I had trouble with their app that was inexplicable. So they got my order wrong, and the guy at the counter was a smartalleck. Though he did make sure not to let me walk out without my 2 liter lol. Little consolation. Third bad experience in a year at Papa John’s. I won’t be going back.

This is absolutely my favorite pizza maker in Louisville. Papa John’s makes it exactly the way you want and shows it to. you before handing it over to make sure they got it right. Also, for those of us in the older crowd they have an AARP member discount. Still, the best things are the taste and the enveloping fragrance of good pizza prepared by a friendly, courteous staff!
