This review is just on one aspect of pizza hut and not about the entire chain. I like their pretzel crust pizza and I kept wishing they would add a cheese dip to their menu because c’mon pretzel and cheese yum. Well they do have cheese sauce on their menu now. DO NOT GET THE CHEESE !!! It tasted like straight hot sauce that just happens to be orange. If you expect a cheese taste at all you will not find it in this sauce. Sigh. Guess I go back to keeping nacho cheese sauce around. Disappointed and the delivery was late.

This is my local store that delivers to my address. They SUCK. They’ve messed up every single order they’ve ever delivered to is. In the three years we’ve lived here we’ve seen everything from forgetting ALL the veggies on a supreme pizza to giving us marinara sauce (that I paid extra for) that was literally red water. Today we got our BBQ pizza and it looked as though it had been turned on its side. All the toppings were to one side and even the sauce had run off to that side of the pizza… I am SO glad I am moving to another area with a different pizza hut!

Ordered pizza. After 2 hours I called them. I was told they tried to deliver my food but no one was there and dog barking. I was home waiting– no one came I do not have a dog. I asked for mgr. He said «I sent my best driver-​its a girl she knows directions». So no apology, no food, a clear blatant «dis» to own employees and basically called me a liar! Simply pathetic! Pitiful Mgmt! Appropriate notification has begun to ensure this particular establishment is put on notice.

First visit to this location, and see why others say it’s poor. Pizza was poor, not baked long enough, soggy and glue paste like, blah sauce. The new pretzel crust was salt on crust nothing more. Left me disgusted and I even did the survey about experience but never heard from anyone.
Find a different place, as restaurant was not clean either and restroom was atrocious.

I haven’t ordered from a Pizza Hut in several years, but they are pushing a new, improved crust pizza. Something like garlic butter crust I think. So I tried it. I won’t make that mistake again. It was really greasy and had the mushy consistency of a donut. When I took a pice out of the box, the paper under the pizza was drippig with grease, so much that the bottom of the box was greasy. Really gross. There were puddles og grease on top of the pizza also from the pepperoni. They missed with this «new & improved» version of an old standard.
If yhou’re looking for a great pizza, keep on looking.
