This owner made me feel guilty about using a Groupon I purchased. She said she did not want to charge $ 5 for the Groupon for manicure and pedicure. She wanted to charge $ 25 instead so I said why not tell Groupon to retract the sales and re advertise it. She said no. She would decline Groupon participants if she is busy. She admits it’s her fault she did not review the terms of the sales. She only found out afterwards when customers come streaming in. Then she goes to say how some people don’t bother to tip her and how people from San Jose are bad tippers than Los Gatos. I felt bad going there, so I left her a $ 15 tip. She didn’t even thank me. This is no way to run a business. You goofed up and put the guilt on customers instead. Way to go.

I was already hesitant to go to this place because of the horrid Unilocal reviews, but i’d had a groupon gifted to me and really didn’t want it wasted. Two different times I came during their posted business hours and they were closed. Lame.

I went in today and had a great experience! My husband and I both got a pedicure and I got a manicure. The only polish I liked was very thick and didn’t go on nicely the first time. The owner took the time to redo my nails after she had already done them, without me having to ask. Great customer service! We will be coming back!

Why isn’t there a no stars option? I bought a groupon special for Mother’s Day. I called today to make an appointment for tomorrow and the lady I talked to asked me which groupon I purchased. I told her the $ 5 special. She told me «no, I won’t take that» after arguing with her for a couple minutes and telling her that’s no way to run a business, I hung up and looked at the Unilocal reviews for this place and am actually thankful I didn’t come! To whoever I talked to: WORST customer service ever. To the business owner: don’t allow groupon to post these specials if you don’t want people using them. Too bad because this place is close to my work.

Just got done soaking my infected big toenail in hot water and pouring hydrogen peroxide on it. Wasn’t worth the Groupon.

I did NOT have a good experience here. The only positive thing was that the lady got me in when I needed to come. I used one of their deals, which would have been great had I actually received a manicure & pedicure. She soaked my feet in cold water, then put a little lotion on them. Nothing else. As for my manicure, it was the same thing. She didn’t cut my nails or do my cuticles. In addition, the polish was very cheap and chipped right away. When paying at the end, she told me that my 10 yr-old daughter’s paint ONLY would be $ 10. Then when I presented her with my certificate, she increased my daughter’s price to $ 15(she said because she put a few dots on ONE of her nails, NO design). I am very disappointed with this salon. I will not go back, and I do NOT recommend.

Made appointment and came in and was asked to come back later or after another 15 minutes. I think the owner started another person in my place. Then was ordered around very rudely during manicure. Charged extra for a shellack finish. Wouldn’t go back!

Came here for the first time on a whim. It’s in a shopping center I frequently go to. I got a pedicure. It’s nothing fancy like I’m used to at InSpa. The owner is the only employee. She didn’t talk very much. I wish the place was a little cleaner. I might go back and visit again. The pedicure did come out looking good, and lasted a couple weeks.
