I heard about these guys from the St. Matthews Farmers Market newsletter & on my next visit, I had to try. The guys were super nice & after discovering I also dabble in BBQ, asked me questions about how I smoke things & couldn’t have been more inviting. We tried their pulled pork sandwich & it was as juicy & tender as one could ask for. They offered three homemade sauces & personally, I preferred the meat sauce less. I would highly recommend Kentucky Smoked BBQ if you want a sandwich or for your next catering event. Check them out on Facebook!
