Small location and the seating is a little awkward and no comfy chairs. Good for working with charging stations. Staff was friendly and fast. Many 20min parking spots to be careful if you’re staying longer. I would avoid during rush hour not only because its busy but its right by the freeway entry/exit so tons of car traffic.

Same Starbucks as everywhere else but they aren’t staffed well. Around 7 am there’s always a line across the room and one cashier but two people stocking or doing misc tasks… no one ever steps up to take care of their line until after 7:15, shift change maybe. But I can see an issue as a customer, so why can’t management?

I recently discovered the Mobile Order & Pay feature on the Starbucks App. I am still shocked from the idea of ordering on your phone and how easy it was to pick up my order. In fact, I was able to pick up multiple orders from multiple users. Upon arrival, all the drinks were on the counter ready for pick up. I ordered a triple white chocolate mocha, which was still hot =)

I go to this Starbucks often(unfortunately) it’s convenience is the only reason why I keep going there. Almost every time I go, I have to wait at least 10 – 15 minutes for my drink(even when I use mobile ordering) and not only that, my drink either tastes terrible or they made it wrong. Sometimes if I have the extra time I will have them correct them but usually there’s no point when they usually just mess it up again(which also happens most of the time) and they give me attitude that they actually have to make a drink correctly. I have been to this Starbucks on the weekends, and it is a much more pleasant experience even though they do need more staff that actually knows how to make what they supposedly serve there. I have to leave my house an extra 30 minutes early if I want to go to there because they are really unpredictable with how long their wait times are for coffee and I work across the street and sometimes I still barely make it on time when I go. Parking sucks there, even the parking underneath isn’t labeled so I didn’t even know about this for a while. Anyways, if you’re looking for a new Starbucks to call home, call your relator and keep looking. EDIT: THANKYOUMIAANDBROOKE, for making my drink right. Third time is the charm.

I’m not a huge fan of this location. I can’t go here on my way to work because of how long everything takes. I do like to come here on the weekend sometimes though. It actually took so long this last time that I actually went up to the counter to ask wtf. I had sat down with my magazine and wasn’t in a hurry either. I watched at least 3 people order after me and get their drinks and leave before I went and asked. Starbucks as a whole: $ 6.55 for a friggin’ coffee drink?! It’s not over the top with extras either. I’m going to Philz from now on.

A nice little Starbucks off the 85 freeway. Staff here are inviting and the space is large, especially the outdoor patio area. Only problem is getting out of this area as the light does not turn green for left turns often.

This Starbucks is directly across from my job. myself and my co workers make daily trips for ourselves and the doctor we work for, so when we go there our orders are normally large orders for about 8+ people which Starbucks should have no issue handling. There is always something incorrect every time we go one time one of the fraps we ordered was a vanilla bean frap with Carmel in the cup twice blended clearly written on the cup and they gave us a Carmel frap with extra shot instead of twice blended … another time we ordered a strawberry frap and received a strawberry smoothie which was horrible tasting and watered down like most of there drinks lately. we even order pastries at times and they say on the bag bagel & cream cheese(bg/cc) and multiple times there is no cream cheese. there have been so many drink mess ups and to run over there on a 10 minute break spending the whole time waiting for drinks that aren’t even right is frustrating, one of the drinks we like most has banana in it and they are always out some how if you get customers who order that many drinks with bananas then why don’t you make sure your fully prepared and order enough?. NOTTOMENTIONMOSTOFTHESTAFFSATTITUDEINCULDINGTHEREMANAGER is horrible!!! if you don’t like your job leave. Working there is supposed to be customer service 100% and that is not what this staff gives off then again if they see management not act like managers why would they treat people right? Lets just say if there was ANY other café within walking distance our business & doctor would not waste money at this Starbucks !

They were super busy and the parking sucked. I finally realized there was parking in the rear(wish there was a sign…) I’m mostly writing this low star review because they messed up my order. I even asked the person making my drink. He just shrubbed me off like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I was picking up an order for a friend that I just dropped off before going out of town. I had no way to go back :(which is why I asked before I paid. Double check your order if you have a 15 syllable order! Maybe that’s what I get for being so picky :\

It’s hard to write a review for a chain, but I frequent this Starbucks and overall I am impressed. The staff are very friendly and it is just overall a nice atmosphere. The only two downsides which made me give them a 4 were the lack of parking and how busy it is. Even at 10am there is often a very long line.

This is a terrible Starbucks. The barista behind the bar had no sense of urgency, and everyone was moving around aimlessly. My iced coffee sat on the bar with no ice waiting to get put out for what seemed like forever. I don’t know why the barista couldn’t just finish the drink, put a lid on it, and get me on my way. The store wasn’t even busy. I wouldn’t come back to this Starbucks.

I normally give a business a few chances before I write a 1 star review… This location used to be really good. It’s convenient and down the street from my work. I relocated for the last 5 months but now I’m back in the area. I’ve gone here twice since I’ve been back and each time they messed up my order. The first time I ordered a venti peppermint mocha. I like the mint and the sweetness of the syrup and it mixes well with the dryness of the mocha. When I took the first sip, I knew instantly that it was made with white mocha, which is much too sweet to begin with so the mint syrup made it extremely overly sweet. I also had to ask for the peppermint sprinkle because the guy put the lid on without it. I thought I’d let that slide… Mistakes happen all the time. The second time I went in I ordered a zebra mocha(white and chocolate mocha together) because I like the dryness mixed with the sweet. My drink came out great! But I had ordered an everything bagel and when I opened it at work it was a plain bagel. I can’t let this one slide because I heard the girl ask the guy to put an everything bagel in the toaster AND the bag clearly said«EB with CC» And to top that off, the guy who gave me my order was a total tool bag. On a good note, Cassidy is extremely nice, 5 stars for her :) she’s helped me many times and she’s always very pleasant to talk with.

For a Sunday the service wasn’t too bad. We got our drinks and breakfast sandwiches within a few minutes. Parking is always a pain at this location but they do have additional parking underneath the building.

I really wish I could give it not even one star! I HATE this Starbucks and by the looks of it I’m not the only one who hates it either! I used to go there all the time on my lunch and 90% of the time I would leave frustrated. The horrible parking situation is nothing compared to the HORRIBLE service these employees would present. Not only are they the SLOWEST working people ever, but they have ALWAYS gotten my order wrong. Its not like they offer one of those orange«free drink» cards either when they get my order wrong, they just dump it out without saying anything at all and take twice as long to give me my drink. For example I was there with my boyfriend yesterday and he had to wait in the car in the parking lot somewhere because there was no parking spots, so I went in to get our drinks. We both ordered the same drink,(iced coffee, soy milk and toffee nut syrup) not complicated… but it never fails that they screw up my drink yet again! They didnt mention one word, with two people making the drinks and one at the cash register, the two making drinks were as slow as ever. One lady who has been there forever took LITERALLYTENMINUTES on our drinks, she stared at the cup to see what was written then made one and dumped it out. Made another and set it aside, the other barista had already made 5 drinks(one she screwed up for some girl-SHOCKER!) and made 4 drinks for other people in the time that the other barista working on my drink was still staring at my other cup. I couldnt help but look over the counter to see what the hell she was doing, thats when she finally picked up my other drink and started to make it. I’m not sure who does the hiring process for this location but whoever it is is very consistant with hiring people who are slow, and inconsiderate. Good job to whoever you are. This is literally the WORST Starbucks I have ever gone to.

Even the manager?(an older lady who decided to step in and participate in the convo) was rude and lacked serious tact. Come on Starbucks, don’t your ppl go thru intensive customer service training. This place is great. This has to be one of the quietest Starbucks I have ever been to. The service is great and the people are nice. I got a green tea and it was done in the usual Starbucks manner. I just spent 1 ½ hours here and really enjoyed it. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is more comfortable chairs. The wood chairs need to go.

Been to a lot of Starbucks, but have never seen one so upbeat & so efficient as this one! It was 3:23PM and there were 5 workers behind the counter all working in unison and all making you feel good to be there — WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? — is this really Starbucks? Excellent job people! Keep up that same pace and attitude and you will be sure to get your Unilocal ratings up as well as your sales :). Very impressed!
