I got the Living Social deal. I did not redeem my voucher and got a refund because I was unable to contact the merchant. When I called the number on the voucher, it got forwarded to another phone number which went to voicemail. The number on their website is for a moving company, not Time to Eco. It seemed fishy so I decided to cancel instead of get the run around.

Very shady operation. I called this company on a Saturday and scheduled service for the next day. I was told two people would come for 2 hours at a rate of $ 120.
The next day a girl showed up by herself, was only planning to stay 2 hours, but the rate was still $ 120. I’m sorry but $ 60 an hour for housekeeping service is a bit much when only 1 person is doing the work.
I tried calling the manager of the company but kept getting the run around.
At least the work performed was good, which is why they got 2 starts instead of just 1.
Be warned if you plan to use this cleaning service. Very unprofessional management.

I used Time To Eco to clean my apartment after a long time away from home. They were prompt, friendly and did a great job on a very messy place. Their rates were very reasonable, and they couldn’t have been nicer. I would give them a perfect score on all fronts. D. Lassie.
