I work at a sandwich shop, that’s isn’t subway, came here to get myself and mom some lunch. guy behind the counter got upset that I wanted some veggies toasted with the sandwich and basically slopped it together after that. I’m looking for for a job if you guys want someone who cares about presentation as well as good service lol. if I could post a picture of what I got, I would.

My new to-go place as they are open 24 hours per day. Perfect for a midnight sandwich craving. Food has been consistent, and service has been friendly over multiple visits.

Several times here there have been real issues over the number of napkins the owner has been willing to give me when she is working the.register. The standard she gives me is one(1) little Subway napkin with my entire meal. Being the incredibly picky customer I am not, I ask for more napkins. That’s napkins plural. She normally gives me one(1) more napkin, with an understood finality. Today I dared to ask, «Can I please have a third napkin?» With an outrageously competitive attitude she was good enough to give me one(1) more napkin. Leaving me now thankfully with three(3) little Subway napkins. This reminds me of the famous Broadway musical«Oliver Twist,» where the brave little British boy(orphan?) Oliver, eating his diminutive ration in the soup kitchen, dares to ask, «Please sir, can I have some more?» And encounters a ferocious response leading to a moment that lives on famously throughout the world in the history of musical theater and the history of moral comedy.

I would usually come in the morning for a breakfast sandwich, the ingredients quaity was usually pretty good and fresh. But one of those morning I came in I saw the staff holding a mop and it looked like she just mopped the floor. She put the mop aside, put on a pair of plastic gloves, so I asked nicely, «do you mind washing your hands first before you make a sandwich, you were just holding that mop». She says, «But I was not mopping» in a rude way, and I responded, «you still had the mop in your hands» she shakes her head with a very weird look and I walked out and never came back. VERYUNSANITARY.

Only place open 24 hours nearby. Place is clean, food is what you’d expect from a Subway. For late night food at 3 am, it’s amazing. Parking can get a little crowded, but they have a huge open lot in the back.

I came in for a B.L.T. I don’t understand why some locations are so skimpy with their meat and others just seem to love their customers and put meat on the sandwich. Only 3 thinly sliced pieces of bacon to cover one thin layer of the bread. After the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and peppers it just tastes like a veggie sandwich. Which is all good, if I wanted a veggie sandwich. Parking is horrible. My car scraps on the bottom going into and out of the garage, so next time I won’t go in there and there are huge potholes in the dirt area. Lucky to get parking in the small front parking area.

I dont know why the reviews are so terrible for this place, I minus one star for the horrible entrance of getting in and out of this plaza. The sandwich and customer service isn’t awful, its not up to par like some other sandwich establishments but not terrible. My reviews is for the sandwich and its always consistent in the ingredient amount no matter who I get. I tend to order the spicy Italian or the Italian BMT on a cheese roll. Its quick and clean. The 24 hours is nice.

Went here after school with some friends and got a tuna sandwich. The service was pretty good and they made my sandwich quickly. It tasted pretty good and I would totally recommend their cookies if you have a sweet tooth like me!

Great little spot. Walking distance from my work makes it convenient. I ordered a Spicy Italian and got a combo. The bread was nice and toasty when I received it. The staff were friendly and the wait wasn’t long. I will definitely come back again :)

Poor value. I have visited ten subways in the local area. This one skimps on the meat that they put in your sandwich. I think they guy making the sandwich had the do you want it or not attitude? I was hungry and they are open late and rather than eating a burger it was healthier choice. I will not return here despite the hour. They stay in biz because of the close proximity to the hospital. My sandwich was mostly bread and mayo two small slices of cheese and like two slices of roast beef and three slices of turkey on a foot long. My guess is family owned. Dollars and cents matter more than the way Subway franchise wants it.

Came here with a coupon that say: buy a regular sub get a second one free. Not only that I didn’t get a free sub I also been told that a regular sub refer to a 6 inch sub and I was totally over charged for the all deal(didn’t even got my Monday sandwich discount). I’ve been going to subway every day for years and maybe that’s why I’m so frustrated with their service, I wouldn’t recommend going to this branch just go to the other one right down the street

I’ve gone to this Subway a few times and I’ve had good service and bad. This past weekend I went in with my boy and ordered a simple turkey sandwich. The woman making the sandwich didn’t seem like she was all there. Sloppy and she got mayo all over the outside of the sandwich and on the paper wrapping. Messy. I’ll be going to the Subway on N. Santa Cruz from now on — better parking situation there too.

The worst Subway ever! I was down the street getting my hair and makeup done and my husband picked up a sandwich for me to go. I found this location on Unilocal and read the bad reviews, but thought it was a fluke. I mean, how can you screw up a subway sandwich? This location can. It was so super nasty I couldn’t eat it! I was so flipping hungry I could believe that the sandwich was so bad I threw it away.

Came in on a saturday morning. There was only one person ahead of me and two workers so there was no wait. I ordered the Tuscany chicken footlong and made it a meal with chips and soda. I wanted my sub toasted, which is where i guess i went wrong. My sub came out totally burnt. It ruined the whole thing. I might give this place another try in the future and hope that its not a normal thing, but as of now just one star.

Unfortunately I had the displeasure of not receiving good service here. There were four servers working when I walked in. I kept having to repeat myself over and over to have them understand what I was saying, and even then my order was made wrong. I had to say what kind of bread I wanted three times, what kind of meat I wanted twice, what kind of peppers I wanted twice, etc. I am by no means a quiet person, and I tried not to repeat myself rudely, but after the seventh«What?» from my servers it just got to be too annoying. After I had nearly shouted at them that I wanted a turkey sandwich, they plopped some hot chicken on there and asked me what veggie toppings I wanted. I told them that I didn’t order chicken breast, to which the lady started shouting to the other customers, «CHICKENBREAST! I HAVE A CHICKENBREASTSANDWICHHERE,» while looking at me. Okay, whatever, I’ll take chicken then. You don’t have to, y’know, apologize or re-do my sandwich or anything. It’s not like you’re trying to keep customers here. Then I received my meal. Wrong cheese, wrong toppings, wrong cookies even. How do you mess up the cookies?! The drink wasn’t wrong at least, but then they have a self serve station, so of course they didn’t have a chance to mess that up. Throughout the entire experience I received attitude from all the workers there, no apologies whatsoever, nor any explanations or any kind of customer service. I think they need to be re-trained on how to speak and treat the customer. I shouldn’t have to have such an irritating experience for a stinkin’ sandwich. Step it up, Subway.

Very awesome they’re open 24 hrs now. So, when I get off work at some insane hour, I still have a healthy choice. This one is very clean and service is fast. It’s next to a Starbucks, so I can grab a coffee drink while the kids get their sandwiches eaten.

Went to this Subway the other day for the first time, seems like a relatively new location in a really small location. It wasn’t busy because it was well past lunch time and I was happy to see no line. I used to never eat subway really until college or later, discovering that their sandwiches are actually lighter and healthier than most other sandwiches chains. We ordered our sandwiches and didn’t get skimped on any ingredients, they are also good here at asking you about every detail of how you want your sandwich made. I’m not nearly as picky as some of the other people I’ve seen ordering at Subway. My only request most of the time is toasted and some light honey mustard. I never request to leave out any ingredients. They actually have a bathroom here I noticed which some other locations don’t.

If you like Subway then steer clear of this one and drive over to the one at Camden and Leigh where they actually care about the quality and service. Subway isn’t exactly gourmet but I still like my BLT here better than anywhere else’s version. I have been to many Subway’s in my life and it’s amazing how even in the same area they differ so greatly from one to the next. This one is one of the bad ones where they just don’t care. The girl making my sandwich did a terrible job and looked like she wanted to kill me when I asked for oregano on my sam(a must have at subway for me). Look lady I know you job sucks(you are not alone) but don’t take it out on the customers, do your job or go home.

What really is there to say about a Subway. The sandwiches are OK, not bad but not that good either. The service is always the same, someone building a sandwich for you that would rather be doing anything but that, and a restaurant that is too small to seat a group bigger than 2. All in All I would recommend this Subway to anyone looking to eat at a Subway, otherwise there is an Erick’s deli down the street.
