Months after they opened service is MUCH quicker, and much nicer. I do suggest ordering online because there will still be a longer wait(especially at lunch time) I up my stars to 4.

Simple chain sandwich chain. The bread is decent, but can be a little hard. Great selection of menu choices, plus create your own combo give endless options, including different sizes to choose from. Unfortunately, the sandwiches are not overly stuffed and the prices are quite high for the product. Which Wich is a fine option if you work in the area to grab lunch. However, it does not compare to Jersey Mike’s, Mendocino Farms, or Jimmy John’s.

Super-smart well executed concept but very expensive for what you get. Seriously a 10″ sub is nearly $ 10 never mind chips, drink or tax. I am sure the prices are limiting patronage but lunch time still gets packed. Also, seems like no matter which sandwich I get I feel a little jittery after lunch. Not sure if they use some food additive or flavor enhancer, but typically I am not allergic to anything. I do like the online ordering — saves time.

super disappointing experience… we drove for an hour to get to this location before they closed at 10pm, we arrived at 9:40 with 20 minutes to spare. I even asked the guy and girl working if it was ok if I ordered a sandwich since it looked like they had already started cleaning and they said it wasn’t a big deal. ordered two sandwiches to go and got in the car and drove off to realized that the guy working had only put half the ingredients on my sandwich. I ordered a 7″ tuna cold skinny wich, double cheese, lettuce, avocado, mayo, mustard, salt pepper. I got a 7″ tuna cold wich with one piece of cheese and a spoon full of avocado… seriously? I didn’t think my order was that complicated… definitely a let down and waste of 12 $

I have a co worker who LOVES this place. Every time he comes back walking fast to his desk he has a Which Which bag and is slurping out of a yellow Which Which cup. I started thinking to myself, «damn are those sandwiches that good and are the drinks THAT great?» So I decided to go with him one day and find out what this Which Which craze was all about. The place is pretty small with cramped seating inside, it has a few seats outside, it’s clean and has a bunch of bags on the left side of the wall. You grab a bag and a pen and start checking off the ingredients you want in your sandwich. Once you’re finished you turn your small bag in and they make your sandwich returning your bag with the sandwich. Easy concept and it makes the line move fast. So far I’ve only tried the WICKED which has like 5 meats and 3 cheeses with bacon. It’s pretty much a meat lovers dream and I must admit I’m pretty hooked. Now my coworkers see me walking back to my desk with a Which Which bag slurping on a cup of lemonade/green tea every few days. Overall, I would definitely recommend and I have noticed that there is one in my area. I never would of given this place a chance because I thought it was just another Subway(too dry & boring but great cookies), Jersey Mikes(good but tired of it) or Quiznos(The least favorite out the 3). This place has some spark and good ingredients options. Give it a shot! OOOO 4 out of 5 Afros

Here’s the deal… You walk in and grab a sandwich bag, choose your sandwich, bread, toppings and mark them all on the bag. Hand it over and — wha laa out comes your sandwich a few minutes later. All sandwiches can be made to order as you wish. You have the power! I had the classic Wicked. Since it was my first time went with meduim 10″. Woah first off the sandwich is loaded, good size. I could have saved some for later but nah… I ate the whole thing! My sandwich had a good amount of meat in it, which is what you want right! Ingredients tasted fresh. Get it toasted up to melt on all the goodness together. This location is rather small — like a closet on Wilshire but there are a few tables along the wall and outside on the sidewalk. They keep the crowd moving, but expect a wait for your lunch on a weekday. There is some very interesting and artistic drawings on sandwich bags covering the walls. Oh and I didn’t check out their Vibe club(hee hee) but you may enjoy it.

Okay for convenience, but for some reason I don’t think this Wich wich tastes as good as the ones I’ve had in El Segundo. I always get the crab Salad Lettucewich. I’ve always liked it, but at this location the two times I tried it, it was just not very good. They always wrapped some paper in the lettuce, and I always end up biting into some paper and spitting out some. And also, at this location, it’s either their dressing/spread is especially watery, or they add ALOT of dressing making my Lettucewich drenched in sauce. Hard to eat.

Great sandwiches but man that waiting time when it’s lunch time is awful! Could take easily 25 minutes to get a sammich! Once you get it you’re so mad that you aint hungry no more! The one that has all the meats is amazing. But all their sandwiches are kinda fatty. i found it very sketchy that their calories count does not include the bread. I was like… oh. so isnt a sandwich supposed to have this little thing called BREAD? A much better choice in the neighborhood than Subway or the absurdly overpriced food trucks. last but not least. It’s HOT inside. I mean, take your clothes off to Nelly’s song hot. Dont be cheap and turn that ac on son!

Great place. Lots of options. Lost a star because the staff doesn’t pay close attention to the orders, especially online orders. 2nd day in a row my order was missing an ingredient(sadly, couldn’t go back due to time constraints).

First time eating at a Which wich this past week. I got a 7 inch Chicken with Olive Salad, Feta, Red Onions, Oregano(suggested on website). It tasted great, but was a bit on the dry side. One noticeable thing was the sandwich didn’t really seem at all stuffed(like I usually get at a Subway). Also the sandwich took a very long time to make. Now this was at lunch time, so it was very busy, but there were about 6 people behind the counter and I would think it wouldn’t take so long. I will definitely give this place another shot to see maybe if it was just a bad day and try some other sandwiches they have.

The staff sucks. I went here last Friday during the lunch rush and they had two freaking people working the sandwich rack. TWO. It took me literally 35 minutes to get a freakin a sandwich. And lo and behold one of the staff members was on his lunch. Cmon guys, you are all better then this. Oh yeah, they screwed up my order too. Sadly I’ll be back but they gotta pick it up. If I wanted crappy sandwiches from an angsty 21 year old, I’d go to the Subway. Step it up Which Which.

So happy to have this place around my neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating as they customized my sandwich even further than what i marked on the bag.

I normally enjoy coming to this location. last time I ordered online I came in, and someone immediately asked me if I was waiting for a sandwich. however today, I came in, was completely ignored even though I was literally standing right below the pick up sign. a woman with curly hair was making sandwiches and when she came over to give them to the customers who ordered in store, she completely looked past me and acted like I didn’t exist. I could literally see my sandwich sitting over on the counter. not one person in the store said a word to me for about 10 min, finally a man came up and asked me what I was waiting for. he went over, picked up the sandwich that had been sitting there for now 15 minutes, and at least said sorry. very disappointed in the customer service here.

The sandwich was fine. The cheese was nice. The bread was ehhh. Still confounds me how people are willing to wait their entire lunch break for the sammie. Giving two stars because I appreciate their PBJ initiative.

I like supporting businesses near my home for many selfish reasons lol. I was excited to see Which Wich finally opened after much anticipation. They have a great selection of sandwiches. My friend ordered the hand dipped chocolate chip milkshake. It was thick, and creamy. Went around 2pm so I did not experience the afternoon lunch crowd like most people mentioned on here. What I love the most is that they offer lettuce wrapped sandwich for the health conscious. For $ 6.25 you can get any sandwich wrapped with lettuce. I splurged and tasted the Italian pepperoni pizza wich on wheat. It was good, not excellent. I wanted the roast beef but they were sold out of roast beef for the day, bummer. A good place to try if you are craving a sandwich. Just avoid lunch time traffic if you can. Welcome to the neighborhood Which Wich.

The NICEST employees. I work in the building next door and was super excited when this place opened up. New lunch option! Every time I’ve been in there so far(4 or 5 times) it’s been absolutely packed and I’ve been particularly struck by how happy all of the employees seem. Everyone always has a smile on their face and seems to be in genuinely a good mood. How refreshing! The sandwiches and salads are amazingly customizable and the ingredients taste fresh. Your best option is to order online and then pick it up. Easy, fast and delicious! Keep up the good work Which Wich! You’ve made regulars out of most of my office :)

I ordered online before coming in and set the pick up time for 1:30 pm. With the place being so crowded, I was surprised that it was ready on time. However, only 3 stars because they forgot my avocado even though I paid extra for it. I’d suggest ordering online during lunch AND double checking your order before you leave.

I love this place, I’m so glad this store opened up to give me a walking distance store. Their sandwiches are made how you want it and they do a great job doing it. My favorites are the Gyro, Corned Beef and Black Bean Patty. Looks like I’m gonna be a regular!

Bottom Line: This place makes pretty mean sandwiches… A sandwich is a metaphor for life; you have a beginning and an end and what you put in the middle is up to you. Usually best if you get a little of everything! Working in Miracle Mile for nearly a decade you get to eating at every single place available to you. So when there’s fresh blood — it’s go time. When I found out it was a killer sandwich shop, you can only imagine my excitement… …you see Sandwiches are my favorite food group. anyway — I digress. I snuck into their private party day because Im gangsta like that and put them to the test, trial by fire style; Italian Grinder with the works. The whole deal — vinegar, salt, pepper, peppers… just dump a tub of yummy on my bread please. I got back to the office and I have to say — really good. Nice and hot, the cheese was melted, tons of flavor… man they are flirting with 5 stars. I still have to try their shakes. They handled a CRAZY busy lunch crew as well in fine style. We were quite literally shoulder to shoulder in there and there were just sandwiches flying out of that place. As a dad I also really like the kids area. Thats one of those kinds of things that doesnt take a lot of thought but its cool when your kid gets to build their own little thing complete with crayons. All in all I really like this place and it will be a very welcomed addition to Miracle Mile
