Silk Road Oriental Rug

After a year or so of searching for the right rug to compliment our dining room, my wife and I were referred to Silk Road Oriental Rug by a Interior Designer we had previously worked with. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and service are unparalleled. Between the three months or so that it took to purchase our rug, they delivered and installed more than 15 rugs. During every visit to our home, their team was very courteous & respectful as well as unimaginably patient with us. Being that the purchase of our antique rug was not inexpensive, they were very respectful of our consumption of time, while providing very helpful design ideas, fabric samples and color combinations. I can go on and on about how great they are at what they do, while providing exclusive customer service and going out of their way to make sure we loved our rug! Based on our previous experiences with other companies we shopped, the service and accommodations they provided were unmatched. To add to all of the positives of our purchase, they also service and repair all rugs! They have made me a client for life!
I recommend them to everybody, even the pickiest of clients/​designers that have any rug related questions or concerns, or may be in the market for one!
