Fresh produce items were rotting, the meat was questionably packaged, items were expired, and it stunk(smelly). We’ll be getting our asian greens, spices, rice & noodles elsewhere. Grossed out!

Very bad customer service! Those ladies are so rude! Heck, even while cashing out, the cashier didn’t even look at me(she just kept on reading her paper). She just gave me my total, I gave her the cash and she just took it and continued on reading. Not even a hello. Also, the place is freeeezing!

I visited this store as part of a Vietnamese grocer crawl. Two things become obvious upon walking through the door. First, the place does have a somewhat grim atmosphere; concrete floors, metal shelves, low light… you get the idea. Second, the place is also amazingly stocked. They’ve got a great produce section and a huge amount of canned, dried, and bottled ingredients. It’s also relatively larger with 4 to 6 really long aisles stretching the length of the store. So what sort of things can you find here? How about frozen ducks? Or a bag of octopus frozen like a bowling ball? Canned Jackfruit, anyone? This is not the sort of place that you come to pick up Asian snacks. There were no ramen bowls or Japanese style rice crackers(or anything as far as I could tell that wasn’t Vietnamese), but for those that come prepared with an ingredient list and willingness to dive in I bet you could make something really special from here.
