Pro Chic Events

Very unprofessional.
We found Pro Chic Events at a Bridal Festival and signed up for a consultation appointment with Jessie Roth, the Lead Coordinator. Unfortunately, we never actually met with her. I received a meeting reminder for the wrong day, to which I replied to informed her of when our actual appointment was. After that, I was leery that anyone would show up for our actual appointment. Unfortunately I was proven correct when 10 minutes past our appointment and still no one had shown up. We stayed at the meeting site for over an hour just in case. There was no answer to my message reminder about the appointment, and there has still been no answer or apology for missing the consultation appointment.
Despite advertising about their professionalism and attention to detail, I found their lack of communication and disorganized scheduling to be a complete turn-​off. If this is indicative of the way they coordinate wedding, I say we dodged a bullet.

As someone who has a tendency to over stress about the little things, wedding planning was no easy task for me to take on. There are so many little things that come with planning that I was unaware of. I have no idea how some people manage to do it without help. Fortunately, I didn’t have to do it alone. Without Jessica and her amazing team at Pro Chic Events, I would have been completely and utterly screwed! She was a life saver of sorts for me. She was my wedding saver! She helped organize all of our vendors, establish a detailed timeline for the big day, designed all of our wedding flowers, and gave me a peace of mind that I never could have found without her help — (although, these things are really just the tip of the iceberg). She helped me to interpret and harness all of my ideas, and made sure that my vision for my wedding day was never compromised.
My wedding day was beyond perfect, and worry free. I knew that our family and friends would be in great hands with her and her team working behind the scenes.
A massive thank you to Jessica, Jessie, and Chanai for helping to make my wedding day the best day of my life! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

I had an amazing time working with the ladies of Pro Chic! They were incredibly attentive, very detailed oriented and providing great service to all the guests and vendors. I highly recommend Pro Chic for what ever your event needs may be. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

From the perspective of the groom’s mother, Jessica was organized, knowledgeable, efficient, a confident (but not bossy) leader, pleasant to work with and kept everyone calm. Vendors and family arrived hours before the wedding with their supplies and to do lists. It would have been chaos without Jessica’s direction. It all got done on time. The bride said it was a perfect wedding! Thank you Jessica.

Jessica did a great job with our wedding. She is very detail-​oriented and professional. She made sure every aspect of the wedding was covered. When complications arose Jessica remained calm, encouraging and resolved issue quickly. She worked well with the vendors and our family members who helped. At the end of the night when I asked my wife how the wedding went, she said «it was perfect.»
