McDonald’s

Training day at McDonald’s. Two cashiers helping the trainee during lunch hour with five waiting in line. I asked the manager quietly, «I know you’re training but is there any way you can open a second register?» «No!» She proclaimed. I said, «Ok, we’re leaving,» so they opened two. Meanwhile, we lost our place in line.

It’s McDonalds. But they do have a nice art collection of Rothko prints and the store is always clean.

Weird policies regarding drink cups, napkins and even ketchup
I love it when they tell me their policy is not to give out drink cups until the order is ready and I have to tell them that since I’ve already paid for it I would like my cups now…
They always act like its the Great Depression when asked for ketchup, napkins etc. «How many?» Ummm idk I’ve never really counted how many napkins I use
The cup thing irks me the most and if they had faster service maybe customers wouldn’t be drinking so much while waiting
They should call this place «Mc-​wait-​alds for all the waiting you do here
Wait to order, wait for food, wait at drink line
Bad attitudes and crew especially later at night when the ghetto employees work

This place is… different. It’s hard to tell why.
It’s old, really old. Clean but not well maintained.
The staff here is very very nice, patient, gentle, calm. The crowd is mainly composed of old people. like really old people. Staff is on the elderly side too.
Only in this Mc Donalds I feel that I am in a different era when I step in…
(that’s why I am putting a review… because otherwise, it’s just a Mc Donald serving food that you can find at any Mc Donald! ;)
It’s not a ‘vintage’ looking Mc donald.

The employees are very sour. Couldn’t even get more than 1 barbecue sauce. Adding to my list of first world problems.

Coffee was hot.
That’s all I cared about when I rolled in late in the evening.
Oh, and hot apple pie, and strawberry and crème pie, which is a product test right now.
I’ll have to say that the strawberry crème pie was a little better than the apple one, which wasn’t really hot, but warm.
Good enough!

Nice location, clean place, good background music, Don’t really like the fact that they don’t have a drive thru. Overall a good place. The young man helping us was courteous and nice while we ordered.

Came to get some nuggets and a smoothy for my kids at 7:45 on a Sunday night. The manager was at the register when I came in .I tried to order a large smoothy for my kids. When I ordered it a middle aged woman who’s name began with a C gave me a dirty look and told the manager that they had already cleaned the machine. The manager just stood there after she said that and offered no help or apology.
We have been going there for years as a family, and after tonight we will not return. I was very surprised at the level of unprofessional behavior, and disrespect shown to me and my kids

Went into McDonalds at 10:10pm. They close at 10:30. I ordered a apple pie and was told it would take 15 minutes to cook. Somehow I don’t believe it takes 15 minutes to make a small apple pie.
To me I think the guy just didn’t want to cook. Wanted just to go home. Not a big deal for him just to throw down a couple of apple pies. I just think its a bad employee.

I go to McDonald’s for the breakfast only, the problem is they always get my order wrong every time I have to check it and it’s wrong, the staff either can’t hear well or don’t understand simple English
I get attitude when and the service is lousy I ask that my order is wrong and perhaps gave me some else’s breakfast one manager turned her back at me after asking for coffee and ignored me a paying customer the breakfast is tasty but the orders are always wrong of course whats to be expected at a fast food joint staff seems not to be friendly, mangers have attitude, when they get your order wrong. The staff has to be retrained in customer service.

I’m a fan of McDonald’s, just not this one. The staff needs to be retrained on customer service. Normally I’ll overlook bad service if the food is good, but this place also comes up short in that department.

I do not pretend not to love Mickey Ds, but I do not ever eat the food… and I am a vegetarian. The $ 1 coffee however, is a three times a week thing! I have been a loyal caffeine customer for about ten years, even though the $ 1 coffee has not been around that long. Shout out to the iced coffees.
This review is not about the food but about the staff. This is «my McDonalds». The employees are the best, bar none. I have been in the hospitality industry for a bizzillion years and therefore I think I am somewhat of an expert! They are the nicest, honest, hard working team I’ve ever seen. They recognize and greet EVERYONE.

I do not go here for the food but I certainly make an effort to go here for the staff.

I think that McDonald’s should adopt a new era of truth in advertising. Just put the hypodermic needle loaded with all 3,000 carcinogens, high-​fructose corn syrup, MSG, etc., inside every «Happy Meal» along with a moist towelette. Hold the fries.

Rude Employees, going down hill, ate there today food was absolutely gross bread so old it could be considered a croûton! My ege was green. Time to shut the doors this place is out of hand.

If you must go to McD’s… and some of us do to fulfill our sausage mcmuffin addiction, then this is the one you should come to in the South Bay. Its perfectly clean, remodeled and updated, and there are NO homeless bums. A rarity for McDonald’s in America.

Most everything is pretty good, no complaints. But every time I order coffee here, I ask for no cream. I pop open the lid and theres cream in my coffee. Since I don’t visit here all the time, I don’t remember to check and I don’t find out about the cream until I’m on the road. I’ve pretty much had to throw away a number of coffee orders from this place. Check your coffee order before you leave.

The service is usually prompt. The career staff recognize me & ask how I’m doing. It’s always clean and the bathrooms are always well stocked. The playground was great when my daughter was young. Can’t really comment on the food, obviously, since it’s McD’s.

As I wrote in another McD review, I like McDs with playlands. This one has a nice clean playland BUT if you’re looking for a drive thru, you are going to be sad! You have to park and get out of your car. The service isn’t too bad here and they at least have places to get napkins for yourself, not beg at the counter for a couple more. So I would def stop in LG.

Great location & friendly employees. I visited this location one week from a supposed remodeling which it sorely needs. The food & drinks were served quickly. wait… NO DRIVETHRU?
