fantastic every time. The Chinese Chicken Salad was epic. Huge and very fresh. Not a fancy place, but very nice people. Who also really seem to car that you like what they do. I love that. It might be a bit pricy for an everyday lunch, but if it’s really fresh… I’m good with that. I know that they also have baked potato and other stuff like panini’s, but I haven’t tried them… But, I will. So far, so good, keep it up Salad Farm.

Salad farm is a great place for hearty salads and their baked potatoes are fire. Their happy hour is 25% off 4 – 9 on weekdays, all day on Saturdays. Go to this spot so it stays open!

It was my first time at Salad Farm and I was pleased with my experience and my food. The Ahi Tuna salad was great. The tuna was fresh and the dressing was good. The salad is very very big. My friend and I both couldn’t finish our salads. Definitely coming back here soon!

Salad farm has a great selection, I order from here every so often for my office. However, I think they really cater to the omnivore crowd; as a vegan, I’m left wanting more. Many of the salads have chicken, shrimp, cheese, bacon, eggs, etc. Some of the salads I’ve made vegan are a little on the boring side– toppings like rice noodles, fruit, carrots, raisins, sprouts, mushrooms, and avocado, are great, but as a place called«Salad Farm,» why not really go big with the vegan salads! I had an excellent salad this weekend from Café Gratitude that had fennel, persimmon, cashew cheese, candied walnuts, and pomegranate. Now THAT was a good salad! Other ingredients that I think would really jazz up your menu for veggie eaters? Tempeh bacon, roasted beets, roasted asparagus, fennel, candied nuts, sweet potatoes, squash, beans, corn, jicama, radishes(watermelon radish would be beautiful), faux chicken, roasted potatoes, dates, dried apricot, tofu, tempeh crumbles, quinoa, herbs… Don’t think I would eat here again with my choices, but will probably continue to order for my office. I’m a big foodie– I want to be wowed by your salads, Salad Farm!

Nmnmnmn I love the salad & soup combo! Today I’m mixing it up with a garden salad w/cilantro dressing & chicken tortilla soup w/avocado & chips. The paninis are all fantastic. Yummers!!!

Shrimp avocado salad is my favorite! I order from here regularly and they know just how i like my greens chopped! Friendly staff they have improved a lot since the beginning of the year. Salmon with grilled veggies and baked potato is also good i wish the fish portion was a little bigger though. The also have panninis my favorite one is by far the steak pannini is absolutely delicious!!!

Salad experts. The big guy in the back hooks me up. The lady in the front is really nice and welcoming as well. Overall definitely a place for salad.

Update on Salad Farm: since my poor experience, the manager offered me a full refund and vowed that the produce would be fresh. I took a partial refund and tried the kale salad once again. It was much better than my last experience and since then I’ve gone in 3 times where the produce was fresh every time. As a regular customer, I really wanted them to turn it around and it seems like they have! I hope they continue to keep their produce fresh and find ways to improve their menu.

A poor man’s Tender Greens. PROS: –Much bigger portions than Tender Greens, especially on their plates. Nearly double the meat and pretty decent sized salad and baked potato. –Inexpensive for sandwiches –Fast CONS: –Double the meat, but half the taste. The chicken was dry and chewy. –Rundown inside. –Quality is questionable

8−13−15UPDATE: I tried to give this place another try and so I called and placed an order for pick up. I requested the meat be well done not raw due to my last experience. I then go pick up the panini open to eat it and to my surprise once again they screwed up! Super RAWMEAT. I was upset bc I could not leave and go back and when I called back the manager put me on the phone with the cook(very unprofessional). The cook told me I could get a credit or I could wait +1 hour to get my order delivered. The cook kept acting like he did nothing wrong when clearly well done and raw are complete opposites. I cannot believe the manager would not take care of this and instead puts the cook on to argue something that is clearly visibly verifiable… I have uploaded a picture so that the cook can see WHATRAWIS! Good food, service is bad. I was very specific and reiterated my order and they still managed to get it wrong ruining my lunch. Had to call for them to deliver the correct order.

I am a big salad guy and also paninis. I love trying out and testing different salad restaurants in Los Angeles and I have to say Salad Farm is the best by far. Their quality is excellent! I eat here at least once a week now

I just ordered delivery and got the baked potato with chili, cheese, sour cream and green onions. It was enormous, perfectly cooked and very tasty! I also ordered the Caesar salad with their cilantro dressing and grilled steak. It was excellent. Their grilled corn on the cob is good too. I sometimes stop in on my way home from work to pick up dinner. Their food is always well prepared and consistent. It’s a place I can always rely on.

This place is ridiculous. Their menu features a «healthy protein salad», which shows a picture of a green salad with chicken, beans and other yummy things. I ordered it, and when i took it to the counter, they charged me a few dollars extra for the chicken! They said it wasn’t included in the price, despite being pictured on the menu. On top of this, they made me wait for 5 minutes to pay. There were three men behind the counter and none came over to serve me, instead prioritizing things like putting away vegetables and washing up over tending to their customers. I wouldn’t go back to this place.

I have been here several times already and I never disappointed. The staff and owner are very nice and accommodating. The place is clean. They have fresh and quality food. Wide selection of dressing. If you want to eat healthy, this is the place to be. Highly recommend.

A fairly good restaurant for healthy eating. The menu contains several types of salads, as well as 12 or so dressings to choose from, which allows for a pretty wide range of diversity. In addition to the salads, they also have paninis, a tempting variety of baked potatoes, as well as some baked goods in which to indulge in case your salad is too healthy. Note that although it’s listed on Unilocal as a $$ restaurant, quite a few of these salads clock in at just under $ 10. Not being swayed by my inner desires, I played it safe and ordered the Greek salad with balsamic vinegar dressing. The meal’s greatest accolade is the fact that the vegetables are fresh and aplenty, with the salad portions being surprisingly filling. It was a nice touch that the Greek salad came with both regular black olives and Kalamata olives for variety. However, I could’ve used less spinach(kinda atypical for Greek salad), and instead, I think more cucumber and some bell peppers(which were unfortunately absent) would have gone far to make the salad more interesting. Regardless, the balsamic dressing did have a lot of flavor, and made me curious to try the other dressings. Apparently each salad comes with 2 pita slices, but I had to prompt the cashier in order to receive mine. One drawback to coming here is that parking is regulated with mandatory valet, the alternatives being using one of the metered spots just outside the lot or trudging around the side streets for street parking. Obviously not a problem if you live/work within walking distance. Faults considered, you do get a lot of fresh vegetables for your buck, so I’d still regard Salad Farm as a viable choice for grabbing a lunch that is probably healthier than the surrounding options.

THEREWASHAIRINMYSALAD. Okay first of all I paid way too much money $ 20.66 for the smallest salad ever. It was the seared tuna salad with extra tuna but I’m pretty sure they barely gave me any extra tuna. Also, the tuna was very unfresh and were drowned in ponzu sauce probably to make it taste better and remove the extra pungent fishy taste. Then, I found hair in my salad and just ended up throwing it away. I would never go back here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Its unsanitary, doesn’t taste good, and is overall a terrible restaurant.

Great place for salads. I was hooked when I had the health protein salad with chicken in their woodland hills store. So I was in the area and figured I give this place a try. Great service and awesome fresh salad. I had the Chinese chicken salad and it was amazing! Thanks for a great healthy dinner! Will definitely be back soon!

A solid salad place and a nice healthy lunch alternative to a lot of the greasy grills in the area. I love knowing that I can get full on the Garden Salad and only have eaten 150 calories(they have complete nutritional information on their website, always a huge«plus» for me). The Chinese Chicken Salad is also great. They make salads to-order and all the workers are pleasant and courteous. If you’re looking for a salad BAR, you’re better off going to Mrs. Winston’s in Century City, but for off-the-menu salads, Salad Farm is good spot.
