My brother and I called beforehand to pick up the iPhone 6s plus and thankfully they had it. Kai the current manager was able to hold it for us and he was so kind when we arrived. He was very patient with answering all our questions and made sure we got the best deals for our plan. He even took the time to explain promos and neatly put the temper glass & free cover on the phone.

The manager name Jay Park never picks up the phone. I had pre-​ordered the phone here from Jay Park, the manager. He never answeres his cell phone and never is at the store. I wonder if he really order my phone !!!
